"You know, that's a pretty strange cat you have there, Shive. Meeting any creature that's telepathic is practically unheard back home," Chiggar commented, trying to lighten the mood a bit.
'She's going to faint from shock when she see's my father using telekinesis then...' Myrr thought dryly.
"So, exactly what's been going on lately? The only place I've dared walk around in is this here forest, so I haven't seen much of the city... or anywhere else for that matter," the beetle asked, genuinely curious. She didn't notice Myrr cast a nervous glance in Shive's direction. Recent events are a bit of a touchy subject, considering a particular masked evil freak...

Shive scratched his head.
"Lately? Um... well... my dark half took me over completely and went on a rampage, killing innocent people until two of my friends managed to break his control somewhat, enough for me to overpower him. Oh, and uh... a part of the city was decimated recently, leaving a bunch of my friends homeless." He stated.
That reminded him... what did Evihs mean when he said, 'Control my power'? Shive's face darkened as he pondered this.
"But you really should explore the rest of the area. The desert's a good place to hide, and there's some hot springs on the next mountain over." He stated, still thinking.

"Yipe, you guys don't have life all that easy, eh?" Chiggar pondered. "I'll take a peek at those hot springs, but I'll stick out in the desert like a sore thumb, thanks to my mirad of colors... Wait... 'Dark Half?' There's more to you then meets the eye?"
Chiggar couldn't help but cross her eyes at that. People could have other halves to themselves? Just how many more secrets did this world have to hide from her?
"And if I ever find the freak that blew up that portion of the city, I'll give a piece of my mind, the world can't be his little play thing that he can blow up whenever he wan-"
"DON'T!" Myrr cut her off. "Don't even think about that! that demon is far to strong for you to handle at full power! He'll kill you!"
'And make you one of his undead slaves.' The half dragon kept this thought to herself. Who knows what Chiggar would do if she found that out.
"Eh? Too strong for me? This exoskeleton ain't her just for show you know. Anything short of one of my point blank cannon shots won't break it," Chiggar boosted. The beetle raised a non-existant eyebrow when Myrr shook her head.
"He'll dissolve it before you can say fire." she returned, causing the beetle's face to lose color.
"H-he can't be that strong... right?" Chiggar was actually scared for once in her life coming here. If her armor had no hope of standing up to this b******, just what could he do to the world if he wanted to? He was worse then the Krawl.
"Um... So... Uh... What's stopping him from man-handling the whole planet?"
"My father, his friends, an angel, and a demi-god. Other then that, this world is practically defenseless." Myrr's reply caused Chiggar to twitch. If her father was able to stand up to that evil, when she couldn't, surely he had to be powerful... Perhaps he could help her improve her own strength? No... too unlikely...
"Of course, none of that is going to matter if even one of those defenders die." Xeno-Myrr, who was now sitting atop Chiggar's head, said.
"YOU!? HOW THE HELL DID YOU GET OUT!?" Myrr screeched, ready to blast the shadow side's head off with her blaster... until she realized that she couldn't kill her, considering the hybrid was too fast.
"You know I have a name, and it was no thanks to you that I got out of that cramped cage. You threw me into a desert-like part of the empty skull of yours! But, we reeeeeally should quit with the insults before Mr. Tough and Psycho over there treats us like little children again." Xeno-Myrr retorted, waving off Myrr's unsaid threat and filing her claws.
"Excuse me, but could you get off my head? I don't take kindly to being used as a couch." Chiggar supplied, glancing up at the hybrid.
"Aw, come on, I'm not that heavy, am I?" Xeno-Myrr teased, giggling. Chiggar rolled her eyes in annoyance, but didn't pursue the matter any further.

Shive sighed and slapped his forehead.
Great. HER again... at least I don't have to worry about- He thought, then stopped.
I... won't finish that sentance. He thought, thinking of the Hollow.
At this point, Calvin had re-surfaced from Shive's mane, and was staring at Xeno-Myrr. He suddenly 'poofed up' as he started hissing and spiting at the half-Xenomorph. Shive looke dnervous, then put his hand on Calvin, trying to restrain the kitten.
"Down boy! Don't bother. She's just here to be annoying, and she's not really a Xenomorph." Shive quickly added.
She smells like one... He hissed.
"Well, she isn't. She's... well, it's complicated." He explained to the kitten. Besides, she can be helpful... at times. He added telepathically.
Calvin mentally shrugged. The kitten's head suddenly snapped skywards, and his tail swished as it too, poked out of Shive's hair.
Ooooh... what's that?! He asked.
Shive cocked an eyebrow and glanced skywards, only to have his jaw drop. Something was emerging from the clouds, and FAST. It seemed to be leaking blue fire, and was heavily damaged, whatever it was. It had the overall shape of an oval with wings, and was about 30 feet long. It... looked to be covered with moving objects, but it was moving too fast to tell. It crashed into the crater site nearby, sending debris and dust flying everywhere.
"WHOAH!" Shive exclaimed.
Shive turned to the others, and stated,
"I'll go check it out. Calvin? You bored yet?"
The kitten yawned and jumped off of Shive's head.
Yeah. I'm gonna go take a nap somewhere. See ya! The feline responded, bolting off in a random direction.
Shive shrugged and spread his wings, flying towards the crash site.

Myrr took a quick glance at Chiggar, then flew off as well. Xeno-Myrr glanced down at the beetle, sighing.
"And she says I'm the one who doesn't have any manners... Whoa!" As she was musing, Chiggar started taking lumbering footsteps forward.
"Hey! Where are you going!?" Xeno-Myrr hissed.
"Do I have to answer that question?" Chiggar retorted. The beetle stopped short. With a grunt, she heaved herself to one side, throwing Xeno-Myrr off.
"YAAA! Hey, that's not nice you know!!!" Xeno-Myrr yelled, fuming. Chiggar ignored her, and continued to lumber after the dragonkin and half dragon. The hybrid crossed her arms, hissing with displeasement.
"Fine, I'll get there myself," the hybrid declared to no one in particular, before flying off as well."
