The dark-green humanoid known as Sachiel issued a low chirp as an explosive detonated against its curious barrier with no visible effect. Smoke filled the cratered street around it as hurled what appeared to a man in some sort of black, SWAT-like suit through a nearby post office, his scream of pains apparent as several loose bricks fell from the hole he had created in the wall. At least a dozen more of these 'soliders' surrounded Sachiel, large assault rifles belching forth thousands of lances of hot lead that uselessly impacted the Angel's barrier, the long street empty save for them and their target. The Angel's eyes abruptly flashed, and another cross-shaped explosion of energy took out a good handful of soldiers. A large, black van abruptly skidded to a stop at the closer end of the street, allowing more soldiers to file out and open up their payloads, some bearing grenade launchers as well.
Meanwhile, as the skirmish went on below, two lone entities watched from a nearby rooftop. One of which appeared to be one of the soldiers, though his helmet was off, revealing a chiseled jawline, a flat head of short blonde hair, and a pair of cold, blue-gray eyes. He scowled at the Angel below as he tapped his finger absently on a white, bracer-like object on his forearm, and he muttered to his comrade,
"If they don't do anything to it within the next five minutes, we're going in..."
His partner nodded, a lithe entity covered in blue armor not unsimilar to that of Shinji or Asuka's...

Combatants who were paying some attention to there surroundings would soon hear a reverberating howl of power. Those that weren't were likely shaken up as a green blur smashed into Sachiel's field, and then tore through it with pure physical might, toppling the 3rd Angel and kicking up a dust cloud.
Asuka landed nearby, rolling to reduce the impact, before getting up and turning to the settling cloud, revealing Solranous a top Sachiel. The dragon snarled and placed a hand to the back of Sachiel's head, blasting it several times.
"Focus on the core!" she called to him, knowing attacks to the body were more often then not worthless.
Solranous winked at her, the only sign he gave that he heard, and jumped, flipping Sachiel onto its back at the same time, before diving down again and smashing a taloned foot against the Angel's core. Solranous didn't wait to check any damage he dealt, drawing his sword and slashing the Angel's eyes, burning them and blinding it temporarily, before stabbing it into the core and flaring it out. It didn't get far, so Solranous yanked the blade out and gave a couple more slashes at the arms and face before jumping back and settling into a defensive stance as a telekinetic barrier flashed around him.
"What? Not gonna add your two cents?" Solranous asked the crimson Eva taking partial cover behind him, her field still up and attempting to weaken Sachiel's as much as possible.
"I'm too focused on my field, I can't afford to break concentration that much..." she responded.
"Got it..."

Sachiel slowly rises from the ground, releasing a low chirp or anger as it rises. Suddenly, lightening strikes down from the sky, coming close to the Angel's A.T. Field. The bursts of electrical energy break the earth as it smashes into the soil. Though the clouds, the darkened form of Great Mazinger appears as the dark clouds part away. The storm lets loose multiple bolts which are absorbed into Great Mazinger's body. As he spreads his arms out, energy courses from within his body outwards towards the Super Robot's hand. Then, the robot points his two hands at the Angel shouting the name of his attack.
[glow=blue,2,300]THUNDDEEER...BREEAAAAAK!!![/glow]
The destructive attack flashes and strikes into the A.T. Field of Sachiel, causing the earth to literally explode at the sheer power of the attack. The volts of electricity courses though the ground and makes tremors, Sachiel slowly stumbling at these effects. Small electrically shockwaves zap Sachiel, making the heavenly being to screech in pain. Though the attack was powerful, most of its damage was nullified by the field of the Angel.
Grunting in disgust Great Mazinger charges up for another Thunder Break as Burning Gundam and Shinji arrive from the sky. Rushing down to the ground, Domon lets Shinji down and the Gundam lands his thrusters still lit causing him to glide above the ground.
"Neutralize that field Shinji! I've some something planned for it!" Domon shouts as he circles the Angel, searching for a weak point. Spotting some weakened rubble that was below the Angel. Balling up his fist, the Gundam smashes his hand into the ground, causing the ground to slowly crumble and the Angel to trip. Calling back to his pupil, he readies his plan. "NOW!! SHINJI!!"

