The only thing he got into his mouth was a large chunk of earth, for Solranous had acted quickly, Flash Stepping to Sevra, picking her up, and Flash Stepping out of Kasou's jaws of death. The dragon had entered his house with the Flash Step, and quickly warned Myrr and Kisara to make a run for it, and to regroup in the mountains. Finally, the dragon told them not to use any of the door, but to blow out a hole in the wall.

Not questioning him, both Myrr and Kisara escaped the house as quickly as possible, knowing stealth wasn't on their side at this point. Thanks to Solranous though, neither Evihs nor Kasou could detect them. As an added precation, Kisara used her Mag Escape manuver, further obscurring them from detection. Evihs had long since recovered, since Solranous had to release his flowers to conserve energy to escape, but was to late as Solranous made his escape in an erractic pattern of Flash Steps, making trailing him almost impossible.

'One Released Arrancar I could probably deal with... but two? They would make mincemeat of me faster then I could say 'Bankai,' which in turn makes retreat the most favorable option.' the dragon thought as he made his escape, trying his best to heal Sevra's wounds on the go.

Tirano shook his head and crushed the large chunk of earth within his mouth. He bellows in rage as his food gets away. He charges after Solranous, little by little detecting the shinigami's movements with his powerful Pesquisa.

[glow=red,2,300]I CAN SMELL YOU SOUL REAPER!!!! [/glow]

The tryannosaur smashes through a group of buildings near Solranous, his maw open for crunching down on their bodies. He barely makes it, but misses by a few centimeters. He attacks again and again, drawing closer to Solranous's shoulder with every closing minute.

The stomping of the Arrancar makes part of the road cave in and showing the sewer systems. Tirano begins to slide into the hole he created and roars in anger. He thrashes around, making him slip farther into the hole.

From his maw, he releases a gigantic Cero aimed at Solranous. It smashes into a nearby building that the soul reaper was about to flash step to and make it collapse infront of him. The Arrancar howls in rage as it just misses the Soul Reaper and his prey.

'SH*T! That was too close!' Solranous thought, looking back at Kasou.

'I've got an idea... but I'm not sure if it'll work...' he continued, then coursed unused reiatsu through his scales, which he began to rattle at varying frequencies. Once he hit a certain frequency, Kasou roared in apparent confusion. For a moment, he had trouble detecting Solranous' reiatsu. Solranous noted the frequency, and returned to it. Kasou's senses were once again scrambling. While it wasn't completely disorienting, it was reducing the effectiveness of his Pesquisa. The dragon figured it was the sheer power behind it stopping it from being completely scrambled, but this was also his first time using this move, so it was mildly from being unused at all.

'Hopefully that will at least slow him down...'

[Talon]

Evihs suddenly Sonido'd before Solranous, delivering a powerful punch to the dragon's jaw and sending him tumbling backwards. The Arrancar looked rather... ragged at the moment. His torso was mangled and gashed, and he seemed to be drooling blood. He spat out a handful of fluid before rushing Solranous at a break-neck speed, his claws glowing purple as he went.

"Trituradora de Alma!" He boomed.

He stabbed the oversized claws into Solranous's abdomen, stunning the dragon temporarily and intefering with the ability he was using on Tirano at the moment.

"My friend seems hungry. You won't let him starve, will y-"

"BANKAI!" A voice boomed throughout the area.

Evihs turned behind him to see a column of spiraling red-and-black reiatsu slowly dissapate. Within, a single figure stood, adorned in what appeared to be a black trenchcoat with a tattered bottom edge. In his right hand he held a thin katana, completely black in color with a small bit of chain attached to the bottom of the hilt. His hair was an odddity, being orange in color.

"Tensa Zangetsu." The figure stated.

Evihs kicked Solranous off of his claws and snarled at the newcomer, booming,

"Not another one of you self-righteous pricks!"

"Hey, I just got here, and you're already insulting me? Geez, what'd that gray-haired runt get me into this time?" The Shinigami asked, rubbing the back of his head.

Evihs snarled, then charged the Shinigami, only to have him vanish shortly before impact.

"Wh-what?!"

Evihs looked over his shoulder to see the Shinigami aiming the blade at Evihs, red-and-black reiatsu gathering into his right palm.

"Seems I'll have to step it up a bit for you..." He muttered.

He then raised the hand and swept it across his face, revealing what appeared to be... a Hollow mask. Evihs's eyes widened rapidly, and he started to back away from the Shinigami, only to have him appear behind Evihs once more.

[glow=red,2,300]"GETSUGA TENSHOU!"[/glow]

Evihs was enveloped in a large blast of red-and-black reiatsu, sending an even bloodier Evihs spiraling to the ground, gagging on blood in his throat.

"Sh-sh*t..." Evihs choked.

Solranous coughed up blood from Evihs' attack, but was able to see the attack of the unknown Shinigami, and noted the mask on his face.

'A Vizard!? Never thought I'd see another one after Shive's unfortunate accident...' Solranous thought, getting back to his feet, and looking a short distance off to see Sevra, whom he had dropped after he was kicked back. Thankfully, her bleeding was almost non-existant by now.

