The Zonder stomped through several crystals, smashing them under his clawed feet as he went. His shape appeared much like Solranous's, but covered in black metal, with another set of smaller arms emerging from his shoulders and from his ribs. Two gun barrels jutted out of each forearm, and his main forearms were occupied by six blade-like claws, both palms bearing a hubcap-shaped barrel in their center. A massive six-barreled gattling gun adorned one side of the back, and a four-chambered missile launcher sat atop the other. His long, thick tail ended in a spiked, diamond-shaped club, and four 2-foot diameter spheres floated behind him in an 'X' formation, each bearing what appeared to be a glowing red eye. His head resembled Spite's greatly, but a bit twisted and mangled in some spots, and blades jutted out of its in various places. Three glowing red eyes adorned the front-side, and its bottom jaw would occasionally split into three. A large, semi-transparent hemisphere sat in the center of its chest, behind which could be seen the Zonder core, surrounded by smaller barrels and jagge dpieces of metal.
The monstrosity stood a good 38 feet tall, with a set of angular bat-looking wings that spread out roughly 45 feet apart. It issued that all-too familiar term in a deep growl,
"ZOOOONDAAAAAA!!!!!"

Solranous Flash Stepped into the valley, in front of the Zonder, already in his Bankai state. He looked up at the machine's face, and muttered,
"What the hell is it with bad or corrupted good guys and insanely large sizes? This guy's almost as big as Armageddon. And why the hell did it mimic my form!?"
He held his sword in a defensive manner, knowing there was no reasoning with the mecha dragon-turned-Zonder.
'Myrr... I hope you can find Galion before I have no choice but to destroy him...' Solranous thought.

The Zonder abruplty lashed his head towards Solranous and bellowed, aiming its four small arms at Solranous and unleashing torrents of energy from their blasters. The blasts stopped, and the Zonder's tail sang through the air before smashing into Solranous with decent force behind it, enough to smash him through several crystals.
"ZOOOOOONDDAAAAAAA!!!!" He bellowed.
He stomped over before slamming his foot on Solranous's gut, pinning him to the ground while energy began forming in his maw. The four red-eyed spheres began jerking around, constantly searching the area for other attackers.

He really should have kept his attention fixed on Solranous, or he might not have found himself flying through the air without knowing why, his beam discharging into the sky harmlessly.
The dragon groaned as he pulled himself out of his own imprint, shaking stars from his head.
'With energy attacks of those caliburs... I'm starting to get worried...' he thought as his eyes fixated on the now rising Zonder Spite. The dragon bellowed and charged the Zonder. In a singled sweep of his blade, the left arms all fell off, both ends cauterized shut to try to prevent regeneration. Solranous then carved a gash into Zonder Spite's back, while assualting the back of his head with a Star Burst Flare.
The dragon backed off, trying to stall for more time while defending himself with his shield.

The Zonder bellowed in rage before his tail rose up and smashed into Solranous again, allowing the mecha-dragon to turn around and face his assailant. He glared at the arms on the ground, then watched them levitate back towards their stumps, beginning to reform again. His two shoulder-mounted weapons slid upwards, aimed at Solranous before unleashing waves of their ammo at the dragon.
"ZOOO-Solra-OOOONDAA!!!!" It bellowed, voice changing near the middle.
It grabbed Solranous with its main right arm, then smashed him into the steep side of the valley. It reeled back, then literally smashed his head into Solranous, pushing him deeper into the ground.
* * * * * * *
It's all my goddamn fault... had I not aqcuired that f*cking metal, none of these monsters would've shown up... and this wouldn't have happened to Spite... The cloaked figure thought as he raced down one of the sides of the valley, a few hundred feet from the current fight.

A pulse of telekinetic energy coursed into the Zonder's body before it could let go of Solranous, causing to sputter and spark as pieces of it blew up from the inside, though thankfully not damaging the core. Solranous threw the Zonder away from him, and grimaced. Spite's mind still had some control over the beast. Hopefully he didn't feel too much pain from the battle.
"Hang on Spite... We're trying to bring Galion here..., hopefully he can turn you back to normal..." Solranous said, not sure if the Spite they knew heard the words.
Not wanting to damage his ally too much, even though he could regenerate, Solranous just put up another defensive stance, and a telekinetic barrier for good measure.

The Zonder roared in anger before charging into Solranous, the force field taking most of the forcen behind it. The Zonder then jumped backwards, energy filtering into his maw as he reared his head back, ready to unleash it...
Until a small black sphere whizzed out of nowhere and impacted against the energy sphere, detonating with enough force to rip the Zonder's head off. O'Malley (still cloaked) landed next to Solranous, muttering in a husky tone,
"Don't... don't bother trying to save him... there's no hope for him... much as I hate to say it... the human in the Zonder Core can be saved, but not the materials used to build the Zonder Robo..."
Meanwhile, the Zonder was regenerating its head, then swiveled around to glare at O'Malley and Solranous. The four spheres behind it lit up with crimson energy before rapidly firing off thin beams of said energy at the two.

