((Reserved for Fred))
The bipedal wyrm was dashing through the woods at surprising speed, his yellow optics sweeping the area back and forth as he muttered,
"He should be around here somewhere... I know I sensed him nearby..."
The crimson dragon then skidded to a halt, thinking,
Ohh, he's almost here. I'll just wait for him, then.
With that, he back into a tree as his scales all shifted before they camoflauged with the surrounding area. Footsteps could be heard approaching...

The footsteps the dragon heard were the feet of Wataru, the human that could transform into the Kamen Rider. He felt the presence of something nearby, but he didn't see it at all. The bat called Kivat the 3rd hovered around his shoulder and on the other shoulder, Tatsulot the golden dragon hovered.
"You sense something Wataru-san?" Kivat asks his master, "It feels like something is close."
"Yes!" Tatsulot says, "That feeling.....I'm hungry!" Kivat slaps Tatsulot with his wing, the dragon screeching in pain and rubbing its nose. "Baka..." Kivat growls, "Not your stomach, something around us!"
Wataru stops and looks to the tree where the wyrm has blended into the tree. Something was there, but he couldn't figure it out. Meanwhile, Kivat and Tatsulot still were bickering to each other, not even knowing where Wataru was. Wataru then inhales slowly, trying to be less nervous. "Come out....I won't attack you." he says, hoping that whatever was here would answer back.

"I mean you no harm, Kurenai Wataru. In fact, I came here to ask of you a favor." Artecaex rumbled.
He deactivated his camofluage, revealing his full 13-foot height as he swayed his tails, looking down at the wielder of Kiva. His arms folded, he asked,
"Or should I say Kiva?"
He snorted, then smirked.
"Yes, I know who you really are, and that's why I sought you out. I require your assistance with capturing a creature dubbed 'The Mothman' around here. Your.... ahem... 'peculiar bloodline' causes me to believe that you may very well be immune, or at least resistant, to this creature's abilities."
He sighed, adding,
"I wish to capture it to help it.... will you help me?"

Wataru jumps at the sudden appearance of the dragon. He wasn't startled that it was a 13 foot tall, red, talking dragon. But the fact that the dragon came from no where that startled him. "Uh....Mothman?" the human says, scratching his head in confusion.
Kivat then flies up to Wataru, giving a polite bow to the dragon. "The dragon speaks well of the beast." Kivat says, "The Mothman is a humanoid creature that has been stalking these woods for sometime now. Its nothing at all human, but does have some human traits."
"Like....a Fangire?" Wataru asks the bat then looks to the dragon. "I don't know if its a Fangire," Kivat says, "But I am for certain that it is not friendly at times."
Tatsulot appears, gnawing on an acorn in his mouth. "Wash a Moshmon?" he says in a childish tone. Kivat shakes his head in shame, turning to the red dragon. "Please forgive him. He's.....special we think."
Tatsulot spits out the acorn and smiles. "YES! Tatsulot is special, for he is smart! S-M-R-T! Smart!" he barks proud fully. Kivat just sighs, a sweat drop slides from his head. Wataru then speaks to the dragon. "I'll help you capture this creature." the human says, "But as long as we don't hurt it, I'm fine."

"Arigatto, Wataru. No harm will come to him, I swear on it. I just need you to distract it long enough for me to 'fix' its problem. I'm sure you can manage such a thing with ease." Artecaex replied.
He 'sweatdropped' as well at Tatsulot, and was about to correct him until he decided against it. Artecaex then held up a finger as he leaned his head back, closing his eyes. Several seconds passed, and Artecaex grunted in pain before stating,
"He's about a fourth of a mile east... heading this way. Head towards him and distract him until I can get a good hold on him, alright?"
With that, the dragon launched upwards into the air, bellowing,
"Good luck!"
The dragon had vanished into the night sky, and the area was once again silent. That was, until... an inhuman shriek, worse than any known Fangire's bellow, snarl, or screech, echoed through the area. Two pin-points of red light could be seen in the far distance, slowly getting closer...

