The city was gone. It took less than one second. It was there one instant, underneath a slightly cloudy sky, and then suddenly, it was gone. The sky itself had been ripped away, the stars could be seen, and the sky around the horizon looked like the edges of a vortex, swirling and twisting chaotically.
Deicron floated several hundred meters above the crater that was once a city. It had been he who destroyed it; a single blast of energy just before he reached orbit. They never stood a chance. After looking over his work he charged energy through himself, and then turned the crater into a crystal field. Energy arced and cracked through the air, setting the darkened area aglow with eerie, alien light.
The only thing that could have been more frightening than Deicron was Coronis. He arrived a moment later, and he went straight to the ground. He hit before the crystals were raised, and his impact doubled the size of the crater. Currently, he was 420 meters tall, and twice that long. He liked to show off his power, and size was the easiest way to do that. One thing was for certain, though, the Apocalypse had come, and earth was caught right in the middle.
Aphostos, come. You are needed.

[glow=white,2,300]TYPHON, WHY MUST YOUR ACTIONS ALWAYS BE AGGRIVATING TO OTHER GODS?[/glow] A voice from the heavens asked, clearly unhappy.
A large, draconic shape landed about half a mile away, four wings of crackling blue energy on its back. The wings folded inwards, then turned into ice-blue shards of something. The draconic saurian turned towards the two kaiju-like Titans, growling.
[glow=white,2,300]YOU NEED TO GET THIS THROUGH YOUR THICK SKULL, TYPHON: THERE IS MEANT TO BE GOOD, AND THERE IS MEANT TO BE EVIL. THE SIDES WILL ALWAYS CONFLICT, CONTRADICTORY TO WHAT YOU BELIEVE.[/glow] The voice thundered once more.
[glow=white,2,300]IT MAY SEEM THE FORCES OF EVIL OUTMATCH THE FORCES OF GOOD AT TIMES, BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN THE BALANCE HAS SHIFTED![/glow]
The dragon mentally sighed as lightning pealed in the background.
[glow=white,2,300]Now, I ask of you, please: Call back your Titans, and I won'tr have to resort to drastic measures, nor will the other gods. If you go through with this, there will be an all-out war amongst the deities. It'll be Ragnarok all over again! I don't want that to happen. Now, please, Typhon...[/glow]
The dragon's eyes flared open, a bright glowing sky-blue with a single, cat-like pupil. Lightning surged behind him as he continued,
[glow=white,2,300]Call back Deicron and Coronis. Or I will be forced to take violent measures.[/glow]
*****
In the distance, a 10-foot tall, chitin-covered entity smirked. It was clutching a prism-shaped crystal in its hand, then turned and punched a hole in the air, walking through it and dissapearing...

Typhon appeared next to the draconic God.
My, my friend. A little upset, aren't we? Unfortunately, it isn't going to stop. So why don't you just go back to your little window and keep watching the universe before you do some stupid. Coronis, Deicron, continue.
Coronis gave a curt nod and then charged a massive beam. When he unleashed it, it carved a mile deep canyon into the earth until it left the atmosphere over the horizon. Deicron charged his crystals with energy, and then rained corona death below, cracking and breaking up the earth's crust. Then Coronis stopped attacking and bellowed:
Dogolas! Come out to play! The day of reckoning has come, and it's your time to come undone!

Lightning surged around Bahamut as he roared,
[glow=white,2,300]TYPHON! YOU KBOW NOT OF WHAT YOU'RE DOING! STOP NOW![/glow]
His tail lashed, then he abruptly stopped as existance itself blackened. Bahamut's eyes widened.
[glow=green,2,300]OH, SO THE INGORANT LITTLE WORM WANTS ME TO PLAY, DOES HE? WELL, PLAY I SHALL![/glow]
What appeared to be a massive black hole ripped itself open a few hundred meters from Coronis as hundreds of tendrils erupted forth from it.
[glow=green,2,300]THE DAY OF CTHULU HAS ARRIVED![/glow] Dogolas roared.
The abberation emerged from the hole, which seemed to leave cracks in the air as it shut behind him. The ground below him cracked and splintered, for even the planet could not withstand the demon's full might. Dogolas turned his eerie stare at Typhon, and laughed.
[glow=green,2,300]Oh, so even the Lord of Titans has shown himself? My my, I thought you'd be too busy standing before the mirror for this![/glow]
He turned his glare at Bahamut, whose eyes were wide. Dogolas merely mentally smirked, then turned his glare to Deicron.
[glow=green,2,300]Ah, Deicron. You were once such a poweful entity. Why turn yourself to the will of this pathetic being? Had you come to me, you would've gained from the deal![/glow]
He turned to Coronis, and his mandibles parted wide, revealing nothing but suffocating darkness within.
[glow=green,2,300]And you, my idiotic little brute, are about to learn a very important lesson...[/glow]
The chitin on Dogolas's forehead slowly slid back, strands of spittle-like substance sitcking to it. The chitin fully pulled back, revealing six more eyes on the corruptive deity's head. His tendrils wiggled and flexed as the plane itself shook with his might.
[glow=green,2,300]DO NOT CHALLENGE ONE MANY TIMES STRONGER THAN YOU![/glow] He boomed.

