Shive was causally walking down one of the sidewalks placed in the park, hands behind his back. He sighed, remembering what had happened here just last month... and that made him grin. He wondered where that half-dragon was at the moment; she made him feel better just by being around. And he needed something to lift his spirits at the moment. He then scowled.
Can I at least get a week off without any wierd sh*t attacking us?! And not to mention the fact poor Cynder has a Hollow now... He thought, disgruntled.
He stopped, leaning back and staring at the night sky. The constellations were nothing like the ones back home...
He fiddled with something in one of his hands, hidden from view by his bulk. He sighed in relief, then kept walking onwards at a slow pace.

"How is it that I always seem to know where you are? Is it because your thinking of me?" Myrr's voice asked as her shadow crossed over Shive and landed a few feet in front of him, and the half dragon pulled back some of her hair that flung forward in the flight.
"You seem upset over something, will you tell me if I asked?" she said, moving forward to Shive, a look of curiousity on her face.

Shive glanced off to the side, his chin jutting out and smirking slightly.
"Possibly."
He sighed and ran his free claw through his mane, the other claw still holding something behind his back. He looked back at her and replied,
"Just... too much stuff happening at once, is all. I'm not good with multi-tasking about these kind of things. Headache."
He cocked his head at her and smiled, then he took a step forward and hanged his head, staring at the ground. The hand behind his back slid out and he held something out to Myrr as he stated sadly,
"I could only find one. Sorry."
In his hand was a healthy-looking rose.

"Oh, its beautiful!" Myrr said, gently taking the rose. She smiled at Shive.
"Good thing I have a vase for some other flowers I got, eh? I was meaning to get one to put some red into the colors, but when its from you, its always better. And one is better then nothing at all." The half dragon then kissed Shive on his cheek.
"Besides, while I'm here, we might as well get started on my little suggestion, back at the party, right?"

Shive smirked, then sighed.
"Yeah, that'd be nice. Shall we?" He asked.
He couldn't help but stare at her for a few moments.
Wow... what the hell does she see in me again? He asked himself.
He suddenly caught himself and shook his head, embaressed. He grinned and rubbed the back of his head.
"Eh... sorry. Couldn't help myself." He apologized.
He placed his face near hers, and asked with an innocent smile,
"But with a face like yours, who wouldn't?"

"Smooth talker," Myrr replied, kissing him again.
"Hmm, question is, where to begin?"
---------------------------------------
Jumping from tree to tree, Cynder was trying to keep a positive outlook on the situation, but with a certain someone constantly chanting in her mind, it was a difficult task, to say the least.
'Tick-Tock Tick-Tock, Its only a matter of ti~me. And you know it, too.'
Cynder stopped moving, so she could 'glare' at the Hollow.
'Why the hell do you inist on playing with my mind like this!?'
'Oh, no real reason, I just wanna see how you'll squirm when I push certain buttons. But... I'll let you in on a secret.'
More news about my supposed 'destiny,' again?' Cynder growled.
Hollow Cynder 'pouted,' 'Ouch, you know, sarcasm really hurts in here, but no, not this time. The thing is... I'm weak right now, because I've only recently developed from your damaged soul. That's why I haven't made any attempt on you. As a matter of fact, I'll be nice and give you a deadline.
Three days. That's all you'll get before your grace period runs out. I'm of a lower class of Hollow then the one Shive dealt with, so I have less overall energy to recover. But Hollows tend to gain back energy at a similar rate to others, though I'm not sure if this applies to those below the Gillian, which is I type of giant Hollow. Anyways, I'm rambling off too much, Ja'ne!'
With the Hollow's leave, Cynder paled.
'T-Three days? That's it? Ancestors, please, help me.'

((Actually, the Adjuchas are the rank just below a Vasto Lorde, and the Gillian are the rank below the Adjuchas))
Shive grinned, kissing back.
"Good question. The hot springs are so overused at this point."
* * * * *
A certain red dragon was bounding through the trees as well, grumbling about something.
"Why does my descendant have to be such a stubborn idiot?" He growled to himself.
He was about to jump into the next tree when he realized there was somthing already on it: Cynder. He panicked and missed the branch, smacking his jaw on it and snapping the limb off, sending both wyrmling and ex-human plummeting to the ground.
"Holy crap... that hurt..." Artecaex muttered, nose bleeding.

(OOC: That's what she meant, she's just below a Vasto Lorde, which is what she was refering to, but I didn't make that clear enough... I could have sworn that I put a reference to Evihs in there... Maybe I didn't... -_- I made sure to look up Hollows to make sure I knew what I was dabbling in FYI, like how a Gillian is formed by multiple cannibalistic Hollows trying to eat one another, most of which being non-sentient, though some can be...)
"Aie!" Apparently having cat-like reflexes, Cynder managed to land on her feet, before spinning to face the ex-human.
"Um... Pardon... But who are you?" the wyrmling couldn't help but ask...
'He looks a lot like Solranous...'
-------------------------------------------
"I have to agree, even if its fun to relax in them..." The half dragon seemed to ponder for a moment...
...
...
"I got nothing..." Myrr said with a sigh.

