"I wonder... just what that shooting star was... normally they just pass Earth by... Assuming this is still Earth that I'm on. For all I know, this dimension may not have an Earth and this planet just looks eerily similar..." Asuka muttered as trudged through the area. coming across the river.
"If I'm not going mad... it should be around here..."
With that, the German girl-turned-Evangelion searched the general area, all the while having a chilling feeling that she should have just let it be.

Kris was heading up stream following the scent of Volk. She crept through the night unheard by just about everything tracking the very old trail that was before her.
Well fortunately he's as easy to track as he ever was. Seems he really needed a bath too.
She scoured the area until she came upon a red entity in the bushes. She bound up a tree and held on a branch just above the being trying to discern what it was. It didn't look organic and yet it could move in an organic matter. She decided to confront the thing though not face to face so that she would have an upper hand should things go wrong.
Kris threw her voice into a bush just in front of the red being,"Who or what are you? You aren't from this world obviously so what is your prupose?"
Kris remained above the entity waiting for a response so that she could get on with her tracking.

"What the!?" Asuka cried out in surprise, jumping at the voice. She blinked while staring at the bush, something was nagging at her that whoever was talking wasn't there. But if she couldn't trust her hearing to find the speaker, what could she trust? The Evangelion scoured the ground around her, clenching a fist in case she'd have to fight.
Not finding anybody on the ground, Asuka turned her gaze to the trees, although the foliage was thick and she doubted that she would see anything with her eyes alone.
"I could ask you the same thing, especially since your hiding. Why don't you show yourself so we can talk this out face to face?" Asuka said, still trying to find the source of the voice.

Kris dropped out of the trees in front of the red Eva.
"You were looking for the shooting star from earlier weren't you", Kris says standing up right in front of the Eva and quite close to her face. "You'd best be careful what you investigate, lest what you look for kills you."
Kris looked the being up and down still unsure of what it was.
"So just what the heck are you anyways?"
She prodded the chest of the Eva to see what kind of material it was made of. She then sniffed it finding there were minor organic scents coming off from beneath the metal covering.

"Well... I... I used to be human... but now... turns out when I got killed in my dimension, I got sent to this one in the body of the machine I piloted... Specifically, Evangelion Unit 02." Asuka muttered, then swatted Kris hand away lightly with an irritated growl,
"Do you mind? I may not be human anymore, but I don't like it when my chest gets poked."
Asuka's eyes narrowed as she scowled at the lycan in front of her. She turned to the side and whispered to herself,
"Being a machine sucks... I may be alive again... but I still feel so... dead..."

Kris merely gave a "hmm" in response and decided that since she was here she may as well find out what the shooting star was. She turned and got on all fours and bounded into the bushes making loud rustles on purpose so that the Eva would know where she was.
"So you're not from our world huh? Do you even know what I am? I doubt it but may as well ask, also what's your name", she assaulted Asuka with question after question.
She rustled through the bushes until she found scorch marks on the ground.
Looks like I found it whatever it is.

"Name's Asuka Langley Soryu... and unless my eyes are deceiving me, you're human as far as I can see..." the crimson Eva replied as she follow Kris.
"Well, you know my name now, what's yours?" Asuka asked, glancing to the lycan.

Kris inspected the scorched path that was carved before her. She checked the dirt to see how hot it was and if there were any odd smells about it. She couldn't tell much about it for the smoke and burned earth but there was something in it that was different.
"Alright Asuka let's go take a look at this thing. oh and my name's Kris", she said.
She slowly walked down the path while shifting into her Dalu form. She had no idea what was down here and she certainly didn't want it attacking her.
Looks like I'll have to identify it the old fashioned way. Eyes don't fail me now.

Unnoticed, Asuka's eyes widen in surprise as Kris changed her form.
'Ok, clearly not human' She realized. 'The question is, then, what is she? Argh, I'll ask after this whole thing's done.'
The crimson Eva sighed, then helped Kris look for whatever was here, in case whatever it was tried to get the drop on them.

