That did it... She was down for the count. Myrr whimpered slightly and was frozen from the pain, curled up.
"Ah Sh*t," Xeno-Myrr said, only now realizing this guy wasn't like Ocrimus where Myrr could fight him on an even enough level to do some serious damage before being brought down...
For once, she was hoping Solranous could interfere in time 'cause, Myrr would never let her live it down if she knew, the hybrid needed help, big time.
If there was just one person that could stand up to this guy and fight on an even level, she figured it had to be either the Guyver or Solranous...
Or Shive, if he was still alive...
No matter, Xeno-Myrr charged, slugging Tarasque with most of her strength, sending him skidding away from Myrr and Garrett, hopefully she could buy them enough time for either A) allowing them to recover, or B ) Having Solranous intervene at the last second.
Xeno-Myrr hissed as she charged again at Tarasque, and skewered him through his gut with her tail, and fling the man farther back, hoping that the distance would buy them the time they needed.
(OOC: Though I was bringing the lean green fighter in rather quickly, didn't you?)

Tarasque stood back up, seeming uneffected after being impaled. He merely smirked at Xeno-Myrr as he casually strode forward, then vanished. Xeno-Myrr then felt something large slam into her back, sending her skidding forward. When she managed to look up, she was staring into a chest covered by red-orange, very strong-looking chitin. Two hateful green eyes looked down down upon the hybrid as the beast grabbed her by the throat and lifted her into the air, giving her a good look at him.
An extremely bulky, broad, humanoid form covered in red-orange chitin varying in texture started it all off. The head was a square-sih reptillian shape, with two diagonal blade-like horns jutting out from either side of the top of the head. The feet end in three wide, dark-gray claws, two in the front and one in the back, with jagged carapace jutting out from the knees. The left forearm has a shield-like piece of carapace about 3-½ feet wide at the widest spot splaying out from the top of it, with three gem-like, orange-yellow hemispheres running down in a row down it. Three dark-gray claws (two fingers and a thumb) poke out from under the circular edge of the shield. The other forearm arm merely has large, sharp ridges running up it, ending in a sharp protrusion much like his knees. The claws, however, are slightly thicker, sharper, and serrated. His shoulders are almost spherical in shape, also end in short, triangular protrusions. Three rows of dark gray, triangular blades run down his back, one directly on the spines, and another set of smaller ones off diagonally to the side of the center row. A thick, plated tail extends forth, ending in a cluster of stegosaurus-like, gray spikes.
Tarasque chuckled, then stated in an altered voice,
"Seems you've amused me enough to change. Congratulations. But now the pain really starts."
His right claw shot forward and slammed into Xeno-Myrr's sternum with enough force to bust through a tank, cracking her exoskeleton open and sending her flying through a building. Tarasque laughed, moving over to grab her when he paused, hearing a scraping sound. He turned to see the Guyver back on his feet, arms dangling at his sides. The glowing ring on the control medal was completely red.
"What? You should be dead by now!" Tarasque roared.
The Guyver then dashed forward and slammed his knee square between the Zoanoid's eyes, cracking the chitin slightly and making blood trickle out. Tarasque growled in pain as he lashed at the bio-boosted human, but Garrett dodged, returning with a swift slash to the Zoanoid's chest with his vibro-blades. Blood spurted out, and Tarasque roared in anger as he swatted Garrett to the side. The Guyver merely rose back to his feet in a strange way, then positioned itself into a defensive stance.

'I may not be needed after all,' A certain green dragon thought as the Guyver attacked Tarasque. The emerald wyrm crouched down low, ready to pounce if Guyver started to be pushed on to the losing end of the conflict.
Xeno-Myrr clutched her wound, glaring hatefully at Tarasque, but making no move to rise, hoping she could stay out of the radar and simply let them plow into each other. That blow he dealt had hurt, and she didn't want to be on the recieving end of another painful hit like that.
Myrr was still curled up, crying from the pain, though it started to fade, it was still enough to immobilize her.

Tarasque roared in pain as Garrett's Presure Cannon ripped through his stomach, blood gushing out of the wound as Tarasque clutched at it. His shoulders slowly opened to reveal a set of bio-blasters, which were rapidly drawing in teal-colored energy. As the teenage Guyver suhed forward, something else was noticable about him: The helmet's eyes were glowing red along with the control medal. Just as he was about to slam his fist into Tarasque's gut, the bio-blasters fired out large beams of energy, one of which completely burned half of Garrett's left shoulder off.
The Guyver stumbled backwards, then ran forward and kneed Tarasque square in the eye, gaining a howl of pain from the Hyper Zoanoid. Tarasque whipped around and slammed his thick tail into Garrett's midsection, sending him flying through a walll.
"Y-you'll regret this, Guyver! You and your girlfriends!" He growled.
The burly Zoanoid then bounced away, but not before giving Solranous a double take, followed by a seething glare. Garrett was still standing, his head turning towards Xeno-Myrr. The medal pulsed, and a Head Beam burned through Xeno-Myrr's thigh before Garrett rushed towards her, his high-frequency blades activated and leveled with Xeno-Myrr's neck...