Coronis smirked. Number one, this Dogolas was underestimating his strength. Number two, he was doing in front of the most powerful being in the omniverse. Not a good combination.
Dogolas probably meant to attack first, but he didn't get the chance. Coronis, a full 120 meters bigger than Dogolas, rushed him, and basically just impaled him on the half-dozen massive spikes jutting from his chest. Then he blasted the "garbage" off with another of the earth-splitting beams.
Idiotic brute? I'm not the one insulting the Lord Typhon.
As Dogolas hit the ground, Coronis seemingly warped above him, and came crashing down. The result, mostly for the planet, was messy. Coronis was on top of Dogolas, standing in a mile deep crater. Coronis leaped backwards out of the crater and smirked, then ducked. Dogolas saw the bright flash, and then Deicron's Stargate attack hit him with full force. The two titans paused, and waited to see what the God would try next.

[glow=green,2,300]Is that it? Seriously? I mean, come ON. I've seen humans pop pimples that had to be more painful than that.[/glow]
The Dark Echelon emerged from the crater, seemingly unharmed. He looked the same as when he arrived. His eight eyes flashed with power as he growled,
[glow=green,2,300]MY TURN.[/glow]
A massive sphere of purple energy appeared before Dogolas, who seemed to have his tentacles 'holding' it. He seemed to throw it when he suddenly vanished. He then appeared behind Coronis as the sphere exploded, sending the larger being flying. Dogolas's forehead-crystal glowed, as did all of his eyes. He appeared behind Coronis and his tendrils all sharpened at the ends, stabbing through the Titian. Dogolas shrieked as energy coursed down Dogolas's tendrils and into his form, followed by something bad.
He sproted exact replicas of Coronis's wings.
He blasted Coronis off with a beam fired from his forehead, and laughed. He turned his attention to Deicron, and hissed,
[glow=green,2,300]It's such a shame to waste an entity like you. But sadly, it seems there is no hope for you.[/glow]
He was suddenly staring Deicron dead in the eyes before he sprouted black crystals from his shoulders. Deicron noticed that he too, had been stabbed, through Dogolas didn't get his tendrils as far into Deicron as he did Coronis. The ex-Spacegodzilla was blasted back by a surge of black, crackling energy as Dogolas floated into the air.
[glow=green,2,300]Typhon, why oppose me? I'm here to do the same thing as you. Just... in a more pleasing way.[/glow]

((Coronis has no wings))
Coronis and Deicron stood up, but they knew this was now longer their fight. It was Typhon's.
Typhon walked toward Dogolas, almost casually. Then he placed a hand on his head and sent a 'jolt' of cosmic energy through him. Then he lifted him up with his one hand, and held him a little above eye level.
Dogolas, I only have one thing to say to you: you have to be the ugliest thing in the cosmos. But don't worry, I can fix that. Oh, I do believe you have some things that don't belong to you.
Typhon held out his other three arms, and after a second Dogolas' very essence started to twist and warp. Then it was torn apart. In one hand, a green ball of energy appeared. In another, a blue ball. In his last hand, a black ball. He flicked two of his wrists and sent Coronis' and Deicron's energy back to them. Then, moving Dogolas to the side and ignoring his perpetual attempts to attack with his tendrils, he examined the black energy. He twisted it in his had a moment before closing his claws around it. When he opened them, a crystal
I believe I can trust you not to screw up something so simple as to watch this? Typhon said to Bahamut as he threw the crystal to him. Then he turned his attention back to Dogolas.
You horrific, insignificant piece of cosmic slime. Why do you think you can just take things that don't belong to you? It didn't help you look any better, you gelatinous waste of immortality. You should be thankful I'm going to spread you throughout the cosmos in lots of little pieces, then you won't have to look at yourself.
He sent a huge surge of energy through his body that blasted Dogolas away like he'd been hit by a bomb. It reacted badly with him, too, because he writhed and screamed in direst agony. It was almost pitiable...except he was so ugly. Typhon walked over to him and levitated him into the air.
Next time you feel like doing...anything, reconsider. Dogolas was then shoved into a nearly invisible sphere, tightly. Dogolas couldn't move, and didn't seem to be able to break the sphere.
Do you like it? Eh, probably not. It's a prison, in case you couldn't tell. You can try to escape, but since it can only be broken by my will, good luck with that. And don't try any loopholes like time travel, they won't work. Now, how about you just cool off for a few eons, hm? Otherwise, I'll have to use some real power against you. Oh, and this.
Typhon blew a little flame over his hand, and it floated there for a second, before he set the flame on the sphere, which instantly set it alight with energy. As the coup de gras, Typhon kicked it well into another galaxy.
He'll be back. Hopefully a bit less ugly, though.

