Volk stood there in amazement as the elders left him to himself. That was it, he completed the trials and he was now a Darkwood. No more would he have to bare the name of the Nightpeak and their loathsome ways.

"I am finally free of their oppression", he proclaimed.

"Congratulations master but you know that they sent her out after you. What will you do once your paths cross?

"We will figure that out once the time comes but for now I need to rest", he left it at that and turned to go find a comfy tree to sleep in until his body had rejuvenated itself to peak condition.
