(Note: It feels wierd to me if I post these two in seperate topics, despite being two different characters, so they will both appear here.) Name: Kisara (PC) Age: 19 Alignment: Good. Species: Human Height: 5'2 Weight: 102 pounds Length: N/A Wingspan: N/A Description: Kisara, being human, is one of the more normal inhabitants to rise to be part of Earth's Last Line (somewhat). She has violet hair with some red streaks. Her eyes are like amethysts. She tends to wear a blue t-shirt with navy-blue pants. Said jeans are usually worn loosely. Her hair is usually allowed to hang freely and has grown enough to pass her shoulders. Her shoes are black with red laces, an odd combination, but a combination she perfers. Abilities: Mag Claw: By herself, Kisara has no special abilities. With Onyste, though, she gains access to a fighting technique she knows as Mag Claw. By taking energy her partner gives her, she can manipulate the energy in a few different ways. These can range from small energy bolts that are more distraction then anything really harmful (yet) to continuos streams that can lift an opponent or object off of the ground to be thrown. Kisara knows of other varieties of Mag Claw, but as of yet cannot perform them, though she can create of 'smokescreen' of energy that blocks any and all forms of detection, regardless of strength or other technicallities, in a pinch. Personality: Stubborn is a good way to describe her personality. Once she's set on something, not much is going to deter her, not even her dragon companion, Onyste. In a fight, even Solranous is more likely to back down, turn tail, and run. This is often what gets her into trouble, often more then she can handle on her own. On normal circumstances, she's laid back, enough so that someone may even call her 'lazy.' Her response to the 'lazy' comment is normally, "Whatever, with a crazy life like mine, I need time to relax." Assuming the other two circumstances are not present, she can also be mischievous, seeing just how much she can get away with without someone snapping at her about it. (OOC: Oh boy...) History: Kisara supposedly grew up in a part of the world where creatures referred to as 'false' dragons thrived. Her own 'dragon,' Onyste, (For those who havent figured it out yet, Onyste is a play on the word 'honesty.') was her only true friend, and was with her since her very birth. Being her sole companion in life, she grew bored of staying there, pack any belongings she felt she would need, hopped on to her 'dragon's' back, and took off, leaving only a note for her family. Much to her surprise, they made no attempt to follow her. So, without looking back, she set off for her adventure. She would never be able to guess just how much adventure was going to come her way when she reached Nightshade, though. She may just have bitten off more then she could chew this time. Equipment/Belongings Shimo-Girochin: Kisara's zanpoktou, currently able to reach Shikai. Theme Song: It's My LifeEndless Possibility(Onyste will be added later, and Kisara cannot appear in a thread until Onyste has been posted and approved.)

Name: Onyste (PC, doesn't normally appear unless Kisara is involved or the tread creator asks for Onyste to appear alone) Age: 20 (False Dragons age like humans) Alignment: Good, she is the one that influences Kisara to work mainly for good in the beginning Species: Augmented False Dragon
Height: 6'7 at the shoulder Weight: 7 tons (No, Onesty is not heavy, she's actually light for a false dragon, which normally hits 10 tons on average... its the metal in their bones.) Length: 9'5, Quadrupedal Wingspan: N/A False Dragons lack any indication of wings, hence why they are False Dragons
Description: Onyste is an amaglam of two different False Dragon categories: Psi-Class and Energy-Class. Her head is cylidrical, but has two 'spines' that point back and serve as ears. Her neck is somewhat long, pronounced enough that someone would glance at her strangely were she human, but not long enough to be considered Ghidorah-like. Her body is lean, dangerously so, and is in between thin and underweight. She doesn't seem to notice, and if she did, doesn't give a care. Her body, being lean, is also shaped in a way that 'feminine' could be used to describe her, including her chest region. Her tail is thin and sineous, making a great make-shift whip.
Her back, head, thighs, and shoulders are colored a unique mixture of blue and purple that makes it look as if their were painted on randomly, yet still containing some sense of order. The rest of her body is 'painted' a pale silver that sparkles only under the brightest of light.
Abilities:
Mag Energy: Onyste can generate and control energy from her very bones because of a strange metal called Draconium that is present only in False Dragons. This can be utilized in a variety of ways, but cannot be expanded upon. These include: Pulling/Pushing/Lifting objects, people, or oneself; Attacking an enemy in a concentrated burst that is akin to striking with a sledge hammer; Defense by creating a shield; minute reversal of gravity for only a few seconds; and holding on gear made from Draconium.
Super Speed: Despite her weight, Onyste can run at speeds pushing up to 200 miles per hour and can effectively manuver at these speeds, cutting corners of moderate porportions or sharp corners assuming the correct gear is equipped.
Mental link: Onyste can mentally link to her rider to allow for better coordination and great improvement of reflexes
Nano-Enhanced: Onyste has been upgraded with nanobots designed to boost her vitals severely in several ways. For one, they repair any damaged tissue at a surprising rate, giving her a form of mid-grade regeneration (will repair light wounds within 10 seconds, medium wounds and fractured bones within 30 seconds, major wounds/missing organs/broken bones within 1 minute, and severely life-threatening wounds within 5 minutes). Secondly, they reinforce her white blood cells, making her nigh immune to all diseases and most toxins/poisons, as well as reinforce her naturally-strong bones, making them resilient to the point where running into a speeding train at top-speed would barely crack a few.
Personality: Where Kisara is stubborn and somewhat foolish, Onyste is the 'voice' (read: 'Growl' or 'Roar') of reason in their little duo. Onyste perfers to avoid fights where possible and tends to be seen dragging Kisara away from an altercation with a blue-and-purple mag stream. Onyste, though, does have her selfish mischif moments and can also be seen conspiring with Kisara on one of her pranks, their most common target soon to be a certain tri-tailed dragon. More often then not though, Onyste will try to reason with a potential foe to avoid altercation while Kisara normally settles for jumping into action.