((He'll be back much sooner than you think. And Nid? Please, PLEASE tell me Typhon isn't stupid enough to try and take a Watcher, because though you may think he can, he can't.))
Bahamut glared at Typhon, then pushed the sphere through an invisible hole in the air. Then, all of time stopped abruptly as a massive serpentine dragon emerged from the clouds.
[glow=purple,2,300]TYPHON! I HOPE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'VE DONE! Well, except for the Dogolas thing. I have to thank you for that. BUT ATTEMPTING TO DESTROY THE PLANET IS UNACCEPTABLE![/glow]
Chronepsis glared at all four of them, and Bahamut sighed.
[glow=white,2,300]Great.[/glow]
The Platinum Dragon then shook his head and dissapated into a white glow, which in turn, dissapeared as well. Chronepsis narrowed his eyes at the Titan Lord, then asked,
[glow=purple,2,300]LOOK, I KNOW YOU MAY BE THINKING YOU'RE DOING WHAT YOU BELIEVE IS RIGHT, BUT IF YOU CONTINUE, YOU WILL BRING DOWN THE WRATH OF THE REMAINING WATCHERS. NOW LEAVE, OR I WILL DEAL WITH YOU MYSELF.[/glow]
Chronepsis floated in the air, awaiting a response.
((Didn't Typhon have a master? I forogt. >.<))

((Typhon answers to God only. And Typhon can kick Chronepsis' pansy little secretary butt. Chronepsis can't *do* anything to Typhon.))
What is with all these interruptions? He said, turning to face Chronepsis. Look, I know you think your just trying to do your job, but your just gonna get hurt. First, I have your essence: your powers don't work on me, at least not fate, which I don't have, time, which I'm not a part of, or death, which has never been and never will be a concern. And second, if you or your fellows try ANYHING, I'll detroy this universe and everything in it. I've done it before. So, how about you just go back to your desk job, hmm?
Typhon turned around and simply ignored the Watcher after that.
Coronis, Deicron, you know what to do. Aphostos? He said, looking down at the demi-God standing at his feet. Kill anything that could cause delays. There are heroes and villains that have to be dealt with before they try something...stupid.
"As you wish," Aphostos answered. He left to find the mortals he had seen before.
Typhon looked around, and then looked back at the Watcher.
You know, maybe you and your wee little friends could try something; this has all been terribly easy so far.

((Nid. That's IT. I know you're just trying to roleplay, but you've taken it too far this time. Why are trying to take down the forum? If you destroy the universe in the game, ELL is done. No more rpg'ing. I'd have to take it down. The only reason I let Dogolas be taken out of the thread was because I wanted to end this. But you kept pushing it. Now what? If Typhon gets rid of it, then poof. No more forum. The only place left to roleplay would be in the Outer Planes area, and that's gods only. And I don't think the other players would like their mortal characters destroyed. And don't tell me I'm supposed to find a way to make him stop, because I can't do anything in this position.))
((I'm sorry if I seem unfair, but this... it's just too far. So, I give you a choice: Either find a way to end this now, or make me take down the forum. Your call.))

((You know, you could have asked. However, I was never going to destroy the universe, that was merely Typhon threatening Chronepsis. Anyways, just don't worry about it. Though, I was doing this because I was thinking about quitting the forum. I dunno if I will or not, but it's getting harder for me to follow what's going on. which is why I threw a really giant monkey wrench into everything. Like I said though, don't worry.))
Typhon watched the earth crack and split and burn. But he still wasn't getting what he wanted.
Coronis, Deicron, he's not coming. I think we'll just have to go hunting. Maybe later though. I expect i have a line of visitors waiting to chew me out. He said, glancing at Chronepsis. Come on. Yog-Sothoth will be summoned eventually. Armageddon might even show himself too.
Coronis and and Deicron stopped, and then nodded. They vanished as quickly as they had come. Typhon began to walk toward where they had left from before pausing.
Don't look for me the next time Dogolas shows up. I won't be there to bail you out next time. Then he snapped his fingers and vanished. As he did, the sky returned, as did the city. Every living being in it was lying unconscious in the spot where they had died. It seemed like a crisis had been averted.

((I'm sorry Nid, I shouldn't have said it like that. It's... been a shitty week, that's all I can say. I apologize for my prior post. And I aplologize if I sound rude, but how is it getting harder to follow? Too many plots?))
Bahamut stared down at the city from Celestia, and exhaled in relief.
[glow=white,2,300]He's not all bad... sure, he can be a jerk, but not ALL bad.[/glow]
((End thread?))
