((Reserved for Azure))
O'Malley was dashing back and forth between benches in his 'workshop', which was really just his monitor room with a bunch of tools/equipment. Half of the droid's total plating was missing as he eventually stopped, then asked Nocturn via the Machinima radio,
"You sure you told those two to get over here? You know what'll happen f they don't show up within the hour..."
"I told them, I swear! They should be there any minute!" Nocturn barked.
"Hour is more like it... alright, thanks." O'Malley sighed, turning off the link.
He continued about his work, hefting up a rectangular rifle-looking weapon as he muttered,
"This has gone on for too long now..."

Myrr and Xeno, meanwhile, had arrived at the base, but couldn't pass through the barrier. The device Myrr had used to do so last time was conveniently... missing...
'Dad must not want me to get any ideas about raiding Machinima... not that I could...' Myrr thought to herself.
Xeno started fanning herself with her hand. "Stupid desert heat..." she moaned as they waited for them to realize they had two 'guests'...

"One moment, ladies." A voice shouted from the other side.
A few seconds later, a 10-foot high arch parted in the barrier, allowing the half-dragons to pass throug. Inside the barrier, the temperature was drastically reduced to a rough 65 degrees or so. A purple-and-gray battle droid nodded to the two as he motioned them to follow him. The barrier closed behind them as he stated,
"O'Malley's a bit busy right now, so he couldn't come out himself; So I'll be showing you the way."
They entered the base, walking through several hallways. About halfway through, they entered the large room where J-Der, Mecha Nazo, and Master Gundam were fought a few months back, but it looked... decidedly different. Festive decorations pertaining to the new year were strewn about the area, and a circular stage was plcaed in the center of the room, with several large tv-screens above it. Folded chairs and tables lined the walls as the droid stated,
"I assume you've been told about it already... so I won't say anything..."
They eventually reached the main elevator, whereupon it took them to O'Malley's quarters. The doors opened into the room, allowing the two organics to step out. The doors closed behind them as O'Malley stated,
"Ah, thought you'd show up eventually. How's the suit doing, Myrr? Need any adjustments? How about your PED, Xeno?"
The droid was nothing but metallic joints and circuitry at the moment, his black exterior having been completely removed. He was testing what appeared to be another arm, watching the fingers flex at his discretion. As he fine-tuned the limb, he stated,
"Alright, I'll get to the point. Xeno, I'm sure you're fully aware there's a Xenomorph swarm in the sewers, right? How aware are you that they've been acting more and more like you with every passing week?"

Xeno blinked in shock. "They're..." she paused for a moment, letting the news sink in, "...what?" she finished in disbelief.
Myrr was also shocked to hear this... so much so that she couldn't form any words on her lips. When she finally could, she asked, "Does this have to do part of her Xenomorph DNA being that of the Queen Mother?"
Xeno swayed a bit, looking as if she were about to pass out.

O'Malley nodded, replying,
"Yes. In actuality, a Xenomorph drone isn't much smarter than a dog, and a Praetorian's about as intelligent as gorrila. They follow a Queen's thoughtwaves, act as she does. A Queen is, literally, a Queen. Every Xenomorph within several miles, or, in a Queen Mother's case, a continent, follows their Queens bidding, period."
He shook his head, continuing,
"They're 'playing' with people. They're acting 'human'. And... they've stopped feeding on cerebral tissue."
O'Malley was suddenly standing before Xeno, jabbing a claw at her.
"That's the only thing they can eat. They subsist on brains. You have them eating human food. And they're dying because of it. You're unintentionally killing off hundreds of living beings, Xeno."
He took a step back, then turned around and began working on parts again as he added,
"Now, here's your options. A- start doing your job, and lead them as a Queen, B- I'll put them out of their misery, or C- I'll make a new Queen for them."
He waved a hand, muttering,
"Take your pic... but do it soon. Even I dislike seeing living things suffer because of someone else's actions."

Xeno cringed, not realizing what was going on all this time... It stung her deeper then she would have liked, seeing as they were essentially children to the Xenomorph part of her genes.
"... I... I know I'm not fit to act like a Queen Xenomorph should... the instinct I need for that is... very diluted..." she began, sadly. "And I hate the thought of them being destroyed, just because of my inability to be what they need to survive..." she quivered slightly. "Make a new Queen for them... please..." she asked quietly, just high enough to be heard.
Myrr mentally sighed, and backed off a few steps, feeling that it would be best if she just let Xeno do whatever she would need to do in order to, as the say, 'pass the torch on.'

