Nazo, after leaving the strange draconic robot in the wastelands, found himself hovering over the city like he had been before.
Now to resume my original plans. the white hedgehog thought, forging a sphere of negative energy. It was weaker then most, he didn't want to destroy too much yet. Grinning, he fired the orb at a corner of a building.
As it exploded, the sudden lack of support caused the building to topple into the street, immediately causing mass chaos. Since the inhabitants were organic, all he needed to do was be close enough, and with this much chaos, gathering the negative energy from it would be simple from the air.
Someone pointed at him and yelled, "It's a monster!" At once, they looked up and fear instantly entered their hearts as Nazo fired another orb, toppling another building. with a sickening delight.
"Yes, so much fear, so much chaos, just what I want." Nazo murmured, as he absorbed the negative energy from their emotions.
(OOC: I guess I can pull the "bad guy" act off... this can be replied to by anybody who is not being used in the "Rescue!" thread or after that thread is completed.)

From the top of a nearby building, a figure stood, a cloak blowing in the wind. Its green eyes narrowed as it stepped forward off of the building, then suddenly dissapearing. Suddenly, the figure re-appeared before Nazo, arms crossed.
"Excuse me, what do you think you're doing?" It asked in a clearly masculine voice.
"If you're trying to hurt these people, I can't abide that." he stated again, throwing his cloak back.
He seemed almost human, but his skin was a gray-black color. He suddenly roundhouse-kicked Nazo in the side of the head, then grabbed him by the ankle and hurled him towards a taxi, whcih exploded on impact.

Nazo rose from the rubble of the taxi, clearly bloodied by the explosion, which really p***ed him off. Not to mention he was still fuming at his encounter with O'Malley. As if second nature to him, Nazo regenerated his wounds and flew up to meet with the humanoid figure again.
"What is it to you? Are you some 'hero' who protects this city? Bah! People like you disgust me, you can never understand true power!" Nazo said. He built up a sphere of negative energy and launched it forth in a wave, blasting the levitating human back.
Nazo pressed his attack, forging a twenty meter diameter sphere and hurling it at his target. He was seriously angry now, and this was the second confrontation he had to face today alone...
When would he be allowed to do as he pleases without heroes interrupting him?

Reizus merely scowled as he clenched his fists, energy coursing through them. Just as the sphere was about to hit, he backhanded the sphere into the air, still glaring at Nazo as it exploded. He then cupped his hands as a ball of blue-white energy formed between his palms.
"HADOUKEN!" He scremed, thrusting his hands forward.
The sphere exploded forth as a three-foot diameter beam of energy, whcih impacted Nazo directly in the chest and sent him into the roof of a building.
"Roninsong." Was all he said.
Suddenly, a hole seemed to open in thin air, and Reizus reached inside. He pulled out an ornate broadsword as the hole closed, leveling the blade at Nazo.
"My name is Reizus, freak. Remember it, for it will be your last memory." He hissed.
He then teleported behind the hedgehog and severed one of his arms from his torso, then kicked the mammal back onto the roof, following closely.

Nazo grunted, Reizus was closing in fast, and he had to do something about it.
"Chaos Control!" For Nazo, time stopped again, Reizus was frozen in place, his coloring inverted as he was frozen. Nazo hovered up to him and fired a black energy beam. Time resumed instantly after the beam struck Reizus, catching him off guard and blasting him back a few feet.
While with in eyesight, Nazo's arm regrew from the stump that was his shoulder as well as the burn marks from his opponents energy beam fading away.
"You are strong, yes, but not strong enough to bring me to an end." Nazo replied.

"We'll see about that." He replied, hefting Roninsong.
He appeared before Nazo and shoved the blade through Nazo's stomach, drawing forth a spray of blood. He then ripped it upwards, splitting the hedgehog's face in half. He kicked off of the mammal and cupped his hands once more.
"Hadouken!" He screamed.
He fired off another azure energy beam, enveloping the hedgehog completely. Reizus grunted as her doubled over, panting.
"I need to stop expending so much energy." He wheezed, glancing back at the smoke.
"But he needs to be destroyed. I can recooperate later."

