Shive reached the power plant, glancing around. He saw the doors and ventilation shafts had been ripped open, and a few human corpses were strewn about.
"damn. I guess I came to the right place." Shive muttered.
He landed and cracked his knuckles, hoping to draw attention to himself. Suddenly, he heard a few hisses from one of the side entrances/exits, and he extended his arm completely in their direction. Before the xenomorphs could even step out of the doorway, Shive fired an orange, pea-sized bead from his index finger, which detonated against one of the beasts and erupted into a hellish dome of fire.
Shive grinned brightly as the beasts tried to stumble out, their skin popping and bubbling as the slime the excreted caught flame. He started laughing at them as they collapsed, burning away. He gave the entrance a forlorn stare, then sighed.
"Let's see... I have one Fireball left, and all three of my Lightning Bolts left. I better be careful, and use these sparignly. Oh! And my Cyclonic Blast. But... I'll save that for when I really need it." He told himself, shouldering himself through the doorway.

Another hiss was heard behind Shive, the Xenomorph had latched on to a pillar close to the doors Shive had walked in through and, before the dragonkin could react, was in mid-lunge at it.
"Back off, slimeball!" Myrr screeched, smashing her fist into its skull. The creature was thrown off target and became sprawled across the ground, where the half dragon promptly plunge her fist into its chest and ripped out what served as its heart, killing it.
"We both need to watch our backs here, theres got to be at least several hundred Xenomorphs if I've calculated correctly." she informed him, dropping the barely beating heart.

Shive nodded. "I wish I could use my damn sword on these things. It'd make this SO much easier." He muttered. Suddenly, he heard a deeper hissing down the hall. He stepped forward to see two odd-looking Xenomorphs with a greyish-green exoskeletons and a hard, tan carapace on their head, back, and forearms. Shive cocked an eyebrow at them when they hissed again, and then rolled into 'spheres' of a sort. They sped forward and slammed into Shive's broad frame, knocking him over. They unrolled and extended their inner mouths, and while doing so their heads moved slightly from underneath the head-plate. Shive scowled and kicked the aberation-xenomorphs off of him, then grabbed one by the throat and slammed it into a wall. "What the f*** are these?!" "I don't know! These weren't in the Xenomorph invasion I was taught in history school!" Myrr replied, drawing her pistol and firing at the tail that was assaulting Shive. She hit it precisely... But it remained attatched to the rest of the Xenomorph.
"damn! The armor on these things is greater then the normal drones!" she cursed, preparing her wind bullets attack. Throwing her wings forward, hundreds of bullets of air flew at the creature. It screeched in pain as its blood started leaking from tiny 'holes' in it. Myrr took the chance to fire her pistol at the weak points, killing the alien.
"Crap, just how strong are these things if my Wind Bullets can't kill them in one go?"

Thanatos heard the ruckus inside the powerplant. He fired two more wristblades into the body of Behir, at which point it stopped trying to crawl away and lay still. He didn't know what is was, and he didn't particularly care. After smashing through one of the walls, he saw several black creatures scurrying one direction. He rcognized these creatures, and that because of their hive mind following them would lead to what ever target they had. He might even help them.

The other xenomorph varient's tail suddenly went through Myrr's right shoulder, sending blood spraying from the wound. Shive's eyes dialated as another image appeared in his mind...

Shive stood in the street of a burning village, a medium-sword drawn as he glared down the street. Two figures, one being grabbed by the throat with a sword at her neck. The one at sword-point had Shive's general shape, but feminine in appearance. It's scales were silver, and it had a chrome-blue mane. It's 'muzzle' wasn't as square-ish as Shives.
The other, however, looked just like Shive, but slightly taller, and his scales were a red-brown, with a black mane. The female managed to kick the other away from her as she backed towards Shive. The two then fired seperate spells; Shive firing several small bolts of turquiose energy, while the female fired a moving burst of sound. Both attacks hit the other dragonkin, and he snarled as he took to the air.
However, as Shive turned to walk away, the other dragonkin turned towards them while still in flight as electricity gathered around his hands. The female dragon-anthro spotted this, and pushed Shive out of the way as a bolt of lightning came speeding towards him. However, the bolt struck the female, going into her back and out of her chest, kiling her.

