"No clue..." Myrr murmured, her wings reeled back incase it turns hostile. She highly doubted that she needed her Wind Bullets to kill it if it came to that. She clenched and unclenched her hand in anxiety. This was not a good day for her, and she wasn't in a good mood anymore.

The thing floated over theirs heads, then suddenly made a sort of sqealing sound as a shadow momentarily blocked out the moonlight in the windows. The 'jellyfish' squealed again, dropped its cargo, and flitted out of a nearby side window. Shive blinked, scratching his head, then looked down at the bracer, crouching before it.
"It looks nice, but... I dunno what it's for..." He muttered.
((Eh, might as well wrap it up soon. Our squishy friend may show up in a later thread))

Myrr also looked down at it, and frowned.
"Might have some sort of magical property to it... and it it doesn't hurt anybody to pick it up, I might take it to find anything your ability to see magic might miss." She spoke. "This is all in theory, mind you..."
"PRETTY!!" Xeno-Myrr sqealed, coming out of Myrr's shadow and scooping the bracer up.
Myrr sighed, putting her hand against her forhead. "Ever the annoying hybrid, she is..."

Shortly after Xeno-Myrr picked up the piece of jewelry, a faint voice echoed in her mind,
Where... is she? Where's Elena? Where is she?! I must find her! TELL ME WHERE SHE IS!
Shive stared at the bracer, oblivious to the voice in Xeno-Myrr's head. He rapped his head once with his knuckle, then activated his innate ability to detect magic. His eyes were outlined in white as he stared at the thing, and his eyes widened.
"Well... this is a surprise... it's giving off magic, yes, but... it's conjuration..." He muttered.
He paused, then glanced at Myrr.
"That means its used to summon something. But what, I wonder? Judging from its coloration, I'd say either some sort of construct, or..." He drifted off, eyes widening.
"Or an outsider..." He added.
He recalled the green thing that held it, and shuddered for some reason.
But why did that thing have it? Whatever it was, it had no magic on it whatsoever.... and why did it squeal when that shadow passed by? What was that shadow, anyway? He thought, scratching his chin.

Xeno-Myrr made a quick glance to the others. They weren't making any indication that they heard something, so she figured the speaker was using telepathy.
'Um... Elena? I... have no clue who you're talking about... never heard anyone by that name...' she thought, figuring that whoever spoke would hear her.
Myrr's eyebrows furrowed. She didn't like what she just heard from Shive.
"Xe, get rid of that thing, now." she said sternly, Xeno-Myrr didn't listen to her though. She was too focused on the bracer to hear her.

There was a long silence on the other side of the bracer, then the voice muttered,
But... she's nearby... I can feel her... the mountain! She's on the mountain! BRING ME TO HER! We must find her before she dies! THE ZEBESIAN B*STARD WILL PAY!
Shive scratched his head as he stared at the device.
"Well... I wouldn't worry about it... only someone with some decent arcane training can activate that thing, so no need to get rid of it. She can hold onto it until the owner arrives, if at all." He muttered, cocking an eyebrow at the piece of armor.
His eyes narrowed as he focused on it, then shrugged.

Blinking, Xeno-Myrr glanced out the window, then towards her light half and Shive. They were looking away, so she bolted, diving up and out of what was left of the window, rolled to a crouching position outside, and surged into the air with a jump and multiple flaps of her wings.
As she made her escape, Myrr cried out, "XENO! Where are you going!?" It was no use, the Hybrid was long out of ear shot by that time. "Sh*t! Shive, we've gotta follow her!" Myrr then followed her dark half's move and charged after her.

Shive sighed, rubbing his forehead for a moment before following the two Myrr's outside. Shortly after he caught sight of them, he yelled, hoping he'd hear him.
"XENO! WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU GOING?!"
He paused, then glanced over his shoulder to see the little green 'jellyfish' from before floating as fast as it could after him, and he growled something. The thing seemed to be struggling, so he stopped, letting it float up to him, then he grabbed it and continued flying. The creature chirped in approval, making Shive cock an eyebrow and shrug as he continued flying.
Does this thing have a connection to the bracer? Sure, we found it with the thing, but it couldn't use it... then, did it give it to someone who knew could use it? He thought.
