Daralog tromped through the Abandoned District, kicking up rubble and dust as he sped through the empty streets. His expression was neutral, lost in his thoughts as he absent-mindedly passed his target location, aka Myrr's place.
Might as well teach 'im some of what I know... he'll need the Bloodrage for the fight with Daedalus I know he'll start... He thought.
He snapped back to reality just in time to smash into a building at the end of the street, roaring,
"SUNNUVAB*TCH!!!"
He pulled himself out of the rubble, shaking the stars from his vision.
"Grah... I gotta pay more attention. My head's hard, but not that hard..." He grumbled.

"Um... I wasn't aware someone would be dropping back... Needless to say, you scared me when you stomped on by..." someone said behind Daralog, revealing herself to be Kisara, who was sitting a top Onyste, who was chuckling at Daralog's misfortune, only to get slapped by her rider.
"How many times do I have to tell you its not nice to laugh at someone when something like this happens?" the rider asked. Onyste rolled her eyes and chattered back, making Kisara groan.
"You are crazy."
'What can I say? Its a requirement to live in this kind of place.' Onyste said through their mental link.
'True...'

Daralog snapped to attention, Onyste catching it first. He blinked confusedly, then shifted his gaze to Kisara.
"Aha... my bad. I assume this to be the Abandonded District, then?" He muttered, rubbing his forehead.
His tail swayed, and he paused, Kisara's visage clicking in his head. He snapped his claws, asking,
"Oh! You must be Kisara and Onyste, yes?"

"Yeah, that's us, and this is the Abandoned District. I heard about you from Solranous, Daralog." Kisara responded, making a polite bow and then dismounting from Onyste, who purred and walked a short distance off, flopping down to the ground with her head on her paws as she watched the two.
"What brings you by? Shive hasn't been doing anything bad lately, has he?"

"Oh no, not yet he hasn't, anyway. I'm just here for what you might consider a 'vacation'. All souls in Heaven can return to one of the four Material Planes for about a week, once every century/century-and-a-half. We just can't return in exactly the same way, hence my... 'downsized' self..." He replied, grumbling at the end.
"As for why I picked to come here, well... I wanted to see how my son was doing in his new home plane..." He added, smiling.
His tail swayed, and he cocked his head, the smile slowly fading.
"Things haven't been going well here lately, so I've heard..." He stated solemnly.

Kisara closed her eyes and sighed sadly.
"Yes... Things haven't been going very well. I'm still scared that Solranous may actually be dead... its not like him to keep silent like this for so long."
Onyste softly growled to her rider, feeling the sadness in the other's heart. Kisara cast a slight smile towards the false dragon, silently thanking her for the encouragement.
She still looked sad though, and glanced over to the house she and Myrr lived in, seeing the half-dragon laying on the roof ignoring the fact that Daralog had tromped on by.
"As far as I know, besides the resurfacing of his brother, Shive's been doing fine... I'm sure you'll want to talk with the crazy psycho himself, though, right?"

Daralog nodded sadly, sighing himself.
"I'm sure he'll be back. Like I told Cynder, I'd bet my place in the Valley on that."
A pained expression crossed his face, and he replied to Kisara's last statement,
"Well... he looks fine on the outside, yeah. But he's feeling... 'pressured' right now. He thinks that since Solranous is gone, he has to do his part to help everyone... his confidence problems are coming back up because of it, and I'm not sure if he'll be able to fend off that b*stard brother of his in that condition."
He is expression intensified a bit, and he managed to choke out,
"It's hard for me to see my son like that... he never was very confident of himself, as you probably know by now. But this... this is worse than when he had the Hollow..."
He sighed again, shaking his head.

Kisara frowned at that, wondering why the dragonkin insisted on hiding what was really going on in his mind.
"Well, Myrr's nearby, and you'll probably make more progress if you and Myrr talk with him. If you want, I'll try to help too..."
Speaking of Myrr, the half-dragon was now standing as she looked up into the sky, and sighed to herself. She was troubled internally, but no one could tell that on her face.

Daralog shrugged his large shoulders, muttering,
"Yeah... maybe both of you'll be able to get through that thick skull of his..."
The ground 'pulsed' under Kisara's feet, and Daralog turned his gaze at the roof Myrr was standing on. A rumble issued through his chest, and he muttered,
"Mind asking her if she'd help?"

"Of course I'll ask her, just... hang out here..." Kisara replied, and made her way to Myrr's current position, Onyste following closely behind her. When they reached the house, Onyste magged Kisara up to the roof.
"Hey..." Kisara began, addressing Myrr.
"Yeah?" the half dragon responded, looking to her.
"Daralog, Shive's father, dropped by and needs to speak with Shive. Apparently he's being an idiot again and needs someone to snap some sense into him. You want to help?"
Myrr rolled her eyes and laughed, "You have to ask? I care about that psycho, of course I want to help."
The half dragon jumped off the roof, not bother to slow down with her wings as she landed without buckling. Kisara followed her lead, letting Onyste catch her with a stream of mag energy. The three returned to Daralog as Myrr asked, "So when are we going to talk to that idiot so we can help him out with his problem?"

Daralog held up a claw, the ground rumbling under them for a moment, before Daralog opened his eyes and nodded.
"He's back at the mountains, somewhere in that forest area. I suggest we go now... someone else is there too..." He stated.
With that, he started tromping down the street, hoping the three behind him stayed in pace.
((Daralog: *paws at ground, wishing he could burrow there*))

Myrr took flight and Kisara quickly mounted Onyste, and the three of them took off after Daralog, easily keeping pace with the brown wyrm.
[End Thread, I think]
