Appearance: A somewhat tall human with medium length black hair. He wears a no sleeve t-shirt and sometimes wears a leather jacket with small “spikes” on the shoulder area. He wears fighting gloves with “X”s on them. Normally wearing baggy pants, he’ll sometimes wear shorts, but mostly pants. He is somewhat built up, though not very muscular looking. Kago has unnaturally gold eyes that will sometimes glow before he Henshins.

Abilities:
In-Human Strength: Even though he doesn’t look like it, Kago has unbelievable strength. Though he isn’t as strong as his Rider form, Kago can withstand 256 lbs of pressure and punch at 1500 psi. He’s also extremely fast, but still not fast like his Rider form.

Henshin: Kago, with the help of the X Stigma Belt, can transform into a Kamen Rider. Upon calling out the phrase “Henshin”, Kago can become Kamen Rider Xenos.

Personality:
Kago is in general a nice person. He cares for others, even though he’s too quiet to speak such. He believes action is better than words and will jump into a fight if an ally is in danger. Kago will, however, respect those who are in a fight and don’t wish to be interrupted since if he were in the situation, he wouldn’t want interruptions as well. It’s very rare for him to unleash complete rage on someone, but if and when he does, no one wants to be in his way.

History:
Kago Masahiro is native to Japan and has never ventured to outside of his home. He has also rarely had any contact with other humans, which has led some to believe that he is a extremely cold and closed off person. But he is the exact opposite, as he wishes to open up and form friendships with others. Even at an early age, he was generally nice, and at the same token casted out from the world.

Kago has no recollection of his parents, siblings, or any other family member, hence why he wants to become friends with others. Kago has been seen wandering the streets of Tokyo, helping random strangers. This however, has made him get into a lot of trouble.

Masahiro lived in a world that was very much like Nighshade’s, minus the many Super Robots and dragon like warriors running around. This world was at peace, but under the glass buildings and shining sun, waged a war between man and beast. The Beasts, labeled as Chimerix, hunt down innocent humans and use them for food. Human military strength has no effect on them, even tanks will have no effect on them. The only ones to stand against them are the Kamen Riders, masked heroes of justice that work for no one. They strike the Chimerix with no mercy and protect the ones they love and care for. Kago, is one of the masked warriors.

Kago doesn’t remember how he gained the X Stigma Belt, nor does he care. If it helps people, it doesn’t matter where the belt and his powers came from. With this ideology, Kago fights all of those who stand above the innocent.

Equipment:

X Stigma Belt: The belt that Kago uses to transform into his Rider form. The belt is plate silver, with a small, rounded square buckle in the center. The buckle will light up when Kago is about to Henshin into his Rider form. When Kago yells out “Henshin!”, he will transform into his Rider Form. When transformed, the bars that are on the “buckle” of the device combine into an X formation.

MotoXenos: The motorcycle Kago uses to get around Nightshade. The bike will transform into an “armored form” when Kago Henshins into Kamen Rider Xenos. The bike in normal form looks like a Suzuki B-King (Picture).

Appearance: The Rider sports plate silver, black, red and white colors all over his body. On the chest, there is a broad set of chest armor that is plate silver with black accents in it. The chest armor is separated in parts, forming white lines that glow brightly. The shoulder armor is round, but has a curved and short blade like piece coming out of it. The shoulder armor too is “spread apart”, revealing more white lines. The armor on the legs goes from the knee area all the way down to the ankle area. For the knee, there is a blade like knee cap armor that is no bigger than 5 inches. All the way down the leg are the same white accents that flow on the chest and shoulder. The arms share the same armor like the legs, but the blade’s on the elbows are much shorter. There are X formations on the elbow area, below the bladed part. Also, there are hidden blades on the back of the legs that only fold out when Xenos does his Rider kick. Finally, the mask has a large X in the middle of the mask. On the left and right “quadrants” of the X, are two red eyes that have a silver trim around them. The eyes are insectoid like and also glow at times. The top parts of the X are formed like grasshopper antenna, which become slimmer as they stretch out of the head. The bottom portion of the X forms the silver mouth guard, with insect teeth on the mouth area.

Abilities:

Full Burst Rider Kick: The signature move of Kamen Rider Xenos. The blades on the back of his leg, which come up to his upper thigh, fold down, the blade pointed behind the achelies heel. The blades then “shatter” and are replaced by beams of pure white light. The Rider will then jump into the air with one foot extended, having the blade of light stab into his opponent. After forcing his foe back, Xenos will then use the other blade and pierce through the armor or shield of his foe easily. Most of the time, he will force his foes to the ground with this move, resulting him to slightly twist his foot, then spin off of his foe. The end result is having his opponent being engulfed in a giant explosion.

Bursting X Scissor: Using the Xeno Daggers, the Kamen Rider will slash at his victim in a “X” formation. Then, crossing his arms, he places the blades against the opposite sides of his victim. Finally, he slices through his opponent, which results in imitate death for weaker foes and medium damage to stronger foes.

Bursting X Slash: This attack uses Xenos’ Xeno Daggers once more, by having the blades attach to the ends of one another. The blade ends will “shatter” and form beams of light. Once hit by this double blade, opponents will spark as the blade slices through their armor or skin. For the finishing stroke, Xenos then spins the blade and deforms the sword, slashing with one dagger then the other. The result is an X formation on the opponent which causes heavy burns on the victim.

X Shield: The “X”s on both of Xenos’ arms can come off and form energy shields of white energy. These shields hover of the arm area of where they are jettisoned from. These shields can withstand most attacks, but will go away when the X symbols are destroyed.

Speed Burst: Similar to the Clock Up attack, Xenos can release a portion of his energy to speed himself up greatly. The Speed Burst can only last only a minute or two and can heavily drain the Rider of his energy and can result in death if used in rapid succession since the sudden bursts of speed can cripple internal organs.

History:

Kamen Rider Xenos is the heroic form of Kago Masahiro. This Rider is said to be the Rider of Light, since he has been seen using attacks that use pure white energy. In Kago’s world, Xenos is the most powerful Rider on the side of good.

Even though he is heavily feared by Chimerix, it is unknown how the Rider belts have come into being. Many have speculated that they are alien artifacts that were discovered by the government and kept hidden and some say that it is a sign of a pure heart and the user of the belt is looked at like a god. Whatever the case, the users of the belt can either use it for good or evil, shaping their own paths of their personal justice.

Xenos is somewhat described by witnesses to have a grasshopper like mask and is one of the first ways of recognizing him for the public. While in his world, Kamen Rider Xenos is both feared and respected by the Japanese. Other countries, however, see the Riders as a threat to peace and wish for them to be extinguished. Xenos and other Riders must live in fear of their own lives, but still protect the innocent.

Studies of this Rider have said that it may have access to a hidden form, but it has yet to be proven.

Equipment:

Xeno Daggers: The Xeno Daggers look much like Kamen Rider Kabuto’s Kuni Gun, but with a much longer blade. The Daggers can switch to a Gun mode, where the blades rotate to a horizontal position and reveal gun barrels on the top and bottom of the blade. The Gun form fires of blasts of blue energy that aren’t very effective against stroner opponents, but great against weaker enemies. The Xeno Daggers can also attach each other at the end of the handles, creating a double ended sword form that Xenos can use for his Bursting X Slash, or just regular combat.

MotoXenos: The MotoXenos looks much like its unarmored form, but the headlights forming into two insect like eyes. Above the “eyes” of the bike are also two antenna that extend for 5 inches. The antenna are also apart of a X formation on the front of the bike, to mostly resemble Xenos’ mask.
