Zeke Sundog trudged home. He had used Wraith's transformative abilities to and order her to change into a less spectacular outfit, Black T-shirt, blue jeans, leather jacket. definetly a less spectacular sight than his work clothes. He did live in the suburbs after all and neigbors would talk. "First day in a new city and what do I get... My head almost knocked off by some homeless guy with a Ginsu kife on steroids, what a day." He continued mumbling to himself as he unlocked his door sure down to his bones that his day couldn't get any worse.

Just inside the door was a Death Angel. He sat in a chair giving an air of power with the way he was positioned.
"He stood when Zeke came in how are you this fine evening?"
Just then Shiryu appeared behind Zeke.
"Hehe sorry you got mixed up in that little scrap earlier. Just thought I'd stop by and see how you were doin.", He saaid in a friendly tone."Hey do you mind if... How'd he get here?"
"Finally Shiryu we meet again after those thousand years. I, Darkray am the one who made you destroy your clan. Now I have come for the last two members of it at last and finish what was started so long ago."
Shiryu stood on guard ready for a fight despite not being fully recovered. However Darkray had left in the blink of an eye.
"Not good I was certain he was eradicated long ago. Anyways we haven't been properly introduced yet. The name's Shiryu the girl with me earlier was Mercurio."

Zeke mentally gave Wraith the order to get back into work clothes, the huge white trenchcoat emblazoned with the Japanese characters Aku Zoku Zan (Kill Evil Instantly) in bright red letters and ordering Quicksilver to stay close at hand. "Doesn't anyone make an appointment anymore" Zeke replied.

Shiryu stood with a silly grin on his face.
"Hahaha around here you can't really make an appoinment things are always happening and you just have to roll with it. Quite the daring intro you made stabbing Khimera in the back earlier. You feel ok from those big blasts?"
Just then Mercurio managed to catch up with Shiryu.
"Why did you have to take off so fast Shiryu? I almost lost sight of you when you landed. Anyways do you need help with anything... um what was your name again I don't think I got it the first time?", Mercurio asked.

I'm fine" Zeke said, "More Importantly doesn't bother you that a creepy evil guy just showed up in my easy chair threatenend you and ran away... CUZ IT SURE AS HELL IS CREEPING ME OUT!!!!" I've already been knocked out by a homeless guy and had what looks like a Soul Society reject break into my house." All I want is a taco and to go to bed at this point and chances are I'm not getting either of those things."

"Your probably right there. There isn't much down time here in Nightshade. So what plans do have for being here? For now I'm mostly trying to piece together how to get control of my Spirit Rage. You seem to have some unique equipment on you might I ask what they are?"
They watched in awe as the little creations changed and swirled around like small creatures.
"This is a nice pad you have here. Good furniture and the like."

"Yeah" Zeke replied "Ikea is a miracle in itself. Anyway the coat I'm wearing is named Wraith and the little orb thing flying everywhere's name is Quicksilver." As Zeke spoke the letters on the back of the coat named Wraith rearranged themselves from Japanese characters to english. Upon closer inspection Shiryu realized they were asking him how he was doing. Meanwhile, the baseball sized orb was zipping around the shiryu and the woman as if inspecting them like a dog would. Zeke continued "There technomatic constructs. Created through a mix of Alchemy and cutting edge science, unfortunately they're also kind of nosy. My name's Zeke by the way" Zeke extended his hand in a handshake to the winged man and the Quicksilver forming a hand did the same to the woman.

Shiryu gripped Zeke's hand in a friendly shake and replied, "Nice to meet you Zeke. and your small friends Wraith and Quicksilver. Hopefully you'll settle in nicely once you get used to the constant chaos around here."
Mercurio tentaively shook "hands" with the small orb Quicksilver.
"Shiryu we have to go for now. There's plenty of chores left to do at the house."
"Right, right. Well we'll be seein you around I'm sure. So later then."
With that the pair released their wings and took off for their own home in the abandoned district.