History: Onyste, being physically incapable, has never been able to share much of her history with anyone, though Kisara can recount specific moments if needed.
Equipment:
PMPCA (Powered Multi-Purpose Combat Armor)- A set of blue, futuristic-looking barding with purple highlights, it covers the wearer’s forelegs, hindlegs, thighs/biceps, most of their upper torso and part of the lower/back torso, part of the neck and segments of the tail, and an elongated helm that covers roughly 60% of the head. The armor is roughly as strong as reinforced steel, and is composed of ‘cortosis’, a metal designed to halt energy flow, therefore making it rather resilient against heat and energy-based weaponry. A slight circular depression with a round, neon-green light in its center adorns each bicep/thigh plate, the front of each foreleg-plate, the back of each hindleg-plate, and three on the back (two touching at the ‘sides’, and one directly behind them). Each of these is actually a hard-point for mounting a piece of specific equipment, all of which come in four ‘sets’, of which are teleported directly onto said hard points from Tenkyanon. The sets and what they do are as follows:
Blitz- The melee-based pack, this mode sports a pair of flip-down, claw-like vibro-blades in the front of the forelegs capable of fitting over the front feet; a large ‘chainsaw blade’- a massive blade bearing rotary teeth along its front edge and several small boosters for improved swinging speed on its back edge, mounted on a slight arm on the right side of the back hard-point; another ‘arm’ is mounted on the left back hard-point, this one bearing a slightly oval-shaped shield roughly 3 feet long, with sharp, deployable pincers hidden on either side of its bottom; four retractable grappling spikes on each of the biceps, with a max range of 200 feet and 180-degree firing angles; and several multi-directional boosters limited to short ’bursts’ on the back of each hindleg, designed to enhance turning speed while running.
Artillery- The long-range offensive pack, this mode carries some -heavy- firepower. Mounted on the front of each foreleg is a pair of rotating repeating blasters, with half the firing rate of the average machine gun but the full strength; each bicep bears a small, rectangular missile pod, each storing up to four micro-missiles at a time; on her back is a large gattling gun-esque weapon with three octagonal barrels, of which fires off rounds of modified uranium capable of tearing through or shattering concrete with just a few shots (firing rate is equal to roughly ¾’s that of an actual gatt. gun), and due to their composition, may inflict lasting cellular damage and an inability to repair damage; the gun has a second mode, where the gattling barrels will sink into the main bulk of the weapon, and a 4-foot long barrel will fold over the spot where the last barrels were. This long-ranged mode is capable of firing off much larger slugs of uranium, of which one shot could easily decimate a heavily-armored tank, but the weapon has a slow reload time and can only function at a distance (max range is 3000 feet away) with a full payload of six rounds only; located on the hindlegs are a pair of hydraulic braces, designed to reduce, if not stop, the powerful kickback from the back-mounted cannon.
Turbo- The speed-based, all-terrain mode, this mode features weak offensive weaponry in exchange for agility. On each of the forelegs is a flechette launcher, capable of launching off a linked barrage of thin, metal needles with enough force to push them six inches into solid rock, but with only three payloads loaded at a time; each of the biceps has a deployable ‘Pressure Field’ generator- when all four are active, a semi-transparent field of energy will form over the wearer’s front and front-sides, protecting the wielder and allowing them to smash through obstacles as they run; the back bears a sort of angular, arrowhead-shaped backpack unit, with two small fins stretching out from either side, and the front of which bears two multi-directional pulse guns (1 shot per second, energy-based, can punch through half of car). Each of the fins and the back of the ‘backpack’ itself bear multiple thrusters, of which can increase the user’s running speed by another 100%, or assist with jumps using short bursts. The back of each hindleg bears magnetic, fold-out ‘brakes’ to assist in sudden stops.
Aerial- The mode designed for air-to-ground combat or overland flight, this pack features directional fins on every bicep; a pair of black, coiled barrels on each foreleg (modified tesla coils) can discharge bolts of electricity ranging high in the volts range and sustainable for 3 seconds at a time; each hindleg bears a proximity mine launcher- golf-ball-sized spheres designed to explode with the force of a hand grenade if anything comes into contact or within five feet one. Said mines can free-float in mid-air, and are magnetic as well, though only coming in a total amount of six per hindleg at a time; each wing bears two hidden rows of micro-missiles, each with the same properties as O’Malley’s, and with 8 per wing at a time. The entire flight system can allow the wearer to attain a flight speed of almost 500 mph, with decent maneuverability.
This has effectively replaced her original gear, as it, in one form or another, combines and/or exceeds the parameters of the previous equipment
Neural Interface: A series of transmitters running along Onyste’s spine, directly linked to her main nervous system. This allows her to use her PMPCA and translator with mere thoughts, and thanks to a heads-up display connected to her optics, can keep tabs on the equipment and her own vitals, nanobots included (see Nano-Enhanced, above). The array is insulated against low-to-mid level EMP’s and electrical discharges; however, if she is subject to one of the two, not only will her array be damaged- her nervous system (and brain itself) will be damaged.
Translator: What appears to be a black collar composed of flexible, metal segments, each with a small, almost unnoticeable speaker set into it. This device allows Onyste to speak vocally through it, controlling the volume and pitch any way she sees fit, and allows her to speak in any language she knows as well. Because it’s linked to her neural interface, only she can use it, and doing so requires but thoughts.
Theme Song: See Kisara's theme song.

Dragon Booster? Huh. BTW, great song choice. I love that one. ;D
I believe Onyste'd be considered a PC anyway.
