The white werewolf skidded backwards, panting. A black werewolf, obviously male, crossed his arms and smirked. Lora sighed, then smiled as she shifted out of her Gaaru form. The black wolf did likewise, becoming a large, somewhat-muscled, dark-skinned man with jet-black hair and gray eyes.
"Well, that's about all I can teach ya. I hope you can use these abilities well." He stated.
"I can't thank you enough for what you've done, Uncle. Hopefully, I'll be able to fully defend myself around here." Lora replied.
The man waved it away, trying not to smirk. He wrapped his arm around her neck and gave her a 'noogie' before letting her go and shoving her playfully. She laughed and shoved him back, and he laughed as well.
"I hope ya do well by yourself now. Stay well for me!" He barked.
Lora nodded.
"You too, uncle." She replied.
The black lycan smirked, then shifted into his full-wolf form before bounding away into the night, howling. Lora smirked, then let out her own haunting howl (despite still being in human form). She sniffed, wiping at her eye, then nodded at her departing uncle.
"I should see how the others are doing. It's been a while since I've last seen them." She thought out loud, running up a tree.
She sat on one of the stronger branches, then intook a deep breath, letting the cool night air flow through her lungs. She sighed contently.

"Well, people with strange abilities like you pop up here at almost anytime, eh?" said the gruff voice of Chiggar.
"Sorry, I don't think we've met before, my name's Chiggar, you?" the beetle asked, quirking a non-existant eyebrow.

Lora nearly jumped out of the tree, then shook it off.
"Actually, I've been here a while. Name's Lora, Chigger. Pleasure to meet ya." She replied with a smile.
She looked the beetle up and down, surprised. She'd seen some wierd things around here, but... never a cannon-toting beetle.
"So how long've you been here?" She asked.

"About fifty years, I was mostly in seclusion so no one would find me, and I only had the nerve to show my self a few weeks back. First it was to a dragonkin and half-dragon, then later on I met an emerald dragon, he's one tough nut to crack, I tell ya. Some of his fights are just plain brutal."
Chiggar shrugged, then wondered something.
"Hey, did you ever meet anybody by the names: Solranous, Myrr, or Shive?"

Lora blinked, then nodded.
"Yeeeaaah... I met them a few months back. I suppose I'd consider them friends of mine. Why, I assume you know them then?"
Lora glanced up at the sky, at the full moon. She smirked.
Sorry moon, you have no control over me now. She thought.

"Yeah, I do. Solranous saved my but when some psychopath serial killer named Siron tried to attack me and another person I had recently met. Solranous manage to give him enough incentive to retreat with the help of another robot, so he didn't get to shed blood that day... If you see anyone about nine feet tall with four arms and four great axes, stay away from him!" Chiggar concluded, shuddering as she remembered the creature.

Lora blinked.
"...I'll be sure to do so." She stated.
Lora recalled another creature she had met recently that forced her to undergo her training. She shuddred and clutched at her arms, glancing off to the side as she remembered the lich that called himself the Patriarch. He had done horrible things to her mind in an attempt to break her will. She smiled sadly, remembering the one person that kept her going...
She shook her head, then narrowed her eyes, trying to percieve something in the trees. She wasn't sure what it was, but it was moving. She assumed it was some sort of animal...
Until she saw a pair of blood-red eyes shine through the dark.
The hair on the back of her neck stood on end. Those eyes... they seemed so familiar...

Chiggar noticed too, and back away a few steps, ready to charge and fire her cannon if need be.
"Who are you and why are you hiding?" Chiggar asked, trying to keep the growing waryiness out of her voice, and mostly succeeding.
She didn't get the feeling that she would like whoever this was right off the bat...

