Shive lazily flapped towards the lake, now sparkling under the morning sun. He impacted into the beach, sending a cloud of sand into the air, making the dragonkin cough.
"It's... in my EYES!" He screamed.
He rubbed his eyes furiously, eventually digging all of the grains out. He looked around, seeing no one, and whooped, throwing his arms in the air. He rapidly threw off his armor and shoved Raganrok into the ground next to him.
"Finally... sleep good." He muttered groggily.
With that, he started to drift off into slumber.

Unfortunately for Shive, Myrr had the same idea for peace and quite and had remained at Diamond Lake, practicing her balance and precision through swinging the sword she had while perching herself precariously on a high tree branch. She used to do this a lot when her father had passed his sword down to her.
That was, until Shive's whooping had caught her off guard, which in turn caused her to lose her balance.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" The half dragon screeched as she fell off, she had the misfortune that this tree happened to have a larger cluster of branches then the others.
"Oof! Ow! ! Ack! Argh!" These shouts continued for a few seconds, and at one point was accompanied by a ripping sound as Myrr fell onto the ground atop a pile of branches that had snapped off as she fell...
And it was also embarrassingly apparent that one of the branches had caught her shirt, which in turn caused the ripping sound of it being torn off. Myrr noticed this quickly, and was quite thankful of her habit of wearing a bra. The half dragon still blushed and wrapped her wings around herself, muttering various threats as she scanned the area for any signs of the person who had caused this chain reaction in the first place.
If one were to look in her eyes now, her gaze pretty much reinvented the term 'death glare.'

With a jerk, Shive twitched. His left eye opened, almost burning the air with the intensity of his glare. He slowly sat up, muttering multiple obscene statements as he too, glanced around. He heard snapping, then by a large 'boof' noise, followed by dirt flying into the air somewhere in the trees.
"If someone was spying on me while I was trying to sleep..." He hissed, voice gradually rising.
He stomped over to the trees, grabbing Ragnarok as he went, electricity sparking down his arm. He split a tree that had unfortunatly been in his way in half as he stomped towards the pile of sticks...
Only to stop dead in his tracks. His face turned a bright red when he spotted Myrr standing there, glaring around. He slapped his hand over his eyes, stepped behind a tree, and yelled,
"Uh... hi, Myrr. I d-didn't expect you to see you here. Are you okay?"

Myrr snapped up when she heard Shive from behind a tree, and was still glaring. Was it the dragonkin who had caused the noise that had disrupted her balance.
"Neither did I, neither did I. And I'm fine" Myrr replied, pulling out a spare shirt and putting it on. She readjusted it enough to allow her wings through, and found out that their membranes were somewhat damaged as well. "Ok, my wings are a bit torn, but that's not going to stop me."
"You don't have to hide anymore, but just answer me this: Who whooped for joy not three minutes ago?" As the half-dragon spoke, a angered hiss was detectable in her voice. She wasn't in the mood for games, and she wanted a straight up honest answer.
(OOC: Told you I had something better planned.)

((Shive: Oh, that's freakin' peachy))
Shive raised an eyebrow, then his eyes widened.
"Uh... that... was me... why?"
He shoved Ragnarok head-first into the ground as he stepped to the side of the tree. He had a feeling she was going to hurt him...

Myrr's eye twitched as she glared at the dragonkin.
"Well then, let me tell you something, it was because of that that I ended up on the ground with my shirt ripped off and my wings damaged, not to mention it disrupted one of my practice sessions."
Shive heard Future Solranous' voice say, "If you value your life, run, now." and not a moment to soon as Myrr started charging at Shive like an angry bull.

((Didn't see this coming, did ya?)) Shive merely stared at her, replying to Future Solranous by thinking.
I don't.
Shive sidestepped just as she was about to impact, and stated,
"I'm sorry about that, Myrr. I apologize. I didn't know you were there, I was just trying to find some solitude."
He glanced off to the side, and without waiting for an answer, he walked towards his armor and piled it up in his arms. He strapped Ragnarok to his back and spread his wings, muttering blankly,
"I'll try to stay out of your way, then."
He then started to elevate into the air.

