"Don't get on my bad side, otherwise you'll find your face on the ground a couple thousand feet away." - Chiggar (OOC: Sorry Talon, I just had to do that)
Name: Chiggar (pronounced Chi-gar, with both vowels being long)
Age: 90 (Human years: 19)
Alignment: She goes with whoever she thinks is the strongest and bravest.
Species: Spectrobe, specifically Villakroma
Height: 10 feet
Weight: 3747 pounds (Don't call her fat, you'll regret it [unless your name happens to be Thanatos or the name of a god or demi-god])
Length: 20 feet (quadrupedal)
Wingspan: 5 feet (wing covers, can't actually fly)
Description: Chiggar's most prominent feature is a cannon sprouting from her forehead that is perfect for long range assaults. Don't get me wrong, she isn't afraid of using it as a sturdy bludgeoning weapon. Her back is covered by an armored gold carapace, protecting her brown thorax and abdomen. The insect-like creature, strangely, has only four legs, not the usual six. The hind legs have a ruby encrusted into the upper thigh, while the rest of the leg is silver. The shoulder blades on her front legs stick out upward and the armor covers it to compensate, this prevents the wing covers on her back from opening to there full extent and letting the thin membranes that serve as her wings out, but this doesn't matter to her as she's too he-
(OOC: *in the background, Chiggar aims her cannon at Azure's head*)
I mean, her wings are too small for her to fly. Anyways, the foreleg armore, in contrast to the coloring of the carapace and hind legs, are a vivid crimson, the color her species is normally known for.
(OOC: *Azure glances back at Chiggar, seeing her laying down with that deadly cannon away from him now. The creator sighs in relief, musing over the reasons he made a short tempered, cannon-toting insect.*)
Abilities:
Cannon Fire: That cannon on her ain't for show, you know, and makes a great artillery weapon. It's shots can come out as a stream of fire that sprays only a short distance infront of Chiggar, often used to aid in escape or hold an enemy back while her friend is recovering. Or, it can be a single orb of fire that can be launched accuratly up to 500 meters away. Note that it loses explosive power the father it travels, and that it can't be shot at a range of 40 meters or less, as Chiggar risks comprimising her own armor with the blast. At the minimum range it has the explosive force of two hand grenades together.
Exoskeletal Armor: Chiggar's armor is impresively strong and highly resistant to corrosives. As a rule of thumb, if the power behind the attack is less then her own cannon fire, more or less she'll just shrug the damage off and keep fighting.
Personality: Ever hear of the phrase 'ticking time bomb' or 'short-fused temper?' Yeah, that pretty much defines how Chiggar's mind works. If it makes her blood boil in anger, she'll blast it. Though she is a loyal ally if you manage to impress her enough, it doesn't make you exempt if you make her mad.
History: With her own planet under attack by a vicious race, know as Krawl, Chiggar was battle-primed from birth. Ten years the battle lasted, yet it was all for naught. Her Villipod kind (all of the spectrobes that can evolve from the Villar, a caterpillar-like creature) were weak against the Aurora Krawl sent after them, their Corona element being weak to it. Many thousands died, but many hundreds more still escaped. Chiggar was the last one to leave, and so, had to endure the horror of the site of her home being completely devoured by the Krawl they had fought so hard against.
Chiggar was still a Villamasta at that time, the Adult stage of most Villar. In reality, she had landed on that blue planet long before most of, if not all the others first arrived, and lived a hermit's life. After thirty years, of which Chiggar kept perfect track of, she felt her body being ready to change again, like she had changed from Villar to Villamasta. However, she felt that the Villanox wasn't enough. Before she evolved, she had taken special precaution, searching and hoarding the minerals: Gold and Silver, as well as the jewel known as a ruby, in equal amounts. Upon that day, she had managed to consume them all in that night, just before her transformation.
She emerged not as a Villanox, but yet another stage up: Villakroma. Now, after another fifty-five years, she emerges from the forests, making herself known.
Equipment/Belongings: Not much, just a few cases of rubies and the gold and silver metals that she hoarded after her evolution. Other than that, nothing.
Theme Song: ... I got nothing for her, so I'm open for suggestion.