O'Malley nodded, then activated the intercom and spoke,
"Section 22, tell Astor we'll have to put his order on hold. Continue with Project #376."
He turned the intercom off, and muttered,
"You've made a good choice, Xeno. I thank you for that."
He went back to his parts once more, continuing in a nonchalant tone,
"Now, I'll ask my first question again: Myrr, need any suit upgrades? What about your PED, Xeno?"

"Eh, the suit's great as is, and I've got my sword in case the want to get up close and personal. The barrier has saved my tail a lot and is working just fine. There's no denying it, when you want to build something, you build it great." Myrr replied to O'Malley.
Xeno, however, nibbled her lip. "I can tell I didn't cut it close... but I'm worried about how many shots I can fire with this cannon before the PED starts getting overloaded... the amount of power behind it was frightening. I fire three shots and my enemy is mangled... Spite said that the cannon draws from my Phazon and converts it to a non-corruptible energy... Still, I need to know how much of a safe margin I have for if, or more appropriately when, I use it again."
As she was speaking she, brought the cannon into view. "Is there anyway you can calculate how many shots would overload the PED, so I know not to use that many?" she asked the droid.

O'Malley leaned forward, his electric-blue eye suddenly shifting into a dull purple-red color. A line of light washed over Xeno several times, then O'Malley took the cannon from her, muttering,
"Well, Spite's the one who built this, not me, but our designs were almost identical in that field."
He started picking the cannon apart without damaging it, examining various areas of the weapon's internal structure. After several minutes, he replied,
"At the moment, you can fire off about seven shots per every five minutes without worry of going critical. Spite must not have known about Phazon extensively..."
Mentally smirking, O'Malley continued,
"Luckily, I do. I can easily modify this weapon up to the point where you can fire nonstop for a half-minute straight, and not worry about going overboard. Or, hell, I assume Spite mentioned something about a suit to you when he built this, Xeno? I know of a bounty hunter where I come from who has the same problem you do. Luckily, she had her suit modified to accustom this change, and she doesn't have to worry about Phaaze Corruption at all, unless she stays in Hyper mode for too long."
He tossed the cannon in the air, asking,
"Would you like one of these suits? Your PED could use fixing anyway..."

(OOC: Oi... O'Malley's been pretty much every where, hasn't he?)
Xeno nodded when O'Malley asked about Spite mentioning a suit.
"Yeah... I only had the chip first because it was quicker and I didn't want to take any chances." she replied to O'Malley.
Myrr sighed, then glanced at Xeno, 'She always seems to get the short end of the stick... First being formed by such an evil beast through me... then getting infected with Phazon... and now the fact that she learned what was essentially her children were dying because she was acting the way she felt was normal... I hope one day she finally gets to have something exceedingly good happen in her life...'
The half dragon closed her eyes for a few seconds, before opening them again and waiting.

((O'Malley: When you're hired to kill people in different galaxies, yes... you tend to get around. *throws a Wookie at Azure*))
O'Malley nodded with what little of a head he had, replying,
"Alright then! We'll get you a PED suit as fast as we can! Consider it an early Christmas present."
A mechanical arm deployed from a nearby bench, then quickly disassembled O'Malley's head, grabbing his AI and setting it aside as O'Malley's voice echoed from unknown speakers in the room,
""I'll have it ready by tomorrow night. In the meantime, any questions?"
Several more arms deploed from the ceiling, taking various parts and attaching them together near the two, soon creating a pair of thin black legs.

(OOC: Oof! ... AHHH! *mauled by Wookie*)
Xeno shook her head, "No... no more questions from me..."
Myrr stretched out a bit, "Nothing's got me confused either. We'll just get out of your metaphorical hair and be on our way then."
With that, the half dragon grabbed her hybrid sister, as the blackened being had become to her, and started walking out of the room. She, however, paused at the door, turned around as if to ask something, but decided not to and left.

((Wookie: *chortles, grabs Azure and runs off*))
O'Malley metaphorically 'blinked' at Myrr, but decided not to press the matter as they left the premesis. The droid re-focused his attention to the form slowly becoming built near the center of the room. His disembodied voice then echoed into the intercom,
"Sector 17, get to work on a PED suit for me. Sending the schematics for ya now."
A few moments passed, and a voice replied,
"Gotcha chief! We'll have it ready as soon as possible!"
The intercom turned off, and O'Malley continued working on the half-form at present.
Geez... I go through upgrades like the month goes through seasons... He thought to himself.