Xeno-Myrr shrieked painfully, but managed to roll out of the way of Garrett's high-frequency blades and stand up.
"Please, stop attacking! No one here is a threat to your life now!" the hybrid yelled.
Something told her Garrett wasn't in control of his actions, and that it was in fact the suit that was making the actions. She doubted the suit's consciousness, whatever it did have, couldn't see her as a friend if the memory of the Xenolithes she apparently resembled was running through its mind from Garrett's.
Solranous shook his head, he had shivered unnoticably back at the forest, and figured this was why. He jumped down from the roof top he perched himself on and put himself between Garrett and Xeno-Myrr.
"Stop this now, there is no reason to fight anymore."
He figured he would try, and hope it worked, but he doubted it would...
And his feelings were usually right, not always right by any means, but usually...

The posssessed teenager merely stared at Solranous blankly, then spun on his left heel and kicked Solranous so hard in the jaw a cracking sound was heard. As the emerald dragon stumbled backwards, the Guyver slammed his fist into Solranous's gut, then swung around and cleaved open a bloody gash on Solranous's torso from his right hip to his left shoulder. The Guyver jumped up and kicked off of Solranous before landing on a nearby warehouse, air blasting out of the ventilation spouts.
The Guyver focused on the two Myrr's and Solranous, angling itself so it was facing them directly. It opened its chest plates, revealing the twin Mega Smasher cannons. The orbs expanded, then rapidly began to draw in the energy needed for the Guyver's strongest attack...

Not that he was going to let him fire. Hoping this wouldn't wound Garrett too badly, Solranous fired off a telekinetic wave that shattered the Guyver's perch, making him fall, hopefully the move would make the Mega Smasher fly harmlessly in to the sky.
On a much smaller scale, Xeno-Myrr had returned to her shadow state, not wanting to see any more of what may happen.

Solranous's plan seemed to have worked as planned, causing the Guyver to stumble and fire the super-beam into the sky. However, the recoil from the attack forced Garrett to slam into the wall as he fell, bashing his head against the concrete and making him tumble down the side of the building, slamming face-down onto the ground. The control medal stopped pulsing, and dimmed completely. A few minutes later, the teenage Guyver could be heard groaning as he tried to pull himself up, rubbing his head.
"Ow... what the hell happened? Did Tarasque kill me?" He asked in a groggy tone.
He finally managed to sit up, shaking his head. He lifted his head and glanced at Solranous, eyes widening under the helmet.
"Please... please tell me I didn't do that..." He muttered, a gasp in his voice.
He quickly rose to his feet and backed up a few steps, screaming,
"damnIT! Every time I fight that b*stard, he always knocks me out and this damn suit takes over! AUGH!"
He clenched his fists and clutched at his head as the suit de-activated, dissapearing into the wormhole. Garrett looked perfectly unharmed, aside from the fact his shirt was spattered with blood and torn. He sighed, then muttered,
"I-I'm sorry... I shouldn't have come ... I didn't know you lived here... I should've known that jerk'd be looking for me."
He turned around and made his way towards his truck, which had managed to be unharmed in the fight.

