The demon's eyes turned towards Solranous, and thought,
Let them initiate their plan. It'll be interesting.
Shive seemed to snap out of it when Solranous spoke, and his reiatsu flared to life. Shive nodded and replied low,
"I'll draw his attention. As soon as he's watching, you fire, then I'll fire."
He rushed into the sky and screamed,
"Hey Arthreonus! Do you remember the time Orcus kicked your ass?! I bet you do. That's why you're in that bastard's body in the first place!"
Arthreonus's eyes drifted to Shive, and he aimed his palm at the dragonkin. Shive's eyes widened just as he was enveloped in a blast of dark red fire, letting out a cry of pain as he fell to the ground.
What are you waiting for?! SHOOT! Hakaisha hissed to Solranous.
Arthreonus smirked as Shive hit the ground hard, making a crater in the sand. More spurts of blod erupted from his various wounds, and he restrained another cry of agony.

"Vampire Flame Blast!" Solranous called. The dragon swung Kizoku in a circular fashion by his chain like before. Gray and Blue reiatsu built in the center as all of the stolen power was charged. Just as it peaked, the sphere fired, slamming into Arthreonus. It detonated with massive force, enough that it managed to wound Arthrenus badly. The smoke that followed blotted Arthrenus from sight though, but Solranous rectified this by outlining the demon with telekinetic energy.
"Now, Shive! Finish him off!"

"KAI!" He boomed.
The demon turned just in time to get the massive wave (due to excess amount of reiatsu) slamming into his front and ripping away pieces of armor and flesh, sending a spray of red fluid high into the air. The demon grunted and landed, clutching at his arm. Wait. There was no arm! Arthreonus realized the 'Kai' attack had severed most of his arm as well. He was weak from the angels attacks, the blast of reiatsu-charged fire, and that cut-wave from the bufoon.
"Hmm. It seems my injuries have become a bit much to handle. I suppose retreat would be best."
The demon ripped a hole in the air with the scythe, then flew into as the tear closed behind him. Shive grunted in exhaustion as he scracthed his face, only to pull off a patch of scales. He paused, and looked at the handful of scales, then made a disgusted look as he flicked them off.
"Hey Solranous? What's today's date?" He asked slowly, staring at the scales on the ground.
((Today counts as the 27th, yes))

"December 27, 2007, if I recall correctly, Why?" Solranous replied, glancing at the scales on the ground. "I'm assuming it has something to do with those scales on the ground?"

((Oh, Shive, Shive, Shive. Do you think you can escape the WarAngel?))
"YOU THINK YOU CAN ESCAPE JUDGEMENT!?" WarAngel suddenly cried. "RAAAAAARGH!!"
She pulled back, and then appeared to punch the air. But she hit something, and the air rippled like water. Then she hit it again, and again. Finally, she punched a massive hole in the fabric of time-space. Inside, a flaming hell-dimension could be seen.
"ARTHREONUS! COME FACE YOUR ETERNAL DEATH!" Knowing the demon would not come face her, she formed a massive chain of holy lightning and shot it into the abyss. It was guided by divine power, and even in the hell dimension, found Arthreonus with little delay. It hit him dead in his chest and then she ripped him from his inferno and into the area she was in. As he flew backwards out of the shattered portal, WarAngel formed a huge floating sword that his momentum impaled him on.
But that wasn't even her attack. The sword dissipated and dropped Arthreonus to the ground. He landed on his knees, and a short moment after landing began to try to stand. But as he did, an earth-shattering blow connected to his mid-back, sending him flying with a sickening crunch and a spray of blood. Aphostos had arrived. As Arthreonus flew through the air, WarAngel threw a holy javelin that hit him mid-flight, and changed his trajectory. Aphostos then ran and leaped at the stunned demon and smashed him into the ground.
All was still for a moment. Then Arthreonus stood.
"You think that that can stop me?" He said, just barely above wheezing. He couldn't see it, but WarAngel was smiling behind her helmet. She moved her hand a little and collected some of the blood that was flowing down her arm. Her blood. After a second it began to glow. Once it was glowing she flung it at Arthreonus, and it splashed on him and ran down his body.
"Is that it? A little blood?" He chuckled. Then the pain hit. Before he knew what was happening he was pulled into the air and forced into a crucifixion position as a glowing cross appeared behind him. Then three Lances of Longinus pierced him: one on each arm, and one for his legs. WarAngel threw a final super Lance that pierced his chest.
"Judgment." She said calmly, flaoting in front of him and placing her hand on his face. His mask-face cracked, and light shone from the cracks, and then a beam of light shot out. And all was silent as the mask vaporized and Arthreonus went still.

The daemon stood up shakily and brushed himself off, coughing up a bit of blood.
"Impressive. It seems I've underestimated you."
His eyes sparked with profane energy as the sky darkened directly above the two, and he growled,
"Unfortunately, I have other matters to attend to. Perhaps we may finish our skirmish later."
The flames flared about him, then dissapated. A moment later, two massive pillars of dark-red fire surged down from the sky and slammed into both deity-avatars, creating a 20-foot crater where they stood. As the smoke cleared, all they saw was nothing. Arthreonus had gotten away.
"They can slay this physical form all they please. For if they do... I shall return to my own body." The demon hissed in Limbo as he reverted back into Daedalus's form.

Back at the Lost Compound, Shive stared at the scales, then at his hand, and he kicked at the sand.
"MOTHER-F***ER! God damnit. It's that time of year again." He grumbled.
He spread his wings and took off into the air, scratching himself frantically.
"Don't follow me!" He yelled quickly as he dissapeared into the sky.

"... I wonder what his problem is..." Solranous said to himself, and Myrr came up to him.
"Come one, you can't say you've never been in his position before at some point in your life, right?" Myrr asked him.
"In what position?" Solranous returned, look on his face clearly said he wasn't joking around, but was geniunely confused. Myrr just looked at him in surprise.
"You lucky little lizard," she said before she flew away as well. Solranous just blinked.
"How am I lucky?"
(OOC: Poor Solranous is actually clueless for once! Solranous: Seriously! What is everybody hiding!?)