Shive's eye twitched, and he let out a roar that reverberated off of the walls. The alien-offshoot hissed in surprise as Shive grabbed it by the head and hurled it down the hall, watching it hit the ground hard, and roll away. Shive's eyes reverted to normal, but that flashback was stil in his mind as something unexpected happened:
A tear rolled down the massive dragonkin's cheek, as he staggered against the wall, sobbing slightly.

Myrr gasped as she clutched her shoulder wound, the bladed tail having been removed when Shive attack the Xenomorph. Even for her cybernetics suit, this would take a while to heal. As Shive was looking away, Myrr took the time to tap part of her leg, bringing out what appeared to be a first aid kit. Carefully, she applied the disinfectant and wrapped the wound so it would stop bleeding. She replaced the kit, which dissappeared back into her skin.
"Secondary cyber skin suits come in very handy." she said, getting back up. She turned to Shive, saying., "Come on, the sooner we get to the core of this makeshift hive, the sooner we can put this invasion to an end!"

Shive turned and nodded grimly as the two began running down the hallway, which, as they got closer to the center, started to get covered in a sort of organic skin. Suddenly, as they came to an intersection, a massive voice spoke to them mentally,
JOIN THE BROOD. BE ONE WITH THE HIVE, ONE WITH THE QUEEN.
Shive suddenly started sweating as another voice in his head screamed back,
F*** YOU!
He shook his head and continued running, until movement was spotted in the corner of his eye. About five or six regular xeno's dropped from the ceiling and approached the two dragon-hybrids. Shive growled as three of them tackled him and began stabbing him with their tail blades. He managed to grab one and throw it off of him, punching another in the process.
Meanwhile, the other three approached Myrr slowly, their inner mouths sliding in and out slowly. Scuttling was heard above them, and Shive's eyes widened as a small, spider-like creature with a long, bony tail dropped down in the hopes of landing on Myrr.

Myrr, whose hearing was more sensitive then Shive's, had picked up on the facehugger.
"Not gonna catch me that easy!" she screech, whipping her tail up and bashing the little creature into a wall. At the same time, she ran her right hand along her left arm, pulling with it a sword which, had Shive seen Solranous wield his, would have matched it as a much older version of of the emerald dragon's blade.
"Eat metal you freaks!" Myrr roared, charging at the Xenomorphs. The first one met its end through decapitation, the second was thoroughly dismembered - legs, arms, and tail - while the third was slain through a stab in the heart. Turning to Shive, and Xenomorphs on top of him, Myrr reeled her wings back yet again and fired her wind bullet attack, killing all three with easy. Brushing them away, she helped Shive up and asked, "Are you alright?"

Shive blinked at her, then took a look at the three puncture wounds in his torso, which seemed to be gushing a lot of blood, and he shrugged.
"Yeah, I'm fine. Thanks for the save."
He felt something on his back, and he grabbed a long spindlt tail. It was a Facehugger, and Shive's eyes widened not in fear, but in anger. He grabbed it by the body, and with a sickening crunch, dropped the lifeless body to the floor. Shive turned to continue down the hall when he spotted three things on the ceiling.
They resembled regular xeno's exactly, except their biceps, stomachs, and thighs had purple highlights. Their legs seemed stronger than normal xeno's.
"Ah s***. More varients." Shive muttered.
They bounced off of the ceiling surprisingly fast and tackled Shive again, making him grunt in annoyance.
"NOT gonna work." He hissed.
He shifted his weight, and before they knew it, the three aliens were pinned against the wall. At the same time. Shive proceeded to 'skullbash' each of them, busting the front of their heads open. Shive then hissed as he swept his arm to the side, throwing the corpses aside. His ears perked as he saw the carapace-heavy varient from before, along with two more of these 'jumpers', and seven more regular xeno's.
"Great."