Seeing that the newcomer had Evihs taken care of for the most part, he turned at the charging Kasou, and roared in defiance, reforming the blade and shield he had abandonned in an attempt to lighten his weight. But now that the tide was in his favor again, he could stand up and fight against the Arrancar.

[Talon]

Evihs managed to roll onto his hands and knees as he vomited up another clump of blood, gasping,

"goddamn Shinigami... I'll get them, one way or another..."

He staggered to his feet, and turned to see the orange-haired Shinigami standing there with his Zanpoktou aimed at Evihs's face. Red-and-black reiatsu seemed to be 'smoking' off of the blade as the Shinigami growled,

[glow=red,2,300]"You may not have done anything that affected me, but I ain't gonna let you get away with attacking a fellow Shinigami."[/glow]

Evihs growled and attempted to jump backwards, only to have the Shinigami rush forward and impale Evihs through the stomach, sending a spray of blood rupturing forth from the blade's exit point. Evihs coughed, glaring down at his masked slayer. The Arrancar reached into his pocket jerkily with a pained smirk, then held something out to the side before dropping it. Looking confused, the Shinigami slowly slid Zangetsu out of Evihs's stomach, catching the Arrancar before he collapsed, setting him down on the ground.

Funny... I thought it'd be Shive to kill me... heh... He thought one last time.

Evihs exhaled his last breath, then finally went limp and lifeless. Ichigo blinked, turning towards Kaousu and holding Zangetsu out to the side, flaring up with reiatsu.

Solranous looked at Kasou. 'If you won't make the first move, I will!' he thought, charging at the Arrancar. Flash Stepping up to the Arrancar's face, the dragon roared, collapsing his shield and raking energy infused talons across the left side of Kasou's face, the wounds exploding out ward soon after. Kasou roared in pain as he clutched the wound, turning to face Solranous.

Said dragon had doubled back and delievered a crushing blow to Kasou's muzzle, forcing the saurian Arrancar to take a step back to restabilize himself, letting out a roar of mixed pain an fury. This was the opening Solranous was looking for, as he spat three Spirit Rockets down Kasou's throat, causing the Arrancar to gurgle from the explosions with in his body. The dragon dove from Kasou's left shoulder to his right thigh, once again raking his claws across the Arrancar, these wounds also exploding from the energy in the claws.

The dragon then landed next to the Vizard, and growled, "That better have done a lot of damage..."

Tirano hacked and coughed from the attack. He snarls at Solranous, blood dripping from his toothy mouth. He then lifts himself up, crushing the old street under his clawed foot.

The Arrancar then walks past Solranous and the mysterious Vizard like they weren't there. Tirano then sniffs the corpse of Evihs, nudging it a bit with his snout. The beast then scoops up the corpse in his jaws, blood dripping from the Arrancar's mouth.

He simple turns around and heads back from where he came. He stops and then turns to give a body numbing glare at the Soul Reaper and the Vizard. Tirano continues walking with the corpse of his former ally in his mouth.

He can be of some use now. Even if he is dead....

[Talon]

The Vizard blinked confusedly as his mask slowly splintered, then shattered completely, revealing his face and changing his eyes to their normal coloration.

"Well... that was interesting..." The Vizard muttered, scratching his scruffy orange hair.

He glanced at Sevra, who was leaning against a nearby wall, trying to stay out of the way. He nodded to her, yelling,

"Hey! You're the one Toshiro sent here, aren't you?"

Sevra paused, then nodded in response. The Vizard smiled a bit, then replied,

"He's got a new order: If the guy you're supposed to replace here can exterminate at least 25 Hollows in the next three days, then the order'll be revoked."

Sevra's eyes brightened, then she paused, pointing to Solranous.

"Uh... why don't you just tell him?"

The Vizard seemed taken aback, then glanced at Solranous.

"Him? He's the Shinigami?" He asked, a bit surprised.

Shrugging, the Vizard nodded to Solranous.

"Yeah. What I said earlier." He stated, smirking.

[Azure_Ghidorah]

Solranous frowned at the orange-haired Shinigami, but didn't say anything about not being recognized as one.

"Twenty-five Hollows in three days? You can consider it done." Solranous responded, before he turned to Sevra, "Also, I'm not sure if you know, but I saved your life twice back there. Once from getting disintegrated by a Cero, and once from ending up as an Arrancar's next meal." he told her, winking to make sure she knew he didn't expect any repayment.

"Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go rendezvous with my love and my daughter, just to make sure they know its safe to come back home and so I can confirm that nothing attacked them along the way." the dragon explained, reverting to normal and Flash Stepping away.

[Talon]

The Vizard turned to Sevra, smiled, and nodded.

"We should probably get back, eh?"

Sevra nodded, re-sealing her Zanpoktou and sheathing it. As the orange-haired Shinigami pulled out a Matter-Transformation Gate, Sevra took one last glance behind her, a saddened look at a building down the street. The Vizard cocked an eyebrow, but said nothing as they stepped through, sealing behind them.
