Kris looked into Lora's eyes and prepared herself to give all the info she could even if it wasn't enough for Lora.
She sighed and began to speak, "Well I was at the site where this Neresa landed here on Earth. She came down in the forest and left some really bad scorch marks. Chances are you can still find the landing site. As for whether the thing she came in will still be there is a different story, could be there and might not be there. She was extremely hostile and was asking about a large black machine, that's a bounty hunter. I'm guessing that you're related to this Black Bounty Hunter in some way?"
Kris relaxed a little but kept up her guard in case Lora had another emotional attack.
Volk however was still with Mercurio trying to figure out how leaving Kris to her lonesome would be a better choice than having her tag along.
"Tell me girl what happened to you in full", he asked her.
"It's simple I fell in love with a proud warrior. He fought for this planet as all the others did. Yet he was stripped from his family of friends, and myself. I feel rather souless right now since he was taken away, and I doubt there's anyway he could be returned to me", she answered him.
"I can see why you would be in so much pain. Tell me this though would you have rathered this warrior denied your love in the first place, would you be happier now if he had done so", he challenged.

Lora gave a frustrated sigh, and replied to Kris,
"Yes... I know about this black 'bounty hunter', he's the one who's covering this entire event with some of his troops. His name is O'Malley, and he and I are-"
She stopped herself, shaking her head, choking back a sudden surge of emotions.
"He won't tell me anything... why is she so damned important to find?! Why is he so scared?!" Lora growled to herself in a strangled tone.
She wrang her hands to the point of bleeding, and glanced back at the distant mountains.
Forest... grah, that could be anywhere! I need to go now, but... Kris and Volk haven't talked the rest of this out yet... I can't leave yet... She thought, visibly gritting her teeth.

Mercurio looked at him in surprise at his verbal challenge. She had no idea how to answer that.
"You may leave now", she said slamming the door behind her.
"I see how it is", he mumbled. He slowly walked back over to where Lora and Kris were.
Poor lass I can't imagine the torment she is experiencing nor putting someone else through such pain. She's right and wrong at the same time.
He finally came into range of being able to see Kris and Lora again and he watched for a minute.
Kris grabbed Lora's hands and stopped her from wringing them together.
"If O'Malley really has all of this and more he's the last person I'd be worrying about with this person", she said leaving Lora's hands at her sides. She then signaled to the field like she wanted something to come to her.

"That's exactly why I need to know why he's so scared of this 'Neresa'... he can kill someone froma mile away, so why is he so AFRAID?! How is she connected to him in the first place?!" Lora howled.
Meanwhile, several droids poked their heads out of the nearby field Kris had waved at, and droned inquisitively at eachother before shuffling forward, standing before Kris.
"Yes?"
"Yes?"
"WHA-*hic*-AAT?" They all inquired.

Kris whispered to the three mechs so that Lora couldn't here and shooed them off. She then turned back to Lora and grasped her shoulders.
"Lora you've done enough for the both of us right now if you would like to leave by all means don't wait for us, we just needed someone to arrange a meating here", she said. "Please take care of the matters on your hands and we can finish this here without any problems."
She hugged Lora as a way of saying thanks and noticed Volk was walking back over from where ever it was he disappeared to.
"She's right Lora we'll be fine if you want to go investigate what Kris told you. Plus we may need some real private time to truly talk this out if you don't mind", he asked.

Lora gave a tired sigh and nodded, muttering,
"Alright, alright... I'll go. You two take care, alright? I'll leave some of the troops nearby to make sure you don't get any uninvited guests..."
She paced off, shoulders slumped as she relayed the order into the walky-talky. About 50 feet away from the other two lycans, Lora abruptly issued an anguished scream, then broke into a dead run, shifting into her Urhan form and speeding off into the night. She bared her teeth as she ran for the mountains, tears streaming down the sides of her face from the bite of the cold winter air and the speed she was going... as well as another rush of emotional pain.
O'Malley... I don't know why, but I'm scared for you as well... but I'm going to find out why we're like this... She thought resolutely.

"So what exactly did you say to those mechs that you couldn't let Lora catch wind of", Volk asked
"That the dark one mentioned has a decent chance of finding Neresa somewhere between the city and the forest. That's where I sent her to get better info than I could provide", she answered.
"So you really want to be by my side and not stay with the pack, even if it means you may lose me someday unexpectedly? Would you be able to handle it", he checked her.
"Of course, after all you're the one who gave me what values I have today", Kris responded.
I certainly hope you can. I don't want you to end up like that poor girl I was just talking to. I doubt if she'll ever recover from her experience.
"Alright then but first you'll have to go through everything that I did and that means a meeting with the Darkwood Elders. Let's go ahead and get a move on towards the woods", he stated.
With that they shifted into their Urhan forms and headed off to a separate section of the forest than Lora was headed to.