((Er... well, I understand now... and yes! That is how the Gillian are formed!))
Artecaex shook his head, wiping the blood off. He turned to Cynder, his head still spinning, as he replied,
"Er... name's... Artecaex. Who're you?"
He paused, hearing her thoughts.
"Yeah, I do look like Solranous. Most of his design was based off of mine. I assume you know him, then?" He stated.
He stood up, recovering his wits soon. He swished his three tails, groaning.
"Stupid tree." He muttered, swaying.
* * * * *
Shive glanced around, shrugging. He pondered taking her to Heaven, but... he really didn't want to go there twice in one week. The Vizard advised him against that. He glanced up at the mountains, and pondered the forest. No... they were already in the park. There was enough trees already. He turned to the desert, and paused. HELL NO. He sighed, shoulders sagging.
"I got nothing either." He stated.

"...Oi! How about the river, or the lake? I always had a joy for swimming when I was younger, How about you, Shive?" Myrr suggested. She then showed off her fang-like teeth in a grin.
"Who knows, its private there, so I might inclined to wear a little... less then I usually do."
-----------------------------------------------
"'Most of his design was based off of yours'?" Cynder asked, echoing Artecaex's words.
"What do you mean by that? ...It wouldn't happen to be Solranous who you were calling a 'stubborn idiot' would it?"

Shive bit his tongue, smirking.
"That sounds good. Just... as long as we don't go very far out..." He drifted off.
He nudged the dirt with his foot as he muttered,
"I-I have a fear... of water I can't see the bottom of... and I'm not a very good swimmer anyway..."
He stared at the ground, twiddling his thumbs in shame. He glanced up and shouted,
"But yes, it sounds like a good idea!"
* * * * *
Artecaex's eyes then seemed to glow in the dark as he replied,
"His creator, Armageddon, based his design off of something else... in short, MY design."
He stood up, towering over the wyrmling as he continued,
"And yes, he was the one I called a stubborn idiot. Why? Because he's going to get himself killed."

"Thats alright. We won't go too far out." Myrr reassured, leaning close to Shive.
------------------------------------
Cynder shook her head 'no' in response to Artecaex's last statement.
"You really don't have a clue who Solranous truely is, do you? I may not have known him for a long time, but even after he was infected with a... virus meant to force the target to submit to the will of another, he fought on. He kept fighting, even when the odds were stack innumerably high against his favor. Immpossible odds, and yet he overcame them, and killed Armageddon... He saved me from that monster...
...
And I get the feeling his power was still developing while he fought Armageddon. If there is a will, he has it. If there is a way...
He'll find it, and exploit it... That's all there is to it for him. Really, you should put more trust into that dragon. He's got a pretty smart head on his shoulders..." After her little rant, Cynder noticed something, and simply had to ask,
"Artecaex, did he ever make a promise concerning you?"

Artecaex scowled.
"As a matter of fact, I do know who he is. Sure, he defeated his master. Sure, he fought against seemingly impossible odds. But those were because he had reasons. He had people to save. He didn't even know who you were."
The dirt beneath his feet swirled, and the air began to smell of ozone, which in turn, began to crackle and hum. His eye were now, in fact, glowing with an inner light as he growled,
"But this time the odds ARE impossible. INFINATELY IMPOSIBLE. This being has existed for centuries. He has done things Armageddon couldn't comprehend. And Solranous has but one reason to take him down: This being attacked Solranous. That's it."
He glared at the wyrmling as electricity crackled down his back-fin.
"That jackass has too much to lose to go after such a stupid goal! He has friends, he has love, so WHY?! His stupid morals urge him forward to this idiotic goal!"
He roared and spat a bolt of lightning from his maw into the sky, knocking down a nearby tree. The crackle and hum in the air died down, and Artecaex panted.
"He made a pointless 'promise' towards me, yes. I have no belief he has the intention of fulfilling it though. Because he can't."
* * * * *
Shive nodded.
"Okay. So... shall we go then?" He asked, making a gesturing motion while grinning.

"You have no idea how wrong you are, Artecaex." a familiar dragon's voice said, ne that both of them heard, for Cynder looked up, expecting to see the dragon who spoke.
"Solranous," Cynder whispered, knowing who it was.
----------------------------------------------------
Myrr jumped up clearly excited.
"Yes! Lets go!"
Honestly, she was about ready to drag the dragonkin there...

"Wrong about what? Oh, so you've made the right choice and given up on your pointless goal? Or are still being a dumb-f*ck and trying to go after him?" He snarled to his descendant.
His tails swished violently, accidentally stabbing themselves into a tree. Artecaex gave them a disgruntled scowl, and blasted the tree off of his tails with a telekinetic pulse.
"Honestly, why do you bother? The Patriarch is partially right about one thing; you shouldn't bother with people you don't even know! Focus on your own damn life, and keep it!"
* * * * *
Shive laughed, then took to the air, shouting,
"Calm down spazz! Let's go! Hell, I'll race ya!"
He then rocketed off towards the mountains, smirking.
