Cresence sighed as he made it back to the sandstone cliffs, the home base of the Cromians. The crystalline beast reverted to a liquid state and dove into the ground he was on, slipping into the caves made by the Cromians to serve as said home base.
"Hey! I'm back! Sure, I'm a day late and all, but still I got what you wanted!" Cresence called out, certain that someone would hear him and alert their master. At least... what he assumed to be their master.

The pair of red eyes shone through the darkness with hair-raising suddeness (?), and the voice hissed,
"Excellent. Bring them here, and I'll show you your crystals."
Movement in the dark suggested the wave of a hand as the thing's eyes narrowed.
"I'd like to have legs again as soon as possible, if you please."

Cresence nodded, lifting his hand up as it quickly swelled into a large orb a bit bigger then Cresence himself. The bottom of the orb cracked open, dropping out a dozen human bodies onto the floor, all of them just unconcious...
Except for one, a young woman, who groaned painfully. But when her eyes found Cresence, her eyes widened as she backed away from the crystalline behemoth, fear etched deeply into her eyes.
Being confront with one's new worst nightmare made her do the only sensible thing in her mind: She weakly got to her feet, and tried to make a run for it, only to be stopped as a searing pain assaulted her mind, making her scream for a few seconds before she was sent back into unconsciousness.
Cresence rubbed his head where it was assumed that his ears were, grumbling, "How can human females make such a grating noise?" before thinking, 'Though it was fun to make her cry... even without being in pain.'
Cresence then readdressed the entity, "Don't worry about them being dead, I just knocked them unconscious from the trip, they are still alive and well... for now, if what you intend to do is what I think you're going to do. But right now, that doesn't bother me in the slightest. As soon as I have those crystals, I'll be on my way."

The human woman was suddenly lifted into the air by a biomechanical tendril through her chest, then she was rapidly drawn towards the pair of red eyes. A disgusting sort of sound echoed through the cave as the other eleven were hauled off to their doom, the eyes brightening with each human dissapeared. There was a pause, then the sound of footsteps became apparent. A humanoid shape surrounded the red eyes, but it could not be determined due to the heavy shadows around it. The figure's clawed hand swept upwards, and two crystals ruptured from the ground next to Cresence. One was a Speed Surge, the other being a Lightning Surge, like Great Mazinger's.
"A just trade, if I do say so myself. I thank you, 'Cresence' Now, if you'll excuse me, I have something to go do." The entity hissed.
It took a running dash out of the cave, a pair of wings and the flash of light off of black metal apparent as the entity took wing, cackling to himself as what appeared to be black flames wrapped around his form.
[glow=purple,2,300]"THIS CURSED PLANET SHALL FALL TO THE CROMIAN OVERLORD!!!"[/glow] He roared, the shout echoing over the land.

Cresence nodded, turning into a liquid state and diving out of the caves, appearing again far way from them, and easily out of ear shot, as he held up his new crystals, along with the shield crystal he had aqcuired earlier.
"Yes... More then half of all the different surges are now mine! So much power is at my command right now!"
Cresence cackled, as he crushed all three of the crystals at once, absorbing all the radiation from them.
"He'll have to be careful though, if I get my hands on at least two more surges... then he'll be screwed, because the Darkness Surge will then be within my reach. Once I gain that..." Cresence paused and cackled maniacally.
"I'LL BE THE STRONGEST BEING ON THIS WHOLE damn PLANET!!! MAYBE EVEN THIS GALAXY!" the roared was booming, hence why he had travelled a great distance from the Cromian base. With out another word, he took off into the sky.

"Hmph. He wishes." Nexus muttered, appearing where Cresence last stood.
All that could be seen was his head, for most of his body was wrapped in a thick black cape, of which the coloration seemed to swirl if stared at long enough.
"However, I do need to get to work now, in case... he decides to show up. Hoepfully, that won't be a problem."
The entire area went pitch-black for a moment, then brightened to its original light. as it did so, Nexus was gone.