A strong hand clenched over Garrett's shoulder, bringing him to a sudden halt.
"Don't be stupid like someone else I knew! I stood back and let the consequences happen, but not this time! I knew someone was in a very similar situation that you are in now." Solranous growled, it was a miracle that he was still able to talk properly, let alone without pain.
"He had a grudge on someone who wronged him just as much as Tarasque wronged you, and in his thirst for revenge, he tried to seperate himself from his friends. Do you want to know what happened to him!? It doesn't matter, you need to know. He died. True, he got his vengance, but he died in the process. Please, I beg of you, don't make his mistake! Don't let anger and guilt cloud your judgement so thoroughly! If you keep pushing yourself away from people who want to help, you will likely suffer the same fate!"
"Dad, please, don't bring Shi-" Myrr started, but was cut off.
"I know what he meant to you, and I know you're pained over losing him, but I need an example so he," Solranous nodded his head at Garrett as it was turned to Myrr, "Doesn't throw his life away whether he knows it or not!"
The tone the dragon took would have frozen almost anyone, save maybe Thanatos, on the spot...
Not Myrr though, who as she spoke had just recovered from her throbbing pain enough to speak.
"Why do you have to be SO INSENSITIVE AT TIMES!? WHY CAN'T YOU AT LEAST RESPECT MY FEELINGS ON THE SUBJECT AND NOT SAY IT VERBALLY!? ARGH!!!" The half dragon managed to storm off after yelling at the dragon, and her words made Solranous freeze, not the other way around.
"Myrr..." Solranous sighed, "She's still sore... I just hope she can finally cope enough with reality to accept it." The dragon had let go of Garrett and turned in the direction Myrr had stormed away from, his shoulders slumping. His care for the half dragon made him want to help her, but that parental side to him, the one he developed as Myrr stayed around him, told him this was something she had to come to terms with on her own...
Even that keepsake scale Shive had given her hadn't completely eased the pain, though it helped considerable. He suspected that Myrr had gone back to the house and would probably whine to Kisara about his 'insensitivity' as she called it, and then Kisara would probably say a few words of comfort, and then yell at him when he got home, then strangely forget all about it...
He sighed, women could be so confusing, even to his advanced mind.
(OOC: Sol figures out that figuring out a woman's mind isn't as easy as pie, though he seems to be doing a good job of it.)

((Indeed! Someone else gets it!))
Garrett blinked, not sure of what was going on.
"Uh... o-kay.... I... I won't do that then. Hell, I probably couldn't bring him down on my own anyway..." He stated blankly.
He was curious about this 'Shive' person, but after seeing the reaction after he was mentioned, Garrett decided not to pursue the mattter. His face darkened, and he asked,
"Uh... Solranous... question: Are there any more of those... things, like Tarasque, around this city?"
He scratched his arm and shifted from foot to foot. Knowing his luck, there'd be another whole army of beasts just like Tarasque...
He paled visibly at the thought.
((Ocrimus: *snaps pincers* Oh, he's in for a surprise... heh...))

"Four, max. One of them is a good friend of mine, considering I saved him about five or so months ago. And because he's my friend, the other three are acquaintances of mine, they aren't a**holes like Tarasque. They've actually proven quite helpful before... though I doubt two of them will react well to a Guyver unit."
Noticing his paling before he explain, Solranous continued,
"Don't worry, if there was a friggin army of them and they were evil, I could fight them for a few days straight, and when I say straight, I mean 'round the clock, no breaks fighting. Not to boast or anything. I assume Chiggar's mentioned my strength to you before? Back at the forest? Doesn't matter to me really. Perhaps we'll see you around sometime if you leave?" the dragon asked, casting a glance in Garrett's direction.

Garrett slowly broke into a smirk, then replied,
"Oh, you can expect to see me a lot more..."
He popped his neck and rested his intertwined his hands behind his head, as if laying back. He nodded to Solranous, and stated,
"If ya ever need a Guyver, just call me!"
He laughed and hopped into his truck, before driving down the street to an unknown location...
((Might as well end it...))

(OOC: Aye)
Solranous smirked as he saw the Ford drive away.
"Good, hopefully, this won't turn out like... his situation did..." he murmered, before heading home...
The second he stepped through the door, Kisara was up in his face, yelling at him because of 'his insensitivity.' The emerald wyrm tuned his ears so it would block out her ranting, he knew Myrr was just still sore about losing her love, but it didn't mean he had to deal with this. Finally finishing her rant, Kisara huffed and sat down on the couch, crossing her arms as she tried to relax from the tension she had felt from Myrr. Solranous had noted that she was empathic to a degree, being able to feel the emotions of others.
...
He had to admit, it cause his heart to ache when she was feeling such turmoil, whether from herself or from some one else, so the dragon slip behind her. He placed his strong hands on her shoulders, giving a gentle massage.
"Oh god..." Kisara moaned, she felt her tension melt away, and she always noticed how that dragon always knew what to do to make her life better, regardless of the situation.
"That's nothing compared to what I can really do, and you know it."
"Is that an invitation?"
"If that's how you take it to be, then yes."
Solranous smiled when she glanced up to him and gave him that sly smirk she always gave when he gave her something she wanted.
"Obviously, we're going to make this a more private... escape from the harshness of life."
"Of course, you lead the way, my knight."
The wyrm simply had to blush at that, but still scooped her up off of the couch and carried her to his room for some intimacy.
(OOC: I assume [End Thread] now?)
