"When will humans learn that all races are equally inferior to robots?" -Bender
Name: O’Malley
Age: 7 years
Alignment: Neutral
Species: 2150 Exis MK. IV
Height: 7’11
Weight: 1137 pounds
Length: N/A
Wingspan: (back fins) 5-½ feet
Description: O’Malley has what could be described as a 'muscular' (if he were organic), humanoid shape with well-placed bulkier sections. His head can only be described some sort of helmet, with a smooth, featureless lower-face and a pair of blade-like ‘fins’ stretching out from either side of his head and sweeping backwards a good six inches or so, their bases positioned so they point out to the sides a bit. Instead of two eyes, O'Malley has a single visor-like eye that consists of three rows of small, orange, glowing dots, with a patch of brighter light acknowledging the location of the ‘pupil’. Each foot ends in three wide claws, two in front and one in the back, all of which are hinged at their mid-point; the hands each end in four ‘clawed’ humanlike digits with sharp blades running down their middle. His back bears three pairs of large, angular, fins shaped like triangular prisms with a series of small jets located on their undersides. A small, stubby barrel is placed on the end of each fin, and each fin can fold downward against the back when not in active use. Each shoulder is large and boxy, their front ends angling into a slight pointed edge. The plating on his forearms and shins sweep past his elbows/knees, tapering off into two points; on the top of his right forearm is what appears to be across between a cone and an angular wedge, the back flaring out into a pointed edge at the top. On the top-side of the left forearm is a trio of semi-thick, juxtapositioned chrome barrels. His body coloration is a shiny jet-black, with a dark chrome on his joints, along with several areas of his body bearing thin, bronze highlights (two strips along each shin, several areas on the head, a lining on the shoulders, several areas framing the chest, along each back-fin, etc.). Finally, a set of three octagonal boosters are located in the back of his legs, as well as an array of small vents located about his body.
Abilities:
Hydraulic Abilities- Due to durable, well-designed hydraulics, O'Malley can move 45 times faster than a human and lift/exude two tons of weight.
Plasma Stake- The silver-colored metal spike located within the wedge-shape on his right forearm can be extended to its full 4 feet in length (1 foot only visible when it's engaged, but can stretch out to up to 3 feet). Using a combination of hydraulics and combustive force, the spike can be driven with extreme strength before retracting back for another go, each strike bearing a good 3500 pounds of force behind it. Also, what makes the weapon even stronger complete is the fact they both bear a heat coil located along the center of their individual cores that not only superheats the spike, but also gives off a significant electromagnetic aura that interferes with machinery they come into contact with (O’Malley is insulated against the effect).
Firestorm Cannon- The three barrels on the left forearm can fire off short bolts of red-orange energy at roughly 3 bolts per second (total), and each shot is roughly one-and-a-half times as strong as a gattling gun bullet. Firing can be sustained for 20 seconds straight; if the 20 seconds has been reached, will require a 10-second cool down.
Missile Array- By opening the top-half of his shoulders, O’Malley can fire up to six, 8-inch long missiles at a time. He can only hold 30 missiles at a time, and each missile is as strong as a hand-grenade. On occasion, he may stock himself with ‘special’ missiles, of which have a wide range of functions, ranging from cryogenic-burst missiles, to EMP-missiles, etc.
Mobile All-Range Multi-Combat Purpose Array (AKA Strike Fins)- Each of O’Malley’s back-fins are actually each a remotely guided weapon platform with incredible agility, able to reach 60 mph and still turn on a dime. Each fin bears the following abilities:
-A blaster is placed near each tip that can discharge an electric-blue beam, each with the strength to slice clean through several feet of concrete (one shot per every three seconds only).
-Each fin can produce several razor-like edges on its front half, and form a field of pressurized energy around its front (and most of its length). This allows the fins to cause some potent damage upon striking an object/opponent, and can usually smash through a concrete wall with little to no trouble. Always used for short ‘bursts’ at a time, but can be sustained for about 5 seconds straight.
- Each fin can generate a 5-foot disk of deflective energy by splitting their front halves open, thus creating a barrier with the same function as O’Malley’s Pin-Point Barrier (though slightly weaker). Sustained as long as said PPB, several (or all) Fins can inter-link their barriers, creating larger and stronger fields.
-Each fin can discharge almost all of its energy in a single go via splitting open their front halves into fourths (much like a flower opening) and unleashed said energy in a thick beam of white-blue energy. Each beam is capable of completely obliterating an armored car, but the fins must immediately return to O’Malley for a re-charge.