Sachiel issued a gurgle as it rose to its feet, its scarred and burnt 'face' slowly peeling off to allow another head to force it was through, eyes glimmering the moment it fully emerged. Most of the soldiers appeared relieved at the appearance of the 'paranormals', and almost all of them pulled back, barking,
"They got it! Pull back!"
Sachiel issued a squeal as his eyes flashed, and Great Mazinger was blown out of the air from a sudden 'Cross Blast', before the Angel turned to Solranous and Asuka. It aimed a clawed hand at Solranous, and the spike on that arm's elbow turned a neon-pink before an energy-spike rapidly stretched out from its palm and speared Solranous through the chest, pushing him back dozens of feet before slamming him into a building. The energy spike retracted as Sachiel wheeled on Asuka, about to bring its fists down... only to stumble back as the blue-armored figure from before slammed into it's A.T. Field... producing one of it's own!
"Neutralize the field, Rei! I'll take care of it from there..." A voice boomed.
The blonde man from before abruptly landed on the ground, his impact literally causing bits of the ground to splinter from his touch-down. As the blue-armored figure nodded, pushing against Sachiel's A.T Field with its own, the man held up his arm, scowling as the action revealed a white, panel-like plate with a thick black ‘edge-piece’ strapped to his forearm. He produced a small, black, key-looking device as he muttered,
"Excalibur Drive, engage!"
He slapped the 'key' into a port on the side of the device, and a suit-shaped field of transparent force abruptly surrounded him, before it 'solidified' into a suit of angular, form-fitting, mechanical white armor bearing neon-blue highlights; the sections not covered in plating were connected by a black, rubber-like substance. The forearm and shin plates swept past the elbows and knees, and teardrop-shaped plates hung off of the hips, with slightly-rounded diamond-shaped plates attached to each shoulder, with the top-halves stretching above the shoulder for about 4 inches. Both forearm and shin plates had thick black ‘outlines’ . The nigh-featureless helm was rather slimmed back, every one of the helm’s surfaces elongated back into a 40-degree ‘point’ forming the back of the helmet, and two 45-degree ‘antennae‘ sweep back from either temple. A single neon-blue visor with a slight point/‘dip’ at the center’s bottom seemed to serve the need to see, and the faceplate below it was slightly set into the rest of the helm. Finally, the back bore a small ‘pack’ of sorts, being a rough heptagon in shape, with the seventh point at the top, and the lower-two sides being elongated almost twice as much as the rest of the sides. Four wing-like fins stretched out from this pack in an ‘X’ shape, and two barrels/handles stretched out from the top of the pack itself for a good foot or so, and a pair of blade-like objects stretched down from the bottom of the backpack for a good 2 feet or so.
As the two colliding A.T. Fields abruptly fell, Sachiel screeched, blasting the blue-armored entity away with another 'Cross Blast' as it issued a muffled cry of pain, then the Angel whirled around and caught the incoming white-armored figure as its arms bulked up, and it smashed the armored man into the concrete with obvious destructive results. The Angel then whirled on Burning Gundam, and gave him the same treatment as Solranous before it crouched, then leapt into the air and landed on a short building's roof nearby, eyes starting to glimmer again... before a counter-blast from behind sent it reeling forwards and back into the street. Thaea lowered her smoking rifle as she grinned, then hopped down and landed next to her grandfather, producing her own sword as she snapped the rifle back to her hip.
"This is a hell of a party, isn't it?!" She barked aloud.