(OOC: Ouch...)
Nazo levitated out of the smoke, seemingly ignorant of his wounds, which once again sealed up. The hedgehog once again looked the same way he did when he woke up today.
"Fool, you are dealing with some one who possesses the strength of a god!" Nazo roared as he gathered negative energy. "My endurance is infinent, but you seem to be tiring out. Let us see if you have enough energy to STOP THIS!"
On command, Nazo flung the black and purple sphere forward into a massive beam of energy, strong enough to destroy downtown Nightshade if Reizus didn't stop it.
(OOC: I am evil when I want to be, aren't I? Can Reizus stop Nazo's attack and still have enough strength to fight? Is the city doomed to destruction? Find out...)

"Oh shit..." Reizus sighed, landing.
He glanced up at the incoming beam, then glanced around. Corpses laying in the rubble. His eyes narrowed as he clenched his fists, suddenly starting to scream in anger. Unnoticed to Reizus, his left hand had started to... change. It was suddenly covered in gray-black scales, and bore three claws instead of five fingers. He glared back up at the beam and cupped his hands together.
A sphere of red energy had formed between them, lightning-like energy crackling from it's exterior.
"FINAL HADOUKEN!" He screamed, aiming the sphere at Nazo-s blast.
A massive, 10-foot diameter blast of white energy, encased by red energy, surged forward, rippling the air around it. The two beams impacted, neither being able to push the other back. Red and black streaks of energy sparked away from the impact point. destroying anything they came into contact with. A surge of unseen energy surged forth from the impact point as both Nazo and Reizus 'upped the anty' but pumping more energy into their attacks.
"Crap..." Reizus muttered, sweating profusely.
With a final roar, he stepped closer as his muscles tightened, the energy beam increasing even more in strength.

Nazo grunted, but started laughing like a maniac as he met every one of Reizus' power increases on the mark. At his current state, Nazo still had at least 50% of his power left in reserve, more likely closer to 60%. There was no way Reizus could fight him back for-
"Hargh!" A dragon roared, flinging tons of rubble at the white hedgehog.
"Grr." Nazo took a hand off of his beam and fired a few spheres to destroy the incoming debris... But it was only a distraction as Nazo felt a telekinetic pulse wash over him, disorienting him...
That weakened his beam...
Which in turn allowed the Final Hadouken to overpower it, quickly.
Nazo didn't realize this until the combined force of both his negative energy beam and the Final Hadouken were on top of him.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!" Nazo screamed as he seemed to be obliterated by the blast. (OOC: Think DBZ when the hero kills the main villian of the saga.)
Sighing in relief, Solranous landed next to Reizus, muttering, "I came just in time, didn't I?"
(OOC: Oh, by the way, number one rule about main bad guys early on in the game: 'If you don't find a corpse, the guy ain't dead.' Nazo will be back, but none of the characters will know it.)

Reizus collapsed, breathing hard. he tuned towards the dragon and nodded in thanks before passing out.
"Guh." Was all he said before hitting the ground.

(OOC: Fun fact, I took that scene from the Cell Saga where Gohan gets his fathers help to kill off the android, Vegeta distracted him.)
"Crap!" Solranous said when he saw Reizus collaspe. A quick scan confirmed he was going to live through it, but he may not be waking up in a while. Picking the strange person up Solranous took off, back to his home in the abandoned area of the city. He had supplies there to help treat this man's wounds. It was the least he could do after he saved the city from that strange evil being.

Reizus grumbled in his sleep, for strange nightmares haunted him.

He was suspended in a glass tube, filled with bubbly green fluid that felt cold, yet warm on his skin. Wait, what happened to his skin? He looked at it, and it had turned a grayish-black. His fingers were tipped with claws, and his arms had scales growing on them. He started breathing frantically, and screamed as he looked at the reflection in the glass.
Two red eyes stared back at him.

Reizus twitched and grumbled again, now sweating.