-Each fin also bears multiple visual and auditory sensors, allowing O’Malley to see and hear through them as well. Each fin can go as far as a mile from his location without losing contact.
Each fin can remain in combat for about an hour straight (with the exception above), and their recharge time usually takes about half an hour.
Guided Tenloss Particle Cannon (GTPC)- By opening the main three panels on his chest, O’Malley can reveal a deep, crater-like cannon, at the bottom of which are three small, glowing, orchid-red hemispheres, affixed in a triangular pattern. From this, O’Malley can launch a 4-foot long ‘bolt’ of dark-red energy (streaked with blue) with devastatingly potent disintegrative property, and a bit of concussive force. What makes this weapon more than just another beam is the fact that by using alternating magnetic force, O’Malley can literally guide the blast in a specified direction (as long as the blast is at least a foot away from himself). The blast can be sustained for up to 10 seconds before dissipating, and the blast is powerful enough to vaporize a heavily armored tank and a half. Initial blast requires a three-second charge time.
Omni-Eye- O'Malley's eye can see in a normal mode, infra-red, night-vision, and an electromagnetic spectrum, as well as various molecular levels. He can also lock on to individual or up several dozen targets at a time, doubling his success of hitting them in ranged combat.
Vibro-Blades- O'Malley's claws are a special type of blade that can vibrate at extremely high speeds, tripling their cutting potential. Can cause the blades to vibrate at will, and turn them off as well. The blades can slide into the digits, allowing him to use the hands without damaging anything.
Nano-Regeneration- O’Malley’s structure is roughly 75% constantly-solid machinery, while the other 25% is composed of a multitude of specialized nanobots. This swarm of nanobots is constantly running diagnostics on the rest of O’Malley, and will works as fast a possible to repair any irregularities, I.e. a sort of regeneration. The nanobots can repair everything up to limbs and weapons, but ignore pointless damage, such as cuts or small gouges. The nanobots can regenerate themselves indefinitely (unless all are destroyed at once), and can repair O’Malley as long as any type of solid matter is in the area. The nanobots are only designed to repair O’Malley, nothing else. Alternatively, if need be for a last defense, O’Malley can allow the nanobots to eat through organic matter (as if a potent acid) that comes into contact with at least 20% of the total nanobot population (nanobots can devour at most 5 pounds).
Exitus Particles- The by-product of his curious generator, O’Malley constantly produces particles of neon-red energy. These particles are highly radioactive, capable of stunting the biological processes (most notably healing) of any living thing in the area, and are significantly electromagnetic as well, easily frying the circuits of most machinery in the area (even he may be somewhat effected at times). Usually, the particles are simply stored in an airtight compartment and forced to die out, but O’Malley may open all of his vents and allow them to be dispersed outside, for he’s almost entirely immune to their effects (proper interior protection, but too much damage may change this). Usual area of particle dispersion is a rough 80-foot area. Each particle has a common lifespan of roughly several minutes before it fades into nothingness.
Personality: O'Malley acts cold and aloof towards almost everyone, a lucky few being excepted. O’Malley is the most negative, pessimistic machines you’ll ever meet, and he takes a straight-laced, mechanical view of the world and everyone in it. He prefers solitude and working alone, despite the many workers he has at Machinima. He’s a master at mechanical repair, construction, and about anything else having to do with the field, though he particularly enjoys hacking into well-defended databases and networks. He takes no joy in killing, nor does he particularly hate it; he just does it without question. He’s horrendously intelligent, sometimes too much for his own good; but it allows him to perform massive calculations in the blink of an eye. He’s a master of sarcasm and insults, and has a very bad temper.
History: Once the god-child of an aspiring branch of a dead, intergalactic-tyrannical group known simply as The Empire, O’Malley was originally meant to be an advanced battle droid used for multiple battlefield purposes. However, his AI developed much faster than expected, and his creators deemed him useless. Able to narrowly escape thanks to the help of the only three friends he had, O’Malley hijacked a ship and fled to a planet known simply as Bob. There, he spent most of his life as a bounty hunter/technician, befriending a small, rag-tag group of assorted soldiers and bounty hunters as well. However, a mission to take out a cluster of Xenomorphs located near an asteroid mine would soon hurl the spiteful droid to the farthest reaches of the universe… to the Milky Way, to the planet Earth.
Equipment/Belongings:
Boosters- Located in each fin and the back of each leg, O'Malley has several compact boosters that can allow him to fly up to 95 mph, or allow him to hover about in the air, both with excellent maneuverability.
