Age: 3,600
A skinny, obviously female humanoid Dragaer. She's smaller than Thanatos in all regards. She's very light, soft green in color with blue on her back that fades and disperses more the farther from the spine it is. She has very small horns between her "hair-tails".
Abilities:
Lethal hits: due to having some of her internal organs replaced by machines after the bomb that nearly killed Thanatos went off, Saelia can take hits that would cause critical damage to most and still keep going.
Phase-Meld: Normally this is a passive ability that allows her to phase through walls when needed. However, it can be used offensively if she phases part of herself into something else and messes up their insides.
Equipment:
Rod of the Scions: A longstaff that functions as a midrange weapon. It has no special damage ability or extended attacks, but it can pierce any telepathis or energy shield or barrier with little effort.
History:
Saelia was a bright star of the Dragaer. Known from a young age for her beauty and grace, she had suitors before she could speak. But her family was of noble position, and they were able to keep the would-be suitors at bay, except for one Du'Rael. He too was young, and very ambitious. His family line, while not as notable as Saelia's, was impressive. And he was the same age as the girl he sought. But it was only after his promotion to Lord in General that the family recognized him as viable. Eventually, they consented to their daughter's wishes and the two were married. It was happy for a time.
Then came the bomb attack that nearly killed Thanatos. It nearly killed Saelia too. After that, Saelia went missing for years. When she finally did return, it was on the arm of another, one to whom she showed almost robotic obedience. But this new Lord in General was overthrown by the return of a heavily altered Thanatos. Nothing is known about what happened between Thanatos and Saelia during those events, but it is known that Thanatos once again left the Dragaer homeworld after that. It is not known if Saelia went with him.
Personality:
Saelia is bright and cheerful and playful. She is also in her prime which makes her...flirtatious, to put it mildly. She can be a powerful fighter, but she prefers to stay out of combat whenever possible. Unlike her love, Thanatos, she is a very compassionate being, and can even sway Thanatos to sympathy. She is also very noble, and willing to do the right thing, even at personal cost.
Traits: Saelia can and will use almost any weapon she needs to in order to stay alive. Also, in a seeming contradiction of her normally calm personality, one of the first methods she resorts to when dealing with others is threatening them.