Pulling himself out of the rubble, Solranous snarled at Sachiel.
"Indeed it is," Solranous replied to his granddaughter, the dragon formulating a new plan of attack, before happening upon a tactic he hadn't tried before... A tactic thought of curtousy of Cresence, his old doppleganger.
Asuka blinked in surprise, eyes going wide as she heard the name. 'Rei...? But that's impossible...' she thought, studying the sapphire Eva more closely. same shape, same cycloptic eye, same unchanging face, even while berserk.
And the personality fit. "My god... it is her..." Asuka whispered quietly, stunned.
"Asuka, focus!" Solranous barked, resetting his fighting stance and starting to channel his telekinesis. Instead of enhancing pure power, he'd be doing something else with it...
The crimson Eva snapped to attention, and restarted her A.T. Field to weaken Sachiel's.
"I'll help!" Shinji called, standing next to Asuka and spreading his own field, further weakening the Angel's barrier.
"Alright!" Solranous called, tensing. He pulled one foot up from the ground...
And shot off like a bullet, running at speeds he had never displayed before, smashing through Sachiel's distorting field again and slamming his fist into its face, contorting the never changing expression. His other hand, tensed at his side, lashed out, blurring as he jabbed the monster repeatedly, the speed at which he was moving making it impossible to count the number of punches.
Satisfied after a few seconds, the dragon backflipped to gain distance, then blitzed the Angel again, clawed hand held out like a spear and slamming into the core, piercing it slightly. Solranous roared, violently ripping his hand out, and Flash Stepped back.
"BANKAI!" the dragon called, raising his sword and assuming the blue, fiery state that others were accustomed too, pre-Chaos form. "Haven't used this little trick in the longest time..." he mused to himself, before his flames flared and several serpents lashed out from those flames, wrapping Sachiel up, rendering him immobile, as well as blinding him as one of the serpents bit into his face.
"Domon, if you can still pull off that plan of yours, nows the time!" the dragon called out the Burning Gundam.

Burning Gundam, raising himself from the ground, immediately begins to implement his plan. Holding out one hand to his enemy, the Gundam's wings fold out and his chest opening up to reveal the emerald jewel on his chest. The logo of the King of Hearts slowly burns inside the jewel and energy begins to gather in the hands of the Gundam.
"THE SCHOOL OF THE UNDEFEATED OF THE EAST!!...THE ULTIMATE TECHNIQUE!!" Domon shouts to his foe, "SEKIHAAA.....TENKYOKEEEEEN!!!!"
A ball of pure energy appears in front of the chest of the Burning Gundam, rays of light flashing forth against the Gundam's body. Grabbing the energy with both hands, Domon then launches it at his enemy. The small ball of energy then evolves into a giant wave of hotblooded force, the King of Hearts symbol burning into the front of the blast. The wave smashes straight into Sachiel, making it cry out in suffering. The bone like parts on the Angel's body began to crack and his skin slowly sizzled and burned as the energy blast enveloped the beast.
"Now its my turn!!" Great Mazinger shouts as his own chest burns brightly. "HADES BREAST BURN!!!"
The Super robot unleashes a red flow of energy flame from this chest, smacking into the back of Sachiel. Once again, the Angel screams in pain, but much more louder this time. The energy released from both robots builds up and engulfs Sachiel in a earthshaking explosion. Sachiel still being held by Solranous, starts to bleed from different parts of his body.
"Now's our chance!" Domon says, drawing his beam katana from his skirt armor. Charging forth with full strength, the Gundam repeatedly slashes at the core of Sachiel, making gashes in the "heart" of the beast. From above, Great Mazinger draws his own sword and charges from behind Sachiel. Burning Gundam and Great Mazinger rush in and make a giant slash at Sachiel, the robots now on the opposite sides of the Angel. Once again, an explosion occurs, but not as major as the last. Smoke and haze cover Sachiel's form as it almost hums in pain.

