The Cromian Lord of Fire, Pyraxus, stood on the edge of the volcano, staring into the molten pit below. Biomechanical nostrils flared as he took in the stench of the brimstone and he released a sigh of content.
"Never did I expect to find such a place here! It's magnificent!" He growled happily.
A short burst of flame issued from every vent on his body as he turned towards the city.
"I wonder if the others have found other bases as well? Master told us to do so... I'm sure they have. Ah well." He muttered, tail swaying.
His golden optics closed as he muttered,
"And the Harbinger has arrived... our preperations must speed up..."
He grunted, eyes openeing again as he stared into the lava once more.

Myrr landed, wary of the ether lord nearby. The half dragon mentally scowled, she had probably walked right into his clutches without even knowing it. However...
'Solranous has been here recently... but there is no sign of him leaving... There are signs of a fight... but that thing doesn't looked banged up at all, so he couldn't have been involved. What happened to you, father?' Myrr thought, nibbling her lower lip. If the Earth Ether Lord was any idication, this guy was too strong for her to take out, even though she didn't know the Cromian was an Ether Lord.
'This is going to be a big problem for me, I doubt Xeno can get here in time..'

Pyraxus glance dout of the corner of his eye at the half-dragon, then snorted twin spurts of flame before staring back at the volcano. His current stance was much like a gargoyle's, his hand-claws gripping at the inner lip of the crater.
"Master tells me you are looking for the green creature known as 'Solranous', am I correct?" He asked, not bothering to look at her.
His tail swayed as a sudden burst of heat ruptured from the volcano.

Myrr stiffed at the Ether Lords words.
"How do you know?" she asked him, not bothering to play ignorant, considering he seemed almost completely certain.
'He better not have done anything to father... Not like he could of, Solranous could take this guy with one hand tied behind his back!'
That was an exaggeration, but its not like the Cromian would know what she was thinking.

Still staring into the pit below, Pyraxus muttered in response,
"Master tells me that the green one has perished. 'Cresence' hurled him into the magma below after doing battle with him. Seemed the crystalline creature had a clear advantage most of the fight."
His golden eyes turned upon Myrr, widening a bit.
"Master never lies. He wishes to know what connection you have with this 'Solranous'."

He didn't get an answer for a long time. Myrr looked like that if someone pushed her over, she would just shatter like glass...
Like her heart did inside...
He was dead... Even she knew he couldn't survive a dip into the magma.
'No...
No...
It... It can't be true...
Solranous... couldn't have lost...
He seemed so... Invincible...
True... He was hurt... but... but he was never disabled to a point... that he could be defeated... Even killed... I always thought that, after all he went through, only demi-gods and gods could kill him in battle.
Then here comes this 'Cresence'... and suddenly Solranous is... dead and gone... What was different about him? This 'Cresence'... What was so different about him... that he could hold an advantage over Solranous? That he... could actually defeat him?'
Even though she could confirm it herself, she denied it...
"No... You're lying... Solranous... can't be dead..." Myrr said through her tears. "He... couldn't be killed... Not even Armageddon... could manage that... Even without help... he should have been victorious..."

Pyraxus was about to say something, looked behind Myrr, then shrugged, diving into the volcano himself.
"I saw it with my own two eyes, half-breed. He was submerged in the lava by several telekinetic pulses. Cresence. Killed. Him. Do not deny it." Khimera hissed, standing a dozen feet behind Myrr.
His mandibles parted in what might pass for a smile.
"If you wish to find him, he resembles your deceased father, but composed of crystal. You can't really miss him, unless-"
He paused to laugh, then continued,
"Unless he's disguised as someone else! Ha-ha!"

"I'll kill him..." Myrr whispered below Khimera's hearing range, she spread her wings and slowly took flight, before roaring, "I'LL F***ING KILL HIM!" With rage set in, the half dragon took off, and was out of sight before any body could stop her.

Khimera simply chuckled to himself, muttering,
"First he took the life of the father... next, he'll take the daughter's life..... ironic... heh."
With that, he gave the crater behind him a wary glare, due to the fact he himself had nearly died in its molten depths. He then spread his own wings and took off into the sky ridden with ash around the volcano, cackling again.