Wataru shivers at the screech he heard, the inhuman howl running through his blood. The "human" shakes it off and runs towards the direction the cry was in. He holds up his hand, Kivatt automatically going into his grasp. Wataru brings the bat down to his other hand, the bat opening his mouth and piercing his fangs into the young man's hand.
Wataru then fully transforms into Kamen Rider Kiva. The Kamen Rider charges full force, faster than any human, in the direction the screech was in. Tatsulot hovers beside Kiva speaking, "What about Tatsulot?!"
"You'll hang back until I need you." Wataru says speaking under the helmet of the Kamen Rider, "I don't know if I'll need my full power to defeat this Mothman. And I don't want to hurt him either." Tatsulot nods and flies into the trees and out of site.
Kiva then continues running through the woods, waiting to reach his destination. He was wondering what the red dragon had planned for this Mothman creature. Hopefully, it wouldn't be a harming plan.

The pair of red eyes in the distance kept coming toward Wataru, then abruptly swerved to the side and out of sight. The area became eerily silent as Wataru (assumingly) slowed to a stop. The silence was... almost unnatural, in a sense, and sent a tingle up even the Kamen Rider's spine. Movement was detected off to the side, and the red eyes were seen not 3 dozen feet away, in a tree. Before Wataru could turn to look, however, the eyes were gone, the branch shaking.
The same shrill cry echoed through the silent forest, and the air above Wataru churned, as if something had just flown directly above him.... yet there was nothing there. The eyes were seen in the distance ahead of Kiva, but then dissapeared off to the side before jolting into a high tree branch to the side. Then, the source of the eyes appeared directly behind Wataru, their reflective glow watching the Kamen Rider in a deathly quiet stare.
This creature was indeed the fabled Mothman.

Kiva stops and looks around in front of him. Wataru feels a cool chill race up his legs and towards his neck. The hair on his neck stood up and he felt something he's never felt before. True Terror. The kind of fear that would make the bravest of men fall and hug their knees in fear. The kind that Wataru hated and never would want to inflict onto someone.
Kiva then feels a presence from behind him and he jumps in the air and ax kicks the branch where the Mothman was at. The beast flew away before the Kamen Rider snapped the branch off from the tree though. Kiva looks around, trying to figure out where the red eyed creature was.
He took a quick look at his hands. They were trembling greatly. He shook his head and continued to look for the beast. He wanted to put the beast into submission, but not a death submission. But this creature had other plans it seemed...

The Mothman hovered in the air without a single flap of its outstretched wings as it stared down at the trembling Kamen Rider. It landed without a noise roughly 20 feet from the Kamen, staring down Kiva silently. It took an almost unsure step forward, those terrible red optics never blinking. It took several more steps forward, and Kiva could barely feel a strange form of heat against his upper torso. Mothman let out a long, quiet squeak, then took a straight pace towards Kiva with unknown intention...
Then took off on his wings and dashed back into the trees.
No! NO! Go after him! The incantation's not finished yet! Artecaex barked into Kiva's mind.

Kiva nodded to Artecaex's bark. He runs in the direction of the Mothman. This creature seemed gentle though. Why try to harm the beast? Kiva shook that thought from his head and continued to run after the creature.
He comes to an opening with trees surrounding a flat spot of land. He looked around, hearing the snapping of branches from behind him, then from his side, then from in front of him, and so on. He tried to figure out a way to get the beast to stay in one spot.
Calling out to it wouldn't help. But it was worth a try. The human-fangire was about to call out to the Mothman, but then sees the creature land on a branch in front of him. It clicks its mouth like an insect but was crouched down on the limb like a human. The Kamen Rider stares into the eyes of the Mothman, being hypnotized by the creature. And the creature was scanning the Kamen Rider, seeing if it was going to attack once more.

The Mothman stared back for quite some time until it finally shrieked, then swooped downwards and slammed its feet into Kiva's helmeted face, knocking the Kamen backwards with shallow claw marks on his helmet. It hovered back into the air, shrieking its horrid cry before it turned back to Kiva. Its red eyes seemed to brighten, and Kiva felt his limbs lock in place as images surged through the Rider's mind.
Images of another Kamen, this one wearing gray-and-white armor, his eye-pieces colored like stained glass and a white, remote-like object in his right hand. A pair of noble-looking Fangire stood next to him as the Kamen raised the remote, about to strike a white-and-blue armored Rider...
damnit, he's gotten to Kiva as well... Artecaex thought, unseen in the sky.