Solranous deflected the energy blasts with relative ease, and that's when Galion and Myrr appeared through the portal the King of Braves created, Solranous had unfortunate news for them.
"I'm sorry, but according to our cloaked friend here, only the core can be saved, not Spite... whose body was used as a building materials for the Zonder... I'm not entirely set on that though... My ears weren't playing tricks on me, before any one else arrived, that Zonder had spoken part of my name... There may be hope for Spite yet..." the dragon said, explaining the situation. The dragon waved his hand at the Zonder, temporarily shutting down its movement and weapon systems. They would reactivate in a few minutes, but any bit of time they got was worth it.
"Galion... do you think we can at least salvage Spite's A.I.?" he asked.

Galion leaps and lands beside Solranous, dropping off Myrr. Galion then glares at the Zonder-Spite then looks back to Solranous. "Most likely. If I use Hell and Heaven, I might destroy his body, but I MIGHT be able to get his AI core out. But...then again, that is a slim chance...." Galion growls.
Suddenly another being lands in front of the pair, towering over both of them. The being turns his head back a little, uttering, "No, we can't do that. It's too risky..."
Galion raises an eyebrow. He sensed something good in this machine. It felt like it wouldn't hurt intensionally. Galion barks to the new machine, "Who are you? And what makes you think you can stop him?"
The machine doesn't turn his head this time. He only remarks with this, "I am Ubelgeist. I've been wondering a long time now and Spite took me in. I have to repay him."
The machine then walks towards Spite, not caring if he would strike at him. Galion growls in anger, "Stop! You'll get yourself killed!!"
Suddenly the blade on the left arm of Ubelgeist began to glow with a cyan glow. The cresent blade had almost the same light as the moon. "Don't worry my friend. I'll take care of this..." he mutters.
The machine stops in front of Spite, slowly entering a dueling stance with his Cresent Blade. "You WILL return that life back to god Zonder!!"

O'Malley watched Ubel 'step up to the plate', then mentally smirked.
Let's see what he's got... He thought.
"Ubel speaks the truth. The AI was part of Spite's body, and unfortuneatly, has alos been Zonderized. Sol, the only reason you heard him say part of your name was because the Zonderized AI is trying to cope with the infestation. Best thing to do now for my brother would be to destroy him now..." He stated, claws clenching.
The Zonder snapped back into life, snarling at Ubel.
"ZOOOONDAAAAA!!!"
The beast lunged at Ubel, grabbing onto his arms with the Zonder's two main arms, while the other two started hacking away at Ubel's exterior, then released him and smashed his tail into Ubel's head. O'Malley's eye was narrowed uner the hood, and he muttered,
"Just... just do it quickly... the link tells me he's in a lot of mental pain..."

Ubelgeist stands, as if he didn't feel any pain. He glares at the Zonder Spite, feeling the pain of the machine in his brain. Ubelgeist then looks up at the sky, the bright moon piercing the darkness.
"What a beautiful moon we have tonight my friend...." Ubelgeist mutters to Spite, knowing that he probably couldn't even hear him. He looks back at the Zonder machine, sadness being brought into his voice. "I will let this moon....bless your voyage into the light...."
THe machine then lifts its left hand, the one with the Cresent Blade attached, into the air. It matches up with the circular form of the moon, and it begins to glow with a cyan/pearl white glare. The bot then slowly moves his arm in the formation of the moon, a cyan/white after shadow following the blade.
Ubelgeist then points the blade at Spite, who snarls in rage at the machine. Ubelgeist then charges at Spite, slashing with precision and accuracy unlike any other. The wounds in Spite's body flare up with cyan glow, the Zonderized machine slowly feeling pain go away from his body. Ubelgiest then flies into the air, appearing in front of the moon.
"Ken Tai Sono Shiroi Hisakata!!!" The machine then flies downwards, striking into the face of the Zonder beast. Spite felt no pain, no suffering. Ubelgeist then mutters almost silently, "May the moon guide your travel...my friend...."
Suddenly there is a burst of cyan energy from underneath Spite's body. It is the shape of an "X", and it slowly disentergrates Spite's Zonder body. Ubelgeist slowly flies backwards, watching Spite slowly disappate into cyan orbs.
"Rest in peace....my friend..." he slowly mutters in sadness. Galion lowers his head in respect for Spite. He lets loose a small growl of pain and sadness as the thought of Spite leaving this earth enters his mind.

O'Malley watched silently as the cyan orbs spiraled into the sky, impressed by the ability, yet saddened by the departure of his brother. The droid's head bowed, and he muttered something below hearing range. He slowly lifted his head back to the night sky, watching the orbs dissapear into the darkness of the ether.
"I'm sorry, brother... it's my fault. It's all my fault..." He muttered in a low tone.
He shook his head, then began to walk away amidst the large crystals.
Four. Four people I cared for that died because of me. Why? Why must I let these things happen? Why do I intentionally harm those around me? He thought.
as he walked by a crystal, he ripped off his cloak and threw it onto the mineral protrusion, his eye glowing in the dark. His eye narrowed as he hopped over a fallen crystal, and he added,
No more...

Solranous sighed. He couldn't do anything to help Spite, he had mistaken on the state of Spite's A.I. The dragon looked at O'Malley has he left, and sighed.
"Come Myrr... Lets go home..." Solranous spoke quietly, levitating into the air.
Myrr sniffed, and nodded, spreading her wings and taking off as well. She, for some reason, found herself casting a glance towards the volcano, and could see very distant heat waves for some unexplainable reason.
But as soon as she saw them, they were gone, so she just passed it off as a figment of her imgination.
