(Act 3: Breaking and Entering.)
Shive and Solranous, who was still in Bankai state, reappeared near what appeared to be a base made of biomechanical substaces. Even they very ground they walked on was bio-mechanical.
"I would have gotten us further inside, but Armageddon must have set up som barrier, I couldn't focus on it clearly enough." Solranous explain, reforming his shield. His eyes widened.
"We have company!" the dragon declared, just in time as many advanced versions of all aparoids came at the, Mortar and mini-tank aparoids opened fire, to which Solranous responded by getting infront of Shive and ducking behind his shield, defelecting enemy attack. As they stopped, Solranous moved the shield out of the way.
"Star Burst Flare!" With the call a large beam, similar to a Grand Cero only neon blue, lance from Solranous' maw, decimating a large line of Aparoids. The enemy was unconcerned though, as those that fell were replaced by new ones.
"damn it! There's more then I expected!" the dragon snarled, subconsciously noting the prescence of an atmosphere think enough to sustain both of them, but ignoring the fact.

Shive growled, the mask still growing.
Is this damn thing supposed to do something?! He thought grimly.
He shrugged and Hakaisha reverted to her Shikai form. He boomed,
"KAI!"
The wave shot out and took out a good chunk of the apaorids before it dissapated. He fired off three more waves, taking out half of the forces, but more kept coming. Shive growled, the mask not even halfway formed.
Whatever happened to this thing forming super-fast?! IT DID IT FOR EVIHS! He growled.
Then, an idea came to him... he held the sword tightly, focusing his reiatsu. To his surprise, the mask sped up! He grinned, focusing more reiatsu into the mask. He finally stopped when it was about 3/4's formed, and he panted.
"damn! I can't keep doing it! I'll have to wait for the damn thing to form on its own now." He muttered.
He fired off a fireball, taking out another good portion of the current troops. Unnoticed to Shive, however, his reiatsu darkened slightly as his mask grew. In fact, it even strengthened!

"Ragh!" Solranous' war cry echoed as he carved away more Aparoids. Acting on instinct, he focused his energy on his sword, making it grow considerably. With asingle swipe, another line of Aparoids were decimated, and the two were almost home free to enter the base. However, as they were about to make a dash for the door, beetle aparoids swooped down, bombarding them with energy blasts, which Solranous deflected and Shive was forced to dodge.
"Star Burst Flare!" Re-enacting a seen from Godzilla, Solranous started sniping the aparoids out of the air with his breath weapon. Turrets rose from the roof and walls of the base, beginning to fire on the two draconic entities. It seemed they were going to need more help, they just didn't know they were going to get and from whom.

Shive's hands twitched violently as he ripped an aparoid in half with his bare strength. "damn, this'd be easier if I had a Bankai too!" He yelled, giving a smirk in Solranous's direction. He fired off another Kai wave, splitting a battalion in half as he rushed for the base, splitting through aparoids left and right. He was shot down by a mortar aparoid, and skidded a few feet away from the base entrance. Aparoids began swarming him left and right, all converging on his position. They shot or shoved him down when he tried to rise, and he growled in frustration. Is this the end? Have I come this far, just to be assimilated? He asked himself. That's when the mask finished forming... A massive burst of darkened reiatsu erupted from the spot in the aparoid field where Shive fell, and a two-sided roar erupted from it shortly after. Shive staggered to his feet as his new source of reiatsu swirled around him, the mask completely intact. Shive's eyes were the same as before, but his pupils had dialated; that was all. "Whoa! THIS is what Evihs meant?!" Shive asked, in a surprised yet pleased voice. He paused. Whenever he spoke, it sounded as if he and Evihs were talking at the same time! Shive grinned under the mask and aimed an index finger at the aparoids, a few of them backing up. "Where'ya going? I'm not done yet here..." He hissed. He aimed a finger at the crowd of aparoids, and a bead of darkened orange fire shot out, exploding with twice the size and power of Shive's old fireballs. "Oh... I could get used to this." He grinned. * Long Way Down starts playing in the background* |

