The Darkness Begins

O'Malley staggered to his feet, still gripping the Prism.

"Oh, but we are, we are..." He stated.

His voice sounded as if there were two people speaking at the same time...

The aura expanded around him as he aimed his shoulder-mounted weapons at Burning Gundam. He paused, and O'Malley shook himself, screaming,

"I CAN'T DROP THE damn THING!"

He stopped, then aimed his shoulder weapons at Burning Gundam again. Grimlock ran forward and lightly kicked O'Malley, which was enough to send him flying down the street. The gem was sent flying out of O'Malley's hand, and he glanced at his open palm.

"HA! I finally got rid of the damn thing! Thanks Grimlock!" He yelled.

"No mention." Grimlock replied as O'Malley rocketed off.

Grimlock looked at Solranous, then back and forth. He replied,

"Uh... yeah. Me see you later?"

He then thundered off at approx. 60 mph.

Burning Gundam watched as Grimlock and O'Mally went away. There was something wrong with that O'Mally machine. He has to put his guard up now. He may turn against against them at some point. He turns to Solranus and speaks to him. "That O'Mally...keep your guard up when your around him. There is something....strange about him. I felt a vib from him like I did with the Devil Gundam."

He starts up his boosters and then begins hoovering in the air. "I hope to see you again.....my friend." He rockets up into the sky, looking for his other machine friends.

But...miles away from the battleground.....

The upper body of the Devil Gundam rests on a pile of rubble. Its eyes flick dully (sp?) and sparks jump from the part where the upper body broke off. Amon stands up, blooded and dieing.

He falls to his knees again, hacking up gobs of blood. "No...I...*HACK*...will not...die...." He coughs. He stands up again and drags himself over to the Devil Gundam. "You cannot die...you are a god.....you cannot be killed.." He hacks up even more blood.

He was on death's door soon. He spreads his arms out wide and yells "USE ME DEVIL GUNDAM!! USE ME AS YOUR CORE UNIT!! TOGETHER WE SHALL RULE THE UNIVERSE!!" The Devil Gundam is silent for a few minutes. The cocpit slowly opens up and suddenly tentecles rush up and grab onto Amon. He is forcefully dragged into the Gundam's body. The cocpit closes and the Gundam begins to regenerate.

But..the armor begins to bubble. The Gundam is racked with pain beyond belief. The Devil Gundam then bubbles up into a huge ball of melted metal and armor. Then it explodes with the force of an atomic bomb. Hundreds of parts lay all over the place. Nothing was left of the two....or was there?