Since Shive side stepped her charge, Myrr ran into another tree face first. She growled, pulling her face off of the bark and looked at the now air borne Shive. He wasn't going to get away that easy; she still needed to pay him back for that, not recognizing the fact it was an accident. She gripped the tree she had just ran into and uprooted it in a single motion. Myrr growled again, and hurled the tree at Shive like a lance.
It hit, and it hit hard. The blow had sent Shive spiraling out of control of his flight. The dragonkin crashed into the ground ungracefully, but that was not the end of his troubles, for Myrr had thrown another tree at the last one to put it above Shive in the air, causing the thick log to fall on his back.
Myrr seemed to snort in satisfaction, brushed her hands off, and moved to a different part of the mountians.

Shive groaned, and coughed. He glanced up at the sky, which was now starting to get dark as storm clouds gathered on the horizon. His shoulders sagged as he pulled himself up, and grabbed one of the trees. He picked it up and hurled halfway across the lake, watching it sink like a rock. He shook his head, trying to rid himself of the bright flashes of pain his head was experiencing as he brought his knees to his chest, sitting up.
Come on. Lemme kill her. THAT won't affect the timeline. A voice in his head hissed.
Shive merely glared at his reflection in the water, which had changed slightly. It wore his Hollow self's mask.
"Piss off." Shive hissed in reply.
She injured you. You have a right to attack her in return.
"I said NO."
Just a few minutes. That's enough time to do her in. C'mon, lemme out!
Shive merely folded his arms and laid backwards.
It'll be fun! You can't tell me you don't wanna pop her head like a grape?
Shive growled.
You and your pathetic emotions. That's why your brother calls you a failure! Because you are! You always let your emotions get in the way!
Shive's pupils dialated.
"SHUT THE F*** UP, CREEP! I'M NOT KILLING ANYONE TODAY, AND I'M SURE AS HELL NOT GONNA LET YOU OUT!"
See? I told you. If you had no emotions, life would be better for you and everyone around you. Remember why Cameron died? You got angry, and I took over. I killed him.
Shive let out a massive roar into the sky, fists clenched.
Remember last month when you tried to save the others from that oncoming group of xenomorphs in that tunnel? Your will to save them led to your near-death encounter, which in turn, allowed me to take over. If you don't recall, I injured your 'friends' all pretty badly.
Shive clutched his head, screaming,
"SHUT UP! JUST SHUT UP!"
Or back when Sevra died? She died trying to save you, because your emotions for her brought emotions for you to her.
Tears of rage trickled down the sides of Shive's cheeks.
You know it's true. You ruin everything for everyone else by being around them. You put everyone you know in danger merely by exisiting. You have no right to live.
At this point, Shive pulled himself up and started screaming his lungs out, lashign about as he clutched his head, stabbing his claws into his temples.
They don't want you around. They hate you on the inside for what you really are. You're a freak and a b****** in their eyes.
Shive screamed again as he dove into the air, convulsing violently from rage. He threw his head back and screamed again, clutching the sides of his skull. The corner of Shive's left eye began to turn black around the edges.
"I'M NOT GOING TO LET YOU TAKE OVER!" He screamed.
Why not? If I take over, I'll be sure to leave your so-called 'friends' alone. They're of no use to me. Besides, you'll just end up killing them if you stay here. You heard what Teracyn said. I'm going to take over eventually, so why not now?
Now, Shive's entire left eye had reverted to it's Hollow state.
"NO!" Shive screamed.

"Shive?" Myrr wondered when she heard the dragonkin scream. She was starting to wonder if she hit him too hard, and hoped she didn't. The half dragon wasted no time, she bolted back to the lake, and prayed that she could help with whatever had happened to the dragonkin...