'Same here...' Solranous thought, noting the Hollow Mask on Shive and that he was still himself in personality. The dragon turned to another group of aparoids approaching him.
"Come on!!!" Solranous roared, and the aparoids complied, charging at him. Solranous used both sword and shield to carve apart their ranks. The dragon bellowed another war cry.
"Star Burst Flare!" This beam was directed at the turrets guarding the entrance. They were easily destroyed by the burst of reiatsu.
"Now this is what I'm talking about!" The dragon smirked, carving another set of Aparoids down. They were numerous, but they didn't have the strength or tactics to win. That was their weakness mentally. Physically, apoptosis was there only weakness, though Solranous didn't know this. All he knew was that they blow up when they die, and that was enough for him.
"These things are persistant, but we'll never give up!" Solranous declared. Aparoids were swarming from all sides now, and the dragon continued to carve away at them.

Shive had fired off another fireball, taking out many more aparoids. He fired off a large Kai wave, which split nearly a hundred of the buggers in half before slashing into the base itself, making a large gash on it's exterior wall and wiping out any remaining turrets.
"WE'LL KILL 'EM ALL IF NEED BE!" He responded, cackling gleefully.
He paused, then scratched his head.
I wonder...
He aimed a palm at the door of the base, and concentrated. To his immense joy, dark-red energy filed into his palm before blasting out as a beam, wiping out the door and any unfortunate aparoids in the way.
"YES! I even get the f*cking Cero too! The only way this could get better is if I had my Bankai!" He exclaimed joyously.
He fired off a darkened lightning bolt, decimating more energy forces.
I wonder if that coward Armageddon will take us on out here, or be a b*tch and hide behind his lackeys. I HOPE YOU HEARD ME SAY THAT, YA goddamn COCKROACH! He thought, scowling at the end.

A large machine lands ontop of a group of Aparoids. The machine was over 20' tall and towered over Solranous and Shive.
[glow=teal,2,300]I thought you guys would need some help.. [/glow] The being bellows. He turns to see a group of Aparoids charging at him and leap into the air.
The machine then fires a blast of energy from the lion like head on his chest that vaporizes the Aparoids instantly.
The machine puts his fist out and yells: [glow=teal,2,300]BROKEN MAGNUM!! [/glow] The fist rockets off his arm and bursts through a wave of Aparoids. The fist returns and attaches his arm again.
[glow=teal,2,300]The name's Genesic GaoGaiGar. Now...what's the plan to rescue Kisara... [/glow]

(Act 4: Slaying Royalty)
"What point is there in facing you now then saving myself the troble when one of my champions can take you?" Armageddon's voice asked Shive.
Solranous noted that the door had been comprimised... But the Aparoids suddenly backed off. A new 'window' opened, and Armageddon smirked through it.
"My, my, you two surpass all expectations. You even managed to knock down the front door. You especially, Solranous, you've unlocked your Bankai so fast. It is a feat i thought no one but I was capable of. So, I offer a... true test of your power. You all know that I have the Aparoid army under my control, including its queen. She now fights as one of my Champions. If you three, though you, GaoGaiGar, are an unexpected adition, manage to defeat my Champions, I will halt my attack, you won't hear from me for ten years. Enter, if you accept my challenge. And yes, this time I'll release Kisara." The window closed, and Solranous glanced at GaoGaiGar.
"He just gave us our plan... though I had something different in mind. What choice do we have but to accept... But I feel we are going to walk into a trap if we do."
Solranous smirked despite that.
"'Course, what better way to defeat a trap then to be prepared for it and spring it intentionally? Come on."

GaoGaiGar looked in the direction of where Armageddon disappeared. [glow=teal,2,300]....He's lieing. Why would he give up so easily? I mean come on...TEN YEARS! Like he would do that. [/glow] GaoGaiGar paused.
It indeed was the only chance they had. They had to take that chance...
GaoGaiGar sighed and walked alongside Solranous. [glow=teal,2,300]If that bastard tricks us, I'm gonna bring down this place with my Goldion Crusher.... [/glow]
Was this the right choice. GaoGaiGar had made some bad decisions before
....like the time he let Teufel get the G-Stone....
GaoGaiGar shook it off. Kisara was in need. Genesic GaoGaiGar will bow to NO evil at any time. Not even this time. [glow=teal,2,300]Alright, I'm with you. [/glow]

Shive let out a Hollow-esque hiss, then his eyes widened and he clamped his hands over his mouth (though it was covered by the mask), and followed Solranous.
You know GaoGaiGar's right. Admit it. He told Solranous by thinking, knowing he could hear him.
Shive's fist clenched, dark-red energy 'flaming' around it as he and the others walked through the door...

