Onyste screeched to a stop as the came near the treeline by the lake, Kisara jumping off silently, and looking around.
'I should be able to see him without turning into my spiritual form, considering I saw Sevra when she seperated from her physical body... how to go about this without revealing that I'm a substitute Shinigami now...'
She thought about this as hard as she could, certain that she didn't have much time before X came into veiw.

On the opposite side of the lake, movement was visible as a human figure stepped into view. It was hard to really see it, considering most of it was black in color, most likely being X's old trenchcoat. For those of accute vision, the deceased Zoanoid had his hands jammed in his pockets, a blank look on his face as he paced along the forest's edge, occasionally giving the sky a thoughtful glance. Occasionally, he'd stop in his tracks, glancing down at the chain that sprouted from his chest. He didn't seem to notice Kisara until he was about 500 yards away from her, at which he stopped dead. giving her a blank, almost-bored look. His presence seemed to invoke chills even in Kisara, odd for most lost souls.
He gave her a simple nod, then turned around and began walking in the opposite direction.

Kisara inhaled, and sighed, then took off into a sprint towards X. Seeing as he was walking and she was running, the new substitute Shinigami was easily closing the distance between the two, though because it was so great, it still took her quite a while.
When she finally did reach the deceased Zoanoid, she pulled ahead of him a distance and turned around to face him.
"Long time no see... eh, X?"

X nodded, a sad smile crossing his face.
"Indeed it has, Kisara. You haven't changed much, it seems." He stated nonchalantly.
His eyes drifted to what was once her staff, then back at her face.
"So what brings you all the way out here? Stargazing? A walk? Needed some time to think?" He asked, folding his arms over his chest.
His eyes narrowed above his smile, and he continued,
"Or something else...?"

Kisara sighed, "Something else..."
'Ugh... subtly was never my strong point. Solranous was alays the better of us when it came to dancing around the point with his words...'
"I'm certain you're looking for your friends... but I know they're not here any more..."
'Well, it's not like he can figure out I'm a Shinigami from that, or at least just a substitue...'

He gave a sad sigh, closing his eyes and shaking his head.
"I know. I was there when Reizus and Gaigan were attacked by those Hollows, and I was there when Ocrimus moved on. It's just me, now."
He opened his eyes and looked back at Kisara, continuing,
"I know why you're here, Kisara. I can see your aura clearly. I assume most ghosts can."
He turned his head and stared at the lake, muttering,
"I'm not going to go, Kisara. I have no fear of becoming a Hollow, because I still have business to attend to, here on Earth. You Shinigami pricks can tell me to move on all you want, but it ain't gonna happen."
His gaze shifted towards the substitute Shinigami, and they became hardened.
"I'll stay even if I become a Hollow. Nothing you do will sway my decision."

Kisara frowned, wondering if Sevra knew that, and just forgot to mention it. Seeing as there was no use hiding it, she focused on the badge, shifting into her spiritual state, with her Zanpoktou in its two seperate pieces, blades crossed behind her back with no visible sheath. She absent mindly noticed that she was now dressed in the Shinigami robes.
"You don't get it, do you? You'll lose your mind if you become a Hollow. I'd rather not use force to get this done and over with, but I will if I have to..."
At that point, she happened upon a thought that the other Shinigami probably didn't think of.
"But the way I see it, there's a way that I don't have to... Would you move on if this business of yours is complete? And if so, would you let me help you with that business? It'll make things easier on both of us..."
(OOC: goddamnit! Now that I've re-read that part where Sevra mentions that the R&D division of Seireitei is trying to copy Solranous' ability to use his Zanpoktou without entering the Etheral Plane, I can't get the thought of Mayuri scampering around trying to get as much information as possible on Solranous' strange power, and maybe trying to get his hands on the dragon himself, so as to study him to see what properties allow him to do what he does.)

X tilted his head back, scratching his chin.
"Well, I know I can't do either by myself... Alright, Kisara, I'll take you up on your offer. But we have to do it quickly."
He gestured to his chain, muttering,
"This damn thing keeps me bonded here... why not the Junkyard, I dunno, but you'll have to cut it so I can move from this place."
He held it up, adding,
"Please cut as far from the base as possible; I'd rather not be a Hollow for as long as I can."
((Mayrui: *shows up on screen, shaking computer* WHERE IS HE?! I KNOW YOU KNOW WHERE HE IS!!!))

(OOC: *points at volcano* Unless you've got lava resistant defences, you're not going to get to him any time soon.)
Kisara gulped, but none-the-less took a hold of one half of her Zanpoktou, taking the chain in her other hand.
"Sorry if this hurts..." she said in advance, bringing her hand down to the end of the chain, and cutting off a small sliver of the last link.
"At best, that should have only shaved off a few seconds to a minute. If my current source of information for this particular scenario is correct, you should still have a little less then two days before you turn into a Hollow. And I'm pretty certain no other Shinigami would agree to this... I honestly hope this'll help more then hurt... I'd rather not kill you..."
She cringed, not sure if X knew the fact that Solranous struck down Reizus and that Gaigan was devoured by Reizus previously.
"Well, the sooner we get this done, the less chance you'll get turned into a Hollow."

((Mayuri: *grabs Hiyori and prepares to toss her into the volcano* Find the green wyrm for me, Hiyori. He's valuble to me at the moment.))
He nodded, gritting his teeth against the sudden extreme pain he was feeling.
"Yeah... I'd rather not go through the possibility of eating you either..." He muttered.
He sighed, spinning the chain in his left hand.
"First we go to the woods... that's the best place to find her..." He muttered, growing quieter at the end.

'Yeah, if you ate me, Solranous would go ballistic if he ever found out and would torture you nice and slow before killing you...'The substitute Shinigami got back into her physical body, despising the thought of just leaving it around for anybody to violate more then the chilly sensation of seperating from and remerging with it. "Ugh, I don't think I'll ever get used to that... but I guess I'll have to at some point, seeing as I just became a Shinigami today..." Kisara sighed to herself, beckoned Onyste over and mounted the false dragon, heading for the woods at speeds that were great, but that she was certain that the Zoanoid could keep up with. ((Kisara: *glares at Daedalus, the demon having been the main reason she despised leaving her physical body around*)) |

Seeing as how X could simply float in place next to Kisara, despite the ground moving beneath him, the Zoanoid didn't mind. He slowly nodded, muttering,
"Ah. But look at it this way, at least you can fight alongside your boyfriend with less caution now..."
He sighed, leaning back in midair as the scenery around him rapidly blurred by.
"Seems we may have company..." He muttered.
((End thread- Daedalus: *waves Kisara away, staring at someone through trees* Not now, I'm busy. Maybe later, though.))