Before the pair of women lay a large, sleek, wrecked vessel. Its coloration was once a deep purple-black, but the flames licking at its split, armored hide at the moment gave it a devilish red tint. Half of it was either strewn over the area or submerged in the dirt, water pooling into areas near the river, causing steam to issue from the hull's superheated metal. A massive hole had been torn open from one side of the ship to the other, where most of the flames resided, the front of the ship itself having been smashed into a crinkled mess. A single figure sheathed in angular, dark-green armor was staring at the mess, shaking its helmeted head at its terrible predicament. It had a pair of large weapons on its back and a set of double-jointed legs, though other than that not much could be determined, other than the spaces at its joints and between armor sections was black... and probably not metal.
"damned ship came outta nowhere.... HOW DO YOU HIDE A SHIP -THAT- F*CKING BIG -THAT- WELL?!" It screamed in a mechanized tone.
It kicked at the dirt nearby, then abruptly paused, before hunching down as it produced two rectangular handguns and aimed it at the approaching Kris, barking,
"Take another step and I'll fill you full of so many ions you'll glow..."
Its neon-purple visor spotted Asuka as well, and aimed the other weapon at her as well.
"Identify yourself! What is this damned planet?!" It hissed.

Kris froze in her tracks not knowing what ions were but not wanting to find out either. She took in the sight of the being before her not knowing what it was though it was obviously not of this world.
"I'm Kris... I didn't mean to startle you. I just saw this, thing, streaking across the sky and just happened to come across it. I really would like to remain ion free if that's ok with you", she stammered.
Jeez why is it that there are so many weird things in this forest? It's almost like a bloody magnet to them.
She raised her hands into the air trying to seem unimposing though she wasn't sure if it would work.

"Whoa! please put the guns down, I'd much rather not get shot at! My name's Asuka, as for what planet we're on... well, I'm not from this dimension so I don't have a hope of telling you for certain. Neither of us want any trouble so please put the guns away." Asuka yelped, quickly backing away from the new comer and the hulking remains of his vessel.
'Normally I wouldn't be pleading with people to stay civil... normally it would be the other way around... and normally I wouldn't even be here! But seeing as this is far different from normal, I'd much rather try and shape up my act then just blow up on everybody who crosses me. If what that blue haired man said was true, I could die, again, if I stayed to my normal response. Speaking of him, I don't remember if I got his name or not... It's not important right now, seeing as there's a guy with who-knows-how-many guns with which to kill us. One death is enough for me, thanks!' The Eva thought, considering her past with her present situation.

A look of horror befell Kris' face as she realised she never answered that question.
"Omigosh I'm so sorry! You are currently on what us natives call Earth", she revealed. "May I ask who might you be?"
She knew she was tempting fate with this question but she felt if it went well the situation might cool down a bit. She remained in her position with arms in the air still showing no signs of wanting any conflict.

"Earth, eh? Terrible name for a planet... might as well name it 'Dirt'... then again, I suppose it's not as bad as 'Bob'... bah." The entity muttered.
It looked about, its visor issuing a short, loud 'beep' before it stopped.
"Hmph... atmosphere is... breathable, surprisingly. Eh, why not?"
Several loud hisses issued form the helmet before it was brought off... and the entity's true face was revealed. A stumpy (length-wise), bullet-shaped head with the back end tapering slightly upwards into a dull point, and the front end bearing elongated, interlocking mandibles stretching to a third of the head‘s length, behind which a surprisingly human mouth could be seen, were the teeth in it not all black and sharp. Her reflective eyes were sky-blue in color with a slightly-iridescent black, slit-shaped pupil in their center; the eyes themselves seemed to bear a slight compound look to them upon closer inspection. A cluster of limp, segmented, gray-black stalks reaching down to the middle of her back billowed out from the back of her head, appearing as what may've been an insect imitation of hair.
Now that the figure's head was exposed, it gave off a definite feminine air- one could not be sure how, but they could not deny so either. The alien entity then looked at Kris and Asuka, then grinned in a sinister way, showing off those ebony-colored teeth again.
"Name's Neresa... you two don't seem like much of a threat to me, so I guess I can acquiant myself. I got shot down by some huge-ass battleship that popped out of nowhere... either of you know anything about it?"

Kris slowly lowered her arms and let out a sigh of relief. She relaxed her muscles and shifted back to her human form.
"Well in terms of space stuff I can't help you there. There are however beings elsewhere that may have the knowledge you seek. There is a large city full of intellectuals who can send you in the right direction", Kris said. "It is however nice to meet you Neressa. I do wish I could help you but do to my pack's restrictions we aren't allowed to leave the territory often."
She rubbed the back of her head in a sort of embarassed way.
"Eheh so what was it you were out in this part of space?"