Sachiel issued a horrid, ear-piercing screech as it lashed a rubbery arm aside, instantly sweeping the smoke from the explosions aside. While a new 'face' seemed to be sprouting from underneath its previous head, the new eyes flashed multiple times as what appeared to be some form of orange halo appeared above its head. Each flash erupted into a Cross Blast that knocked all combatants aside, if not horribly damaging them, as it succeeded in doing. The moment its AT Field began to shimmer back into view, the blue 'Eva' abruptly leapt across the area, hands clenched before it smashed into Sachiel field, beginning to disrupt it with her own once more. Sachiel shrieked, then grabbed Rei by the helmet as the spike on its elbow began to energize heralding the next attack...
But it was not meant to be.
The Angel shrieked once more as its arm fell to the ground, a spray of crimson, shimmering blood gushed forth from the elbow's stump. The man in white armor now held two large sword-like weapons, each with an apparent chrome-colored edge to them that seemed to shimmer with a life of its own. His neon-blue visor bore into the socketed eyes of Sachiel as he growled,
"I was raised a Catholic... and I damn-well know what an angel is. You... are NOT. YOU'RE AN ABOMINATION!!"
Another whirling flash of steel sent Sachiel staggering back once more, defenseless without its AT Field as the man snapped both handles of his weapons into a 45-degree angle, making them appear ore like rifles. He aimed the two as a thick hole became apparent behind the tip of each single-edged weapon, and a sudden barrage of flashes tore into the Angel, who shrieked in surprise as they ripped mercilessly into its frame. Rei charged forward as the onslaught stopped, then promptly produced a pair of Porgressive Knifes similar to the other Eva's, and stabbed them both upwards into the Angel's abdomen, just below the core. More blood gushed forth as Sachiel lashed out at Rei with it's only arm, despite the other starting to regorw from its stump, but the cobalt 'cyborg' tumbled out of the way, sweep-kicking the Angel's feet out from under it.
"Finish it!" The blue-armored entity breathed in a quiet, slightly rushed tone.
The soldiers all gripped their weapons tighter as Stephens boomed,
"Limiter release, engaged. Power output rising to 200%. Final Judgment, ENGAGE!"
He snapped both weapons into their sword forms, then abruptly connected them together by their flat sides, creating a single, larger weapon. Sachiel wailed as it leapt to its feet and began to lunge forward, core glistening as every neon-blue highlight on the 'knight's armor turned into an angry red-orange. As Sachiel descended on its target, the massive weapon suddenly lit up with a light comprable to the sun itself, and a massive wave of heat rushed across the area. The weapon rushed upwards in a swift arc as Stephens ran past the Angel, and the blade's light dissipated. Both parties stood opposite of eachother for a moment before Sachiel issued another horrendous scream as a multitude of cracks ran across a massive gash in it's core... said gash rising across the entire body before the Angel split in half in a diagonal fashion.
What came next was a flash of light that destroyed a five-block radius.

When all parties came to, they found themselves to be lying in a massive crater, filled with blood. The soliders all groaned as they stood, attempting to squeeze the fluid from their uniforms as the armored Stephens and Rei hauled themselves to the edge of the crater. Thaea's response to the sight was a prompt-
"HOLY F*CKING SH*T!"
Stephens stared at the sight from behind his featureless visor, then tilted his face in the direction of the other two Eva, Solranous, his granddaughter and the Super Robots before muttering,
"Target eliminated. Returning to base... send down a clean-up crew, would you?"
The soldiers all clambored out of the area, many sporting a vast amount of bruises and 2nd-degree burns, but were otherwise unharmed, strangely enough. At least half of them literally waved to and thanked the draconic entities, Eva, and Super Robots as they left, as if they were good friends. However, Stephens continued to stare at their 'allies' in arms, before the Excalibur system disengaged and he stood in his original outfit, albit rather singed from the heat. He glanced back at his ally as she reached for her head... then promptly removed the helmet. Pale, flawless skin lay beneath the sapphire helm, and a head of short, powder-blue hair shook itself free. Her strangest feature, however, would've been the fact that both of her iris's were a deep red in color. She watched the other fighters as Stephens turned away, and walking off, muttered,
"Good job today, Rei. You're off for the rest of the day."
The blue-haired youth simply nodded, her emotionless face seeming similar to the marble it was so close in color to. Wordlessly, she then retreived her weapons, putting the knives back into her armor's shoulder pylons and re-attaching her machine gun to her back. Holding her helmet under her arm, she seemed... older than the Rei that Shinji and Asuka were familiar with. From what they could tell, her figure was a bit fuller, her facial features slightly different... and she had a strange air of majesty about her. As if she had never seen the others, she promptly turned around and slowly began to walk off.
"Wow... is that the 'Rei' you told me about?" Thaea muttered, nudging Asuka in the ribs.

"Y-Yeah..." Asuka replied, arms limp and eyes wide. "But... she's supposed to be dead..."
"We're ALL supposed to be dead, Asuka..." Shinji reminded her, standing up and brushing himself off. Deciding to take a chance, the amethyst Eva walked over and set a hand on Rei's shoulder.
"Hey... Rei... Good to see you again..." was all Shinji could really think of for a response. After all, what's the best thing to say to someone you've barely been able to speak too before?
Solranous, meanwhile, grunted and hauled himself up, surveying the damage. "Heh... that guy's got some damn good equipment on him, wouldn't want to cross blades with that much power wantonly." the dragon quipped.