A yawn came from the darkness, and what appeared to be a gray dragonkin with metallic, purple-red hair walked out of the trees. He looked almost exactly like Shive! ...aside from the fact he wore white robes, he had a perfect hole punched through his somewhat-exposed chest, and a small strip of what looked like bone on the lower-left side of his muzzle. At his side was a large katana with a dark-purple handle, but the weapon was sheathed. The 'dragonkin' scratched his head and restrained another yawn, then gave the beetle an annoyed look.
"I'm not hiding from anyone! Last I checked, I was trying to sleep when I heard some stupid wolves howl!" He grumbled.
He glanced around, spotting Lora, who was paralyzed from shock.
He looks so much like Shive! She thought, her mouth slightly open.
Evihs cocked an eyebrow at her, then rubbed his forehead.
"So... who the hell're you two?" He muttered.

Chiggar didn't answer at first, and looked up to Lora. She gently shook the tree, catching Lora's attention.
"We need to get out of here, I get this feeling that whatever he is, he isn't from this world, and he's practially breathing evil. We need to make a run for it as soon as possible" Chiggar whispered to the werewolf, hoping Evihs didn't hear it, she then turned her attention to the Arrancar.
"I don't see what obligation I have to answer with your rude manners, but how about a quick little deal? How about you leaves us alone, and we'll move somewhere else, and all three of us forget this ever happened?"

Evihs scratched his chin, grumbling.
"Eh, alright." He muttered.
He spun on his heel and began to walk off when he abruptly stopped, then stated,
"By the way, I'd get out of that tree if I were you."
Lora was about to ask what he meant, when a twig snapping was brought to her attention, and she felt a hand on her shoulder. She gasped and looked up, only to see a pair of red, human eyes staring back at her from the dark. She screamed as the hand grabbing her 'pulsed', then a foot came out of nowhere and punted her out of the tree. What appeared to be a human landed on the branch, and his red eyes scanned the area. Evihs had already left, but Chigger hadn't...
The 'human' grinned.
"A Villakroma, eh? Haven't seen one of you in a while!" Khimera hissed.

"Die." Chiggar growled, firing seven connon shots in a row, each struck Khimera, knocking him out of the tree. The Villakroma lumbered over to Lora.
"Lora! Lora! Are you alright!?"
Then... She made a vital mistake...
She let her guard down, giving Khimera his oppertunity if he so wished to take it.

Khimera stood up rather strangely, his arms swaying as a sick, twisted grin crossed his face. The holes punched through him began to seal shut and his burns vanished, as he rushed forward, his right arm changing...
It was now twice as thick as before, and ended in sharp claws. It was covered in green scales, and a thin strip of white fur ran down its center. He lept into the air and stabbed the claw through Chiggar's back, sending blood spurting out of it as his arm pulsed. He nodded, then kicked off of Chiggar as something formed out of the clawed arm...
An organic cannon.
Khimera chuckled darkly as he leveled the cannon at Chiggar, then fired off several blasts just like the Villakroma's, each washing over the space-beetle. Khimera nodded as the arm reverted to normal, then a pair of draconic wings sprouted from his back. They were green, blue, and black all at the same time...
"Thanks for the genes, insect!" He shouted.
He then bounded into the air, taking off into the night sky. Meanwhile, lora rose to her feet, coughing. Her eyes widened, and she ran over to Chiggar, shouting,
"CHIGGAR! Are you okay?!"
She felt it was kind of a stupid question to ask, but she felt the need to ask it anyway.

The Villakroma in question was most definetly not a pretty sight, the parts of her armor that was hit by Khimera's new cannon were shattered, pieces of it and the flesh underneath falling off and bleeding profusely.
"I've been hit with worse..." Chiggar weakly replied. Her left wing cover, whatever was left of it, opened up enough to allow a small, rounded diamond shape fall out.
Its ends were made of some type of alien metal, but through the glass center a green glow could be determined, and a white 'star' was held deeper within the green glow.
"Break the glass..." Chiggar continued, "hurry..."

Lora nodded, shifting into her Gauru form as she picked up the glass. She held it in front of Chiggar, then exerted all of her strength, breaking the glass. She hoped this'd help...
Please work..." She muttered.
