Okay, for those of you here who like to improve your characters and get new stuff, I have made this special rule.
If you wish to receive a new ability or item, your character must WORK for it. Any abilities/items wanted must be gained through roleplaying (training or making requests to other characters in-game). You must have an admin or mod 'ref' any threads made for gaining a new stat. Such threads must be reserved for a mod character and your character.
However, an epic or monthly campaign may assign new items or abilitie to characters upon completion. This applies only if you wish to gain the new stats.
The ten-ability and 10-item max's still apply to this.