Kiva's body shook without reason. He felt a flood of emotions run throughout his entire body. Fear, desperation, sadness and most of all he felt: Rage. Wataru gives out a howl of anger, dropping to his knees, punching the ground with all his strength. He pants in anger, standing up and raising his fist into the air.
"TATSULOT!" he barks to the golden dragon. Tatsulot attaches himself to the Kamen Rider's wrist, transforming into his most powerful form. He gained the form of the Emperor with a golden light surrounding his body. But something happened. Kiva continued to transform. The Kamen Rider's body began to morph and transform into an inhuman beast. The beast spread its wings out, golden pieces of "glass" falling from around his body.
This form was almost bat like with a dragon like head. It had sharp hooks at the arc of the wings and two small gryphon like legs. It had a small tail that looked almost like a bird's tail. The beast howls, giving out an equally horrid screech like the Mothman.
This was the Emperor's Flight Mode. The beast spread its wings, giving out a screech and lifted off the ground with one flap of its wings. It then flew directly at the Mothman, tackling it to the ground. The Emperor Bat then slashes at the creature with its talons, trying to rip a hole into the creature. The Emperor Bat then lifts the Mothman in his mouth and tosses it into a nearby tree. It gives out another ear piercing scream and it hovers in the air.

The Mothman shrieked in anger and pain as it rose to its feet, staring the Flight Mode Kiva with malice. Its damned red eyes, glowing like dying embers, seemed much more apparent now for reasons unknown... in fact, it almost seemed as if they had increased in glow. Kiva was abruplty wracked with pain as images of a dying Japanese girl, one very familiar to Wataru, writhed on the ground as what looked like a black-and-red Kiva stood above her, raising its foot to finish her off...
Meanwhile, Artecaex watched on in increasing anger, for knowledge of the fact he couldn't do anything at the moment. His claws were immersed in a dazzling prismatic glow as he mouthed silent words in increasing rapidity.
C'mon.... c'mon.... just a bit more... if I don't hurry, they'll kill eachother...
He glared at the Mothman, adding,
That damned lich's legacy never ends, does it?!

The Bat like Kiva shrieks, as if crying out in pain, and then launches itself at the Mothman. The tackle sends both humanoid beings straight through multiple trees. Kiva bites down on the shoulder of the Mothman, the humanoid screaming in pain. The Mothman kicks Kiva backwards and the two glare at each other again.
Each one of them hoped the other would make a mistake, misstepping and lowering their guard. They both glare at each other for a few minutes, before something burst from the trees inbetween them.
The form rushes up and grabs the Mothman by the face and throws him at the bat Kiva. The form then kick the two in the chest, sending them flying. The form fully stands, raising to be 10 foot tall, covered in a charcoal grey and green skin. Its tail lashes around like a cats, its scythe like blade on the end cutting into the dirt.
"Can't a guy get some rest and listen to his Bach sometimes?" the form growls, "Either you two shut up or I'll MAKE you two shut up." The form crosses his arms, literally ushering the two to attack him.

Perfect! Artecaex thought, muscles tensing.
All in the span of several seconds, a telekinetic barrier was placed around the Mothman, who shrieked in surprise as Artecaex appeared behind the abberation.
"You will be saved from your curse, Thomas White!"
The Mothman went completely silent as it whirled around, only to have both of Artecaex's claws slammed into his stomach as the crimson wyrm echoed,
[glow=white,2,300]"Qe seilor duulo, levex thurirl!"[/glow]
A burst of energy erupted forth from the telekinetic bubble, as the shriek of the Mothman could be heard until it died away with the light. The shield was lowered, and Artecaex stumbled backwards, coughing violently. In the smoke, a crumpled form lay still... but it was not that of the Mothman's. It... looked human!
"Urgh... looks.. looks like it worked..." Artecaex muttered, staring at his hands.
Both limbs were completely blackened, but charred wasn't the right term to describe them... the black almost looked... natural.
N-not good... He thought.