"I know. You know i've been his unwilling slave for a long time. I know most of Armageddon's ins and outs. No doubt in my mind that he's lying. Of course, like I said, sometimes you have no choice but to spring the trap." Solranous told Shive, as the came to a room that, despite those that live in it, was large enough that even GaoGaiGar had a lot of manuvering room while flying.
The walls seemed to be completely crystalline, and the center was punctured by a hole. The floor beneath them suddenly turned to liquid, making all of them sink in.
"SH*T! FLY FLY FLY!!!" Solranous yelped, beating his energy wings. The others also took the sky, just in time to avoid being swallowed up by the liquid floor and washed down the tunnel in the center. As soon as they left the 'ground' it returned to normal.
[glow=lavender,2,300]"Why do you keep resisting? You have one chance left, join perfection!"[/glow]
The queen said as she rose from the cavern in the center, her entire form back to life.

((Oh great. We go through 'em one at a time. Like a video game.))
Shive let out an annoyed grunt and yelled,
"Same drill as last time! Go for the plates on the front, then the red orb underneath!"
His eyes were unusually feral, and his pupils had dialated. His hair had a metallic sheen to it, but other than that, he seemed fine. The again, no one could see his face under the mask...
Shive dashed forward, his reiatsu flowing into his fist and making it glow. He smashed it into one of the plates, making it shatter before he bounced off of the Queen, growling rather animalistically. He aimed his palm at the Queen, and growled in a dark tone,
"Die."
He fired the Cero off, breaking through both layers of plates in a single area.

GaoGaiGar scoffs.
[glow=teal,2,300]PERFECTION?? YOU CALL THAT PERFECTION? [/glow] GaoGaiGar bellows to the queen. He hovers in the air and glares down at the Aparaoid queen.
GaoGaiGar raises his hand into the air and roars [glow=teal,2,300]DIVIDING DRIVER!!! [/glow] The blade appears on GaoGaiGar's arm and he points it at the Aparoid Queen.
[glow=teal,2,300]TIME FOR YOU TO DIE!!! [/glow] GaoGaiGar rockets down at the Aparoid and slashes downwards on the beast's arms. Parts of the armor fly into the air and blood bursts up. GaoGaiGar the roars [glow=teal,2,300]BROKEN MAGNUM!! [/glow] GaoGaiGar's fist then bursts through even more plates of armor and the queen shrieks in pain. GaoGaiGar floats backwards.

((Armageddon: Did you expect anything else?))
The destroyed plates revealed the red gem, but the queen decided to twist things up. Her body angled horizontally as the port on the bottom opened up, revealing a giant serpent head with one eye, protected by a golden mask.
At point-blank, the serpent spewed fire-like spheres which exploded on contact, damaging Shive despite his armor's resistance to heat. Solranous charged up, but the serpent swung like a pendulm, bashing Solranous away.
The serpent retreated back, and the queen reangled herself, her plates having shifted in the distraction to cover the gem that was her weak point. Her 'wings' opened and fired hundreds of light lances at GaoGaiGar.
(OOC: damn, Fred got his in before mine... oh well, it still stands)

Shive growled, his eyes glowing with dark-orchid reiatsu. He suddenly started laughning manically for some unknown reason as he screamed,
"I GOT AN IDEA!"
He fired off another super-fireball, blowing off her outer-most layer of plates, followed up by a flurry of reiatsu-punches, breaking almost all of the plates.
AS SOON AS HER PLATES ARE GONE, AND IF THAT SNAKE HEAD SHOWS UP AGAIN, ATTACK IT INSTEAD OF THE GEM. He thought to Solranous.
He shook his head and blinked.
"Whoa... why am I yelling?"