The jumpers lunged, but Myrr leaned to her left and extended her right arm out, causing the varients to clothesline themselves on her arm. Snarling she drove her fist through both of their heads, making sure they were dead before she tossed them aside. The seven normal Xenomorphs hung back as the heavy-armored variety charged. The half-dragon met its charge and ducked under it, before lifting it off the ground.
"I believe this is your friend!" Myrr said as she tossed the 'XenoChrysalis' at the seven regular Xenomorphs.

Shive bit his lip, hoping there was a way out of this without having to use his last Fireball. Sadly, there was none, and Shive shrugged. He fired the 'bead, which detonated just as the Chrysalis landed, incinerating all eight of them simultaneously.
"C'mon, let's go." He stated mechanically, continuing to run.
Another group of xeno's blocked their way, but Shive merely ran them down, scattering their remains across the walls. He slammed another who was crawling on the ceiling through the roof of the tunnel without stopping.
She's here... there's another damn one... He thought to himself, scowling.

Back outside the Power plant, Solranous, who was propelling himself with his telekinesis, shot through the entrance, blowing the doors off their hinges. The dragon was making a b-line for the center, in which he detected the greatest level of animalistic activity that was guided by a single, super powerful force.

Myrr was clearly amazed at the dragonkin's determination to exterminate these things. Yet she had a hunch that Shive wouldn't be launching anymore fireballs anytime soon.
If only my father from my time could teach you his fireballs, then obliterating all of the xenomorphs here would be no trouble. She thought, and had to keep her emotions in check to avoid becoming reckless. 'Frenzy,' which she had come to call the dragonkin's determined state-of-mind, didn't exactly work for her like it worked for Shive. It made her combat efficeiency sloppy.
"We're almost there, if I remember this correctly."

Shive and Myrr ran into another throng of Xenomorphs, and their progress was stalled momentarily. They had a way back though, if they needed it...for a few seconds, anyways. Just a few seconds later the concrete wall of the passage they were in was ripped wide open. Two huge chrysalis aliens were being carried by something, and it was very big.
Thanatos heaved one of the aliens over the two non-xenomorph beings into the horde they were fighting. Then, as the other bent it's body in an attempt to wrap its jaws around Thanatos' head. Instead, Thanatos headbutted it, meeting it before it could open its maw. In the seconds this gave hime, he grabbed its face, his metal claws breaching the tough-as-steel exoskeleton, and proceeded to rip it in half. He discarded the pieces as he discarded the other alien.
Thanatos then turned to face the throng. He blasted a small burst of manipulated gravity at them, blowing and scattering them throughout the room. His cannons were already online, and they fired four missiles. Most of the small horde were blown apart, either by the missiles or the explosions caused by the explosives they hit. Those that were alive fled, back to their queen. Thanatos faced the warriors who had been fighting before he arrived.
"You have five seconds to convince me that I shouldn't kill you."

((And so, we reach the climax...)) Shive merely pushed past the cyborg that had just arrived, and eventually stopped before an elevator shaft, the actual elevator have was ripped out. His red-orange eyes, whcih seemed to be glowing in the dark, narrowed. A slicing sound was heard, and Shive's eyes widened. "S***!" He screamed. Suddenly, three blade-like claws emerged from Shive's stomach, followed by a purple tail blade. A xenomorph as tall as Myrr was with a purple coloration and large, sharp claws on its fingers, was snarling at Shive. It's upper lip twitched, showing that the abberation was about to use the xenomorph trademark attack. Suddenly, the xeno went flying back down the shaft as Shive grabbed it by the face and slammed it into the shaft, still holding onto it, as both slid down. The xenomorph let out one last shriek as the two reached the bottom of the shaft, the xeno splattering across the walls due to Shive's weight and it's speed before impact. Shive glared out of the doorway as he hissed, "We're here." What was once the generator room was now occupied by hundreds of Facehugger eggs and an equal amount of xeno's. However, attention was drawn to the back. An enormous cocoon, surrounded by 9-foot tall xeno' with elaborate head crests stood at the other end of the room. "She's... in... that?"