"Do you need help?" came a sweet and sultry voice from behind Shive. He stopped yelling for a moment and turned around. It was Saelia, Thanatos' girl. She was looking at him funny, probably because of the noise he had been making. Shive must have been staring because she then added, "You know, if you like a girl, say something don't just stare."
With that she walked calmly past him and into the water. "Come, a relaxing swim will do you good." She beckoned

Shive looked at her in disbelief, his chest starting to heave as he yelled to Saelia,
"For the love of your god, GET OUT OF HERE! I don't know if I can hold the b****** off!"
He screamed again as he fell to his knees, his other eye starting to change as well. His chest shuddered as the Hollow mask started forming on the left side of his face. He gritted his teeth and punched himself in the face, shattering the mask and part of his nose as well.
Someone's rather anxious to be rid of me. Evihs smirked.
"SHUT UP!" Shive yelled as the mask started forming again.
Looks like Myrr's back. I'll take it from here. Evihs hissed.
Shive glanced over, and sure enough, he saw Myrrr approaching the forest line.
"F*** OFF! I'M NOT LETTING YOU OUT! Myrr! Saelia! Get the hell out of here!" He screamed again.
Tsk, tsk Shive. You should know not to yell in the presence of women.
Shive's right eye dialated, but not from anger. He suddenly started screaming again, but not in rage. No, Shive was screaming for the Hollow half was wracking Shive's body with pain, from head to toe, trying to knock him out, but failing.
damnit! Stop being so stubborn! Evihs hissed.
A trickle of drool oozed out of his open mouth as his vision wavered, panting heavily.

Myrr didn't turn to run though, she was rooted to the spot from surprise that the Hollow was already back. She felt guilty that he had returned, subconsciously knowing she caused it to happen. She wasn't sure of whether to run away and save herself, letting Shive suffer alone, or to stay there and try to damage the Hollow Mask so that Shive could overpower him again.
It didn't matter, though, which one she chose, some one was going to get hurt even worse then he or she already is.

Evihs started laughing.
You're right. It is your fault. The Hollow spoke into Myrr's mind.
"LEAVE HER OUT OF THIS!" Shive screamed, his voice getting hoarse.
Shive slowly pulled himself to his feet, shakily, but surely. The Hollow was still doing his best to bring him down, but like he said, Shive was a stubborn one. However, he wasn't looking very decent at the moment. He kept delivering short, harsh breaths and his legs wouldn't stop shaking. Through his eyes, everything was getting fuzzy.
"Stop... shaking... damnit..." He muttered.
He fell back onto his knees, and glanced up at Myrr.
"Why haven't you... left yet?"
His eyes started to revert back to normal, making Evihs growl mentally.
He's forcing me back... but it's taking a toll on him... Evihs hissed, slowly smirking on the inside.
Fine. I'll let him have this one. But not without a price...
Shive shifted to a kneeling postion, one eye Hollow, the other normal. Shive's left hand started jerking upwards slowly, the index finger pointing out. Shive's right eye widened as he screamed,
"MYRR! GET OUT OF HERE NOW!"
Too late, Shive my boy.
Lightning surged down the arm into the hand, eventually spirling into his finger. Shive tried pushing the arm down with his other hand, but to no avail. Then, with a hurt look in his right eye, a bolt of lightning burst forth and slammed into Myrr, throwing her through the trees as electricity coursed through her frame.
Done.
Shive's left eye reverted to normal, and it joined the other in expressing his emotion.
"Myrr... I told-you-to-" He stuttered, then fell forward, unconscious.

Myrr slammed into one of the trees, grunting as she slid down to the ground. However, the half dragon wasn't groaning from the lightning bolt, nor was her body sluggish to respond to her mind's command. The half dragon actually front-flipped to her feet, muttering, "damn Hollow, though he would have had better luck with a fireball spell or the Cyclonic Blast." Shive was still a friend of her father's and her friend, and she never blamed the Hollow's actions on Shive. She would never abandon him no matter how powerful the Hollow became, even though that would probably kill her one day...
She stopped musing to herself and ran back to where Shive was, and not bothering to avoid the trees, she just tore them down.