Beam Saber- Stored in the underside of O’Malley’s left forearm is a hand-held energy generator (not much more than a black rectangular handle) that constructs a 4-½-foot long, electric-blue blade of super-hot energy, capable of cutting through quite a few materials. This weapon runs off of O’Malley’s energy supply (so long as he’s holding it), therefore it has an unlimited usage time.
Pinpoint Barrier System- Using generators located on the sides of his shoulders, along the top of his chest, and on his upper-back, O’Malley can create hundreds of flat, 6-inch wide, hexagonal force-fields. Activating them all at once creates a dome-shaped field composed of these smaller shields roughly 8 feet in diameter. Each individual shield is capable of deflecting a .50-calibuer rifle shot, and two foot’s worth can stop a speeding car, while every single one activated can shield completely from a direct, full-sized missile hit. Each individual barrier can be sustained for up to 5 seconds at a time.
Flamethrower- O'Malley can split his faceplate in half to form a sort of 'jaw' with the lower half, both top and bottom bearing a pair of 'teeth'. Inside are three small barrels connected side by side. The barrels can expel a blast of azure flame that can reduce a car to slag within a few seconds; can only be sustained for three seconds.
Deus Viscus- O’Malley is fueled by an unknown power source, of which gives him a nigh-unlimited energy output. This mysterious energy can be rather reactive and volatile, hence why O’Malley’s reinforced the generator’s structure. If the generator goes critical (I.e. damaged severely, overexerted, etc.), it could very well detonate and take out everything in a three-block radius.
Battleship Tenkyanon- A mile-long, 50-floor battleship orbiting Earth, this is O’Malley’s home base and an apparent ‘robot orphanage’ of sorts, being that all kinds of mecha, from parallel dimensions to those from the farthest reaches of space, are free to coexist here under O’Malley’s guidance, most of them forming the Machinima Army (see below). The ship itself has 16 docking/launch bays for various types of ships, whether visiting or built on Tenkyanon; over 300 laboratories, each serving specific purposes; roughly an entire floor dedicated to living quarters (for organics, of course, and well-furnished rooms at that); over 100 testing ranges (for new inventions, obviously); roughly 5 main command bays, each having roughly two lesser branch stations. Atop of all this, the ship’s exterior is heavily armored, as well as bearing several layers of energy shields. Defense isn’t the only thing it boasts, though, as the ship bears a massive array of weaponry, whether it be energy-based, explosive, electro-magnetic, etc. The most terrifying thing about this ship, however, would be the fact that the front-end of the ship bears a cannon utilizing gravitational energy, said weapon bearing about as much punch as say… a focused, modern-day nuke. O’Malley has a complete link to the ship at all times, and if need be, can control it entirely on his own (though it’s difficult to do, even for his AI). Venturing to and from the ship requires shuttles, as the Tenkyanon scientists have yet to devise an effective teleportation system.
The Machinima Army- The 2000-strong, self-proclaimed militia of Tenkyanon, O’Malley’s troops consist entirely of- you guessed it, robots. Quite a varying group of robots, at that. While the bulk would be mostly advanced battle droids, there is a significant mix of them, ranging from Veritech fighters, to astromech droids, to Guarlions, to Armored Cores, etc. All varying in size, appearance, and ability, yet they all bear unwavering loyalty to the head of Tenkyanon himself. O’Malley rarely asks for their assistance in combat, unless it’s a rather large-scale fight.
Karasawa- An odd-looking, rectangular rifle roughly 4 feet in length, this weapon produces potent bolts of disruptive teal energy. Each bolt is capable of violently tearing through 3 cubic feet of solid rock, and because of its radioactive properties, may temporarily halt healing processes. One shot can be fired every three seconds, and has unlimited energy as long as O’Malley is holding it (good for 10 shots if not).
Master of Gadgets- O’Malley has countless amounts of major and minor gadgets within his form, such as a radio/MP3 player (with speakers), a blowtorch, several videogame processors, a wireless internet modem (capable of downloading at almost the speed of light; not recommended for others to use on their comp‘s), a holographic display, several flash-drives, and even a universal remote. These are only roughly half of the numerous pieces of technological crap at his disposal, or possibly less, considering he has the ability to integrate more into his system.
Human Guise- O’Malley has a spare body in the form of a 6’1, black-haired human composed of a silicone-like substance. In this body, he can lift up to 800 pounds of weight, and move 10 times faster than a normal human. He’s five times as durable as a normal human, and gains the sense of touch. Has enough energy to stay functional for 12 hours.
